 You stumble across a old paper on the road. You grasp your fingers around it and read it even though the chills of wind is high.

 The letters are written perfectly and you are able to read it.

 Hello there, refugee.

 The Inn and the town around it are taken under control by the Outcasts. Everyone who is a escaped inhabitant and wish to stay in the town are welcomed. The Inn provides a german radio for your pleasure, the beds and apartments on the top floor can be owned to sleep in for the night and when you wake up, continue your journey. The basement bar is to hang out for your chilling with other friends, pop back a chair and drink, chat. The couches near the fire can be a nice and relaxing place.

 In other words, want a place to eat, drink, sleep and hang out? This is the place. Not that much populated but atleast it is the safest place.

 OOC PS: Since Clinic and Alliance took over the Soviet base, I thought that the Outcasts should take over the town. So, that's why The Inn and the area around it is taken over and is undercontroll.
