CCA/COTA full rank list?

I know the basic rank structure (Rct, 04, 03, 02, 01, EpU/AmU/EmU, OfC, DvL, CmD, SeC), but I've heard of different stuff like EtL. Is there a full rank list anywhere?

As for COTA ranks, I don't know anything about them.

Could someone kindly explain the ranks?

There use to be ranks, but the only rank now is ETL COTA commander, now just OWS and their squad leaders it use to be 9-0 then etl but that has changed.

I don't think they're ranks so much as they're positions or callsigns.

OWS (OverWatch Soldier)

EOW (Elite OverWatch)

OWC (OverWatch Coordinator)
