He's telling me whenever he tries to post, he gets this 403 Forbidden message error, can anybody help?

I don't know much more, but if you need more detail I'll ask him.

Adding onto this, I was in the shoutbox last night when he stated this, the user Dallas cannot post on the forums whatsoever as he gets the message provided above.
