So I recently contacted a Air Force recruiter via email since it was too late to talk to him on the phone to contact me to work on getting myself into the Air Force and I still need to lose around 10 extra pounds and need some motivation to get more in shape. I'm going to start running more and get more physically active and eat healthy so I can get ready for Basic Training when I go into it.
I have been slacking off and just brushing it off to the side saying to myself "I have time". The time is now and I have to start now before I just blow it off and later on down the road regret it. I'm wanting to make myself a hard working man and serve my country and make myself proud and my friends and family as well!
