I havent bin on outlands in awhile but i must of bin given it in outlands all get rid of it if i have to

How has it taken you 2 months to post an Outlands appeal, or talk to someone about it. Denying the appeal for these reasons: If it happened 2 months ago you should have done something about it then and not now, and no admin is going to spend hours and hours to check every log between then and now for if you've been active on your character on Outlands, which I suspect you have. Just make a new citizen character on City.
