Gmod wont work

Each time I attempt to enter a server I get this:

I did delete some files from steam, but it was souce related, EX: Team Fortress 2.
Why is gmod all of a sudden not letting me enter servers?

TF2 update. Garry's Mod is broken until Garry gets on, fixes it, pushes it, and valve accepts it.
