Potential Layout for Interview:Set One, Introduction/Setup:
1) Ask for name and CID.
2) Ask for current loyalist rank, and next level desired.
3) Explain that they will be asked a series of questions, and then evaluted to see if they are ready for the next tier.
Set Two, Law/Regulation Evaluation:
1) Ask at least 3 questions regarding contraband.
2) Ask at least 3 questions regarding civil violations.
Set Three, Free-Response Questions:
1) Ask two questions from the "Perspective on the Union" list.
2) Ask two questions from the "Ways to Improve City 45" list.
3) Ask the following question, "If you were to join any branch of the Union, which would it be, and why?"
Set Four, Closing Statements/Final Evaluation:
1) Explain that the interview is over, and their responses will be evaluated.
2) Name, CID, and current loyalist rank must be correct. You can correct them on the next tier.
3) A maximum of 3 questions from set two may be wrong. If they exceed this, they fail.
4) Evaluation of Set Three questions fall onto you. Use your best judgement to determine if they're ready.
5) Evaluate their responses, and reply to the citizen and correct CCA officials ASAP.
"Perspective on the Union" List:1) "What is your general opinion of the Combine Civil Authority, mainly regarding their daily activity on the streets of City 45?"
2) "What is your general opinion of the Civil Worker's Union, mainly regarding their daily activity throughout City 45?"
3) "How would you describe the current state of infrastructure in City 45?"
4) "How do you view the Union as an overall whole, taking into account the CWU, CCA, and City Administration? Limit your answer to a general interpretation of your thoughts as best you can."

"Ways to Improve City 45" List:1) "If you were to be placed in charge of a Civil Housing Block, what would be your plan of action to improve the lives of citizen's living there? Assume that you have funding and support of the CCA/CWU to carry out some basic needs you might have in the improvement."
2) "Picture yourself in charge of a labor group of ten citizens. You are tasked with cleaning a block in the city, ranging from leaf/trash clean up, graffiti removal, and other things. You have rags, some buckets with soap and water, a rake, some scrubbing brushes, and trash bags. How do you organize you group to effectively use the man power and materials at hand?"
3) "You are given the opportunity to take charge of one of three tasks. The three tasks are fixing up a Civil Housing Block in a more run down district, opening a restraunt in the plaza, or creating some jobs by opening a furniture production facility. The Union has agreed to supply you with all the needed supplies and manpower for each job, but there is a catch. Youmay only choose one, and whichever two you do not choose will not be completed. Which task would you tackle, and why?"
