Server Update

Changes:

• Removed money printers(yuck!).
• Removed toolgun sound.
• Added Fishing Market NPCs.
• Added a dynamic fish system, prices fluctuate based on how much fish people sell to the Fish Market NPCs.
• Added a Big Fishing Net.
• Added a Big Fishing Pot.
• Added a Medium Fishing Pot.
• Added Fish Bait.
• Added a Fish Container.
• Added an item menu for all the fishing equipment.
• Made and added a Fishing Boat. Costs $97.5k
• Fixed a bug with the fatigue system. Increased the time till you get exhausted to 25 seconds.

Rule Changes:
   13. The Coast Guard/Mayor may not be fishing or have any automatic guns(besides the mp5 they spawn with).
   29. Do not steal fishing pots, nets and containers in the Red Harbor.
Useful notes: Big Fishing Pots and Big Fishing Nets both require a Fishing Boat. When bought, they spawn at the back of your boat.
You can only have 3 pots or nets at a time, and 3 fish containers.
Only 10 fish will be displayed on fishing pots and nets. You will have to 'know' when to collect the fish.
