AMPUTATED FOR CREATING RP WITH CIVIS

Bio: My character is crazy loyal to the UU, and any one whom violates it's laws should receive harsh punishment. He enjoys amputating rapists, murderers, perverts, and Anti-citizens. He believes they are vile scum and should be killed. However, he is more lax about beating for low verdicts like Level Threes and low Level 2's.


Will add more if I get good feedback

I wouldn't really be all fucked about killing a rapist that raped innocent people. Sure I'd rethink about it, but not be a downie for days.
