City 14 [Ideas/Requests]

City 14 Backstory
    City 14, known as Dnepropetrovsk' before war (a real city) is located on the Dnepr River in Eastern Ukraine. Before war City 14 was an Industrial/Commercial based city, although in the last years business was growing at very fast rates, overthrowing the city's industrial size. After the war, under combine control the city was divided in 5 very large Districts, each containing many Percincts. The Eastern District, also known as District 3 (where the map is set) is the most active District, containing City 14 Embassy. During starting at mid-spring and until September the city has extremely hot and dry weather, but during winter it gets extremely cold, though it almost never snows. The City is ideal for housing citizens due to large projects, which were built while USSR was still united. The City had a very large criminal rate boom after the break up of USSR, lasting for around 10 years, the economy was poor too before the war as can be seen by the condition of many public buildings.

Percinct 1
Percinct 1 is home to the trainstation, city center, and many small shops and cafes. The trainstation serves as a transport center, but also as CCA outpost. Many abandoned pre-war shops and cafes can be used in many ways, such as storage or working CWU buildings.

Percinct 2
Percinct 2 can be considered public services percinct. It contains a a large hospital, the District Nexus, and the Embassy. The Percinct is under maximum security at all times, as it's the District's heart.

Percinct 3
Percinct 3 is a housing based percinct. It will contain two or more apartment blocks, depending on map size. Some closed off apartment buildings will have secret access to certain rooms. Percinct 3 will also contain a path into the slums (Percinct 4)

Percinct 4

Percinct 4 was a commercial district before the war, full of office buildings and warehouses. The percinct contains the main CWU building providing them with all the needs (offices and warehouses). There is only one way left into the Percinct, over the old draw brifge which goes over a large canal crossing the city.

Percinct 6
Percinct 6 is City 14's old water and waste canal system. It contains many factories, mostly abandoned and a few water cleaning plants which are under CCA control. The percinct is off limits to all citizens due to low security and a possible way out of the city.

District 3 Nexus
The District Nexus consists of a pre-war public school, police station, and an old office building. Though the buildings were heavy modified and connected by combine infrastructure, but the old buildings can still be somewhat identified. The Nexus has full control over District 3, including power and water supply. Dug down and connected with the city 14 underground tunnels gives the Nexus 24/7 access to Razor Trains.
