Random(?) Character bans?

I joined a while ago, had to redo the starting quiz and all non-citizen characters are banned, such as:

Sophie Porter (Tier-3)
Kar'Tul
OTA-VANGUARD-09.42280
C45.CONSCRIPT.85702

This also happened after using the forum whitelisting thing, probably did it because I don't have a CCA unit or something along those lines.

The characters aren't banned, you're just missing the whitelists for some reason - you'll need to get someone to readd you to the correct whitelists
