Buddies

I'll start off by saying this is definitely an update for the future. I don't expect this in any of the hotfixes or near future updates.

Anyway, the idea is pretty simple to understand. Save buddies after restarts/disconnects in the database. It's always annoying to have to re-add someone to your buddies every time one of you have to rejoin or the server restarts/crashes. We've been dealing with it forever and I'm sure everyone would appreciate this.

P.S crap-head remember I said it's simple to understand, not do - I don't know anything about mysql so I'm not sure if this would be easy or not
