Entry 1,
Found this journal in a cabin along my way, ripped out all the pages that have been written in... a bunch of letters not forming words.... Wierd stuff.
Legs are tired, back is sore... and I still wonder if my cousin is even alive... I wonder how things are going back at the mountain pass, Len's probably expanded the Alliance quite a bit, I hope nobody took my place in Civiwatch... Oh well, off to sleep... God my feet hurt.

Entry 2,
So many corpses... too many corpses, Any one of these could be ricky. Looks like an antlion attack... Judging from the color of the blood, yellow. Luckily I found an RV parked on the side of a small road, had some food and a bit of water... Might as well sleep here tonight.

Alright I got about 3 hours of sleep in this morning, Got to keep moving. Found some ammunition on the bodies back by the attack, mostly shotgun and 9MM though, I'm going to guess it'll be a bit harder finding ammo for my pulse rifle... Been following this road for a while, no sign of any life, I wond-
Combine..... Right there.... Three of them... I'll write the rest tomorrow...

Entry 4,
I ran back to the RV in fear, way too many for just me to handle. After a while I went back after building my confidence... But when I got there... They were all dead, all three, and I hadn't fired a single bullet. Someone else had to be there, Ricky maybe? I took a combat knife from one of the bodies, took some of the material from their armor, they also had pulse rounds... Thank god. I'm going keep heading down the road, hope I find whoever killed those soldiers...

I see a building up ahead, a smaller building, I think it might be a gas station... That would probably mean food and water if it hasn't already been raided yet... I'll check it out tomorrow... Might as well sleep seeing as it's a bit late.

I'm headed toward the gas station, I think I see someone inside, Could it be Ricky? Hope they're friendly... I'll write when I get back-
-Why... why is it when I find some place with supplies there has to be a maniac in there... Shot me in the leg, I killed him... Two pulse rounds to the chest, one 9MM to the head to put him out of his misery... He seemed to have a journal, I'll put it in my bag. Just gonna take what I need and leave... It smell of rotting flesh in here...

I've been walking down this road for a while... six or seven hours is my guess. Nothing but tree's and forests along the sides of the road... Oddly enough this is most I've ever been at peace... the air is fresh, the breeze is nice, and I have supplies to hold me over. Contemplating staying out here... Things have been pretty hectic in the mountain pass. For now I'll just keep walking, hope to find someone soon though.

It's been about a day, still on this road... It's pretty dang long. Found a corpse lying against a tree, bullet in the head, 9MM in his right hand... Body had decayed a bit, must of happened a while ago... I took the clip out of the pistol, one bullet missing... Suicide. He seemed to be out of food as far as I can tell from what's in his bag... He'd rather take his own life rather then the starvation. I think it's time to get off this road, according to this corpse I don't think there's much more ahead.

I decided to head into the forest, if anything I would imagine Ricky doing that, staying away from a higher traffic area, safer that way. Hope I can find an abandoned refugee camp or something, I've never been good at making shelter... I can start a fire no problem, sometimes not on purpose... I wish I had that Airboat back in the bunker, traveling would go much faster.

Kept going through this forest and I found a dirt road, I decided to start heading down this way, I'll write back if I find anything, and hopefully anyone.
