1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.Cole Carpenter has wanted to join the CCA ever since he saw what they were doing for people. Though most thought their methods were extreme, Cole saw them as necessary and just. The cold calculation, the strict discipline, the sheer authority was what this world needed, and what this world had coming to it. Even after his father was beaten to death in front of him and his mother was dragged away never to be seen again, he knew it was what needed to be done. He didn't cry. He didn't shudder. He just watched. After his father had stopped breathing, the unit turned to young Cole and asked him why he wasn't scared or upset. Cole simply replied, "You did what needed to be done, sir." That's when Cole learned of Loyalist points and the ability to apply to become part of the CCA. After arriving in City 18, Cole worked himself to the bone earning his points, even at one point cleaning bloodstains with his sleeves. Working early in the morning cleaning streets and shop windows and long into the night inside the UHC cleaning hallways and empty rooms. He worked more than enough for each and every point.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.I expect the CCA to be a very strenuous challenge for both myself and my character. Keeping the peace and disciplining citizens when needed will be nothing short of an honor for my character and for me, it will be an interesting and welcomed change of pace being on the other side of the stun stick as well. I intend to roleplay fairly and justly, all while enjoying myself and learning from the experience at the same time. I'd like to eventually become APEX mostly because it seems like that's where most of the action is and it fits best with Cole back round being a former track star.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.Cole Carpenter began life on a farm in Nebraska 14 miles from Lincoln. His early childhood began with working in field and carrying tools and equipment for his father Leo Carpenter. Even as a young child he was always there to do a job when it needed done, and do it well. Cole loved to read and had read '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea' by age 9. In school, Cole always excelled over his fellow students learning things and remembering them with in minutes, finding new ways to make the problem easier to solve. By Middle School was a very popular young man with both the faculty and his peers, each thinking he was a very determined person that actually enjoyed the challenge of his studies. A friend had recommended he join the track team in the spring, which Cole did. He was an excellent runner, and made the top of the track team the last two years of his middle school career. Even in High School and College he showed signs of becoming a future Olympic runner. Unfortunately, after a disagreement with his coach Cole was removed from the team. Cole graduated college with a bachelors degree in Culinary Arts. Weeks after the seven hour war began with Cole in the very middle of it. At the time Cole had been working at a restaurant in Lincoln when vortexes began to open everywhere with strange creatures stepping out of them. Cole ran as fast as he could out of the door and to his car a block away. Adrenaline blurred his vision along with confusion and fear. Cole drove to his parents farmhouse and told them to pack. They were going to go Arizona to meet up with a friend of his who was a pilot. They were going to fly the the U.K. and hope they hadn't been invaded by the creatures also. The radio said nothing. The only thing available was static. Needless to say Cole and his family were worried, hungry, and scared. That's when they were stopped at a checkpoint. Strange men in suits pulled them from the car. Examining each one of them, the biggest one with red eye lenses pointed to his gray haired father, who had broken his back the year before lifting hay bales, and said but one thing, "Amputate". Two of the suited men grabbed his father and began to beat him. They beat him for more than five minutes. His mother screamed and fought the man holding her as she tried fruitlessly to save her husband. Cole just stood there. He realized what they were doing and why they were doing it. He understood. His father was weak and couldn't work. He was useless to them. Like a gimped arm, they amputated him from the system. From life. They dragged his mother away to an armored truck and locked her inside. The man with the red lenses approached Cole and asked him why he wasn't upset, why he wasn't scared. Cole simply replied, " You did what needed to be done, sir." The man explained to Cole a form of point system known as the 'Loyalist Program' and how he could apply to join the CCA. He then gave Cole his CiD and assigned him to a truck, which took him to a train station. Thousands of people were being forced on to trains. Cole was put into a train heading for City 18. From there, he worked himself day and night earning
loyalty points. He was then transferred to City 45 where he earned his loyalist armband. Cole has dedicated his life to the Union.

What’s your most memorable quality RP experience?In an RP server as a CPU, I went on a manhunt with three good friends of mine through the sewers of the map searching for an unlicensed gun dealer that had been selling weapons which led to several citizen deaths. We finally found him in a generator room. Somehow he knew we were coming and had prepared for our arrival. With his warrant out, my two friends stacked up on one door and I myself went to the other. We breached both doors at the same time and in a hail of flash bangs and gunfire, we killed him. It was extremely fun.
