1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so. After the casscade, Sam has felt very unsafe in the new planet Earth.
Ever since hearing about the combine he has been both curious and scarred.Then After hearing about the Combine,Sam Has Always wondered what it would be like to become one and take in the responsibilites.Sam Always wanted to protect civilized Society.Sam Is ready to take in these dutys.
As A loyalist Sam Has been always wanting to be part of the combine.
To Both Serve and protect. Sam Does know that he willl be tested when he is accepted into the CCA. If he has to he will accept those challanges.
Sam has always been one with chalanges. Sam also think's he can make this chalange. He Know's it will be hard but he will do what he can.
Sam Usually never fails at a job, No matter how hard it is.
Except when Hunger attacks.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character. I Expect Myself Going through different tasks Such as,Sweeping, Paroling
and Detaining citizens. As a CCA unit, I expect to have my rp skills put to the test both for me and my character. From what I have seen of units there is a military kind of system so having my citizen adjust to this should prove interesting. Melding my rp skills from citizen to unit should prove the challenge as I have never had one, but I do for the most part, expect myself to do well. Along with this, I do not expect my character to agree with every thing that is done in the Union as he is only human, I see him being conflicted between ethics and orders.
I also expect to see my self going through hard things like, Killing citizens and burning them.This is need with a civil protection officer, To Gain respect. I can also Expect me Traits as a loyalist being tested to the best.
I also expect lot's of training and lot's of correction.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words. Sam Liberal was a traveling Business man back before the cascade.
His Mom and Dad Lived in Europe. Sam Never lived in one place, He traveled abroad, Selling goodies to people. He decided to Start up a small business.
However, During that time Sam Was Still building up the small business in Europe,He was doomed.
The cascade happened, Separated from his parents he had no choice but to give into the combine. He actually viewed them as a respected individual. To this day he has not hear nor seen his parents.
He was transported to the city willingly.

She just was messing around with me.
She let me out after she did that.
That was the best RP Experience I've had.
