Reason for Un-PK: "
I was caught by simply a OOC time delay between OOC and IC, I saw the leg of a Hunter, ICLY I would have started running by then, but by the time I typed my /me they were already around the corner so they assumed they saw my face, when I ran and ditched my weaponry and contraband items they went up to me and claimed the remembered my face because of the time delay between OOC and IC."

I don't believe this PK should be voided. It was fully carried out and it was all IC. You rushed from D6 to D1 and the entire city was on alert. Hardly something that we can just lolvoid. You fully stressed you want to keep the character, but you should understand the dangers of returning to the city. This should be upheld.

I did rush out of there, but if there are Hunters, I don't think you're going to be taking your time running away from them, and another thing, we're all in the same clothing aswell, so I don't think they would have even saw me at all, besides a part of my foot maybe, so we look all the same besides facial features and body structure.

Because hes due to be PK'd but we're trying to get it appealed before an admin makes it so.

No, you're incorrect. Your character, as it stands, IS PK'd. If an admin is not on to Pk your character through script then you grow some balls and delete him. Don't suggest that the's anything other than PK'd.

Before you go off like that, realize that it was an agreement that Carnivore had WITH the people amputating him but they're letting him do this first.

Yes, They let me make this application, Neither of them said no to it, So, I'm not deleting it, or letting an admin PK it, until the PK is denied (If that happens.)

I should also note that I was one of the two people who amputated you. So saying that we had some sort of agreement is lying.

Regardless, an admin should decide if this character should or should not be PK'd. Because frankly, his character caused quite the event. An event that shouldn't simply be voided.

From what i've read I understand that you sacrificed your physical location, for roleplaying your movement (Which is better than lol minge running). And for that reason i'm in support of your character NOT being pk'd, and the event being re-done.

So... Why can't the event stay and it just be a TK?
I think that works for both parties because from what I'm hearing it was quite the event.
