Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
The location just some miles outside the the Outlands area called "Ineu" was far away from the footsteps of Christopher Francisco who was walking down a trail only to be surrounded hopelessly by a grey fog. He kept walking down the trail with the fog blurring his vision, not able to see his two feet infront of him. After a few minutes of careless walking, he lost his way down the trail and was lost in the middle of no where as it seems. He looked about his surroundings once more, seeing nothing but trees that were looking at him. He shrugged and though it was fine so he kept walking into a random direction. Soon, he was looking at a dark blue house that was abandoned plausibly due to the Seven Hour War or some owner thought it would be great to leave it in the forest. The dark blue paint was peeling off the walls, some of the windows were smashed, the wooden appearance was starting to crack up and other eerily things about this house made Christopher think that this was a horror move and he was the main character of the whole movie. The door squealed as he opened the door, only to access the Living Room where everything was a mess. He went up the staircase to find a large room with a few furniture here and there that made the area feel beautiful and rich. There was jewelry, clothing, dust, small peices of technology and so forth left on the floor.

He searched through a brown suitcase where he found a grimy, white suit that possibly came from a faraway luxury suite just inside a large hotel. Inside the suit was a note that read the following message:

Hey man. Just so you know that I thought about giving this suitcase to you that carried your gift for your birthday. Sorry I was three days late for your birthday present but here it is from our family. It's a luxury suit that I was given a long time ago by some stranger that came to the door of my house but anyways, here you go. I don't need it anymore since I don't wear it a lot. Hope you don't lose it. Heh.

 Sincerely, your friend Mi--

Christopher who was abit suprised by the note shrugged his shoulders and threw the paper to the floor with the rest of the junk. Opening the two locks that were already unlocked, he flipped it open and notice a white luxury suit that was folded cleanly. He looked around inside the brown leather suitcase to find nothing but just a white luxury suit. He nodded with a smile swept across his fine, hesitating with abit of happiness in his voice. "This... will do nicely." He grasped ahold of the luxury suit and stuffed it into his black-threaded dufflebag, walking down the deteorited staircase that creaked under his feet for each and every footstep. Walking outside and around the house, he spotted a vehicle that was abit rusty but it was in great condition. Looking around his surroundings, he was only surrounded by the fog who he thought was looking at his every single move that he made. He scratched the back of his neck, only to look at the vehicle and approach it with no catiousness at all. Flipping open the cover to only find a grey engine, he observed through the engine to find any mistakes that he had to fix. There were about five in total that were not very critical so he repaired them with his bare hands, he sometimes had to use a rock to jab things in place. He tried starting the car but it was no use at all with the keys since they were broken in half so he threw them onto the ground and went into the driver seat. "Let's see what we can do with this piece of junk so I can get outta' here instead of walking all the way back."

Grasping ahold of the cracked mainframe, he had to take a few pulls in order to break it off. He then threw it to the side and hunched down, beginning to take some spare tools from the passenger seat in order to get it working. After a few minutes of wire working along with assorting some things, he finally had the vehicle work in one piece. The car came to life and the motor started to vibrate about. The windshield was broken though but it wasn't a problem since Christopher swept the windshield apart using a wrench. He pushed down on the accelerator and drove off down the large trail where he was before. After a few hours of travelling back, he was finally in the Outlands where he could see some buildings that were ruined around him. After pressing the brakes a couple of times, it seemed that they couldn't work at all. Looking down the road while driving at a fast rate, he pushed down on the brakes repeatingly to only notice that the brakes were obviously broken. The tire in the back of his vehicle bursted into pieces and the car plunged around, rolling on the road a couple of times only to fly into the ditch with it's wheels turning about. Looking at the wheel, the air bag bursted infront of his face and deflated. "Great, good thing that airbag was working unlike these fuckin' brakes."

Kicking open the jammed door using his boot in agression, he crawled out of the vehicle and looked down at the ground with guilt. He should have fixed the brakes during his inspection on the engine and maybe he would've kept the vehicle for himself but it wasn't any of his manners anyway so he climbed himself to his feet. All around him was trees once again but a few buildings remained. It was where he was last standed just lastnight. A few refugees looked at the vehicle and hysterically laughed, "Aha! You couldn't drive a vehicle! Look at him!" The three refugees kept laughing down the road where it was heard echoing about in the endless fog. Sighing with his attitude balanced, he adjusted his dufflebag and went down the trail where Ineu was located. The fog started to decrease with every step he took and the sunshine lightened across his figure.

Prequel; Christopher was a engineer just before the Seven Hour War where he worked in a small garage to work on vehicles and other things that needed repairs. It was his sisters garage what she built just between two shops in the streets. Everyday, he would get up tiredlessly and ding the clock that rang every morning at 6:30 AM where he would drive down to the parking lot and park his vehicle there. Then he would walk down the street and into the garage where he would put his uniform on - which was greasy due to work - and would work on numerous vehicles that were different types. At 11:00 AM at night, he would leave and head back to his vehicle which would bring him home where he could sleep and say "Well, fuck the day and fuck tommorow and fuck the day of that tommorow and well... fuck the week. I like the weekends though but... back to sleeping."

His friend was a criminal who told him to come over to his house. Arriving at his house with a yawn, he got out and pressed the remote to lock his car. His friend was working on a vehicle with the frame kept on the passenger seat. He was working through wires which were either behind the wheel or just located behind the radio. He told him to come and watch where he could tell him everything about a car even if he was a engineer. He nodded and understood, doing a couple of techniques on his own vehicle and re-assembling it back together. He would sometimes head inside the house where his wife would be. She would teach him about medical knowledge that he understood and sometimes he would learn new things about the body and temporarily problems involving the body like wounds, injuries, diseases and so forth. She wasn't a doctor or anything but she sure knew about it a lot.

After retiring, he went to another job that involved being a engineer. He was requested by numerous people to fix machines like TVs, fridges and so forth. After being liked by the large community, he was put into a larger company that tested out his skills of engineering. The Seven Hour War came and you know the rest. Something had to hit a fan in years atleast.
