Ineu is home to many headcrabs due to Combine's attacks using biological warfare. Canisters containing multiple of these infectious creatures roam through Ineu and burrow in the ground or live in a different section of it. With this threat, many refugees are taken under control by these creatures acting as hosts. They force the body they are using to do what ever it wishes, so the host may benefit. These 'zombies' cause a large threat to those in Ineu when in groups, but a single one alone may be deadly if not handled correctly. Even though the Combine control where the headcrabs are places, zombies may linger far off from the point of latching. This results in many of these controlled humans to be spread all across Ineu, either asleep or looking for other beings.
What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?
Perks

-Adds interesting and more interactive RP than NPCs
-Adds a threat to going around, trying to find supplies

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
I plan to start and add interesting, interactive, and fun role play to the players of the Outlands server. Many times admins have large scale events where zombies are surrounding key areas such as the Bunker or Inn. While this is fun for many players, those who rely mainly on IC melee weapons (knives, axes, hammers, crowbars) rendered useless due to being able to kill ICly but not OOCly. With another player controlling the enemy, those who cannot OOCly kill can still enjoy zombie RP.

Nobody else needs these auths unless and admin decides otherwise.

I know I am not suppose to make NPC apps, but it's annoying me that many people are left to do nothing but FearRP unless they're in special groups that supply weapons and ammo OOCly and ICly.
