IC Character Name: Rick Turismo
1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.My character was graduating from high school just before the invasion. He was lucky he even did graduate, he mostly got B's and C's . Especially in science class. He could barely understand what the teacher was saying. When he did graduate he said to everyone in a microphone: "One day, I'm gonna help people. I'm gonna save people. I'm gonna arrest people." And then they happened. The combined happened.
He said to himself, "No... My dream... ruined..." I then traveled and traveled until I found a place. City 45. I ran towards it, but when I was about to get in, a combine stopped me. He asked many questions, and I answered. After a while, he let him in and he could live. And then he saw the things combine could do. He had a new dream.
He asked many combine what they did, who they were and what their weapons are made of. They answered to most. And then I had an idea. I asked a citizen how I could join and he told me to go to the recruiter (That was a roleplay thing. The recruiter is you guys.) And he said maybe. That maybe. Made my day.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character. IC: Hard at most times but at some times pretty easy. Although I just expect the the jobs to be mainly hard. I expect to not be treated well, But does that matter to me? No. Just maintaining the city is. And I hope that sooner or later, all citizens will stop being brutal, or being stupid, or maybe even starting riots.
OOC: Well, I for one think It'll be a pretty fun time detaining minges. And I know that I must normally be serious, not OOCing: "You guys suck. I'm gonna go knock on the nexus door. Bye!" Like most minges would do. But I know that I cannot spam anything or detain for no reason like someone insulting me. Forget that, I know what's right and what's wrong.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words. Rick started out as a healthy, young baby on April 9, 1995. When he got older, He learned how to read, how to talk, how to write, and how to live. Some think I was way to childish, some think I was way too kind. But I ignored them. I continued to be myself.
As A teenager, Rick protected himself and his friends in any situation. And not long before he was about to graduate, they came. The combine. Rick had been hoping for this day, the day to see if the combine were real or just rumors. I though they were very kind, but then they attacked. Almost everyone died and the Nation fell apart. Soon, the world was theirs. I was scared, my parents had died, my friends had died, I had to start a new life... And in that life, I destined to become A combine, a combine that helped make this place better.
As an adult, Rick searched for a place to stay. He was in the middle of a wasteland. Soon, I have found a place. A city, you could say. A city called City 45. It was an amazing place, and all seemed peaceful, even with combine roaming around, I did not care. I had a place to survive in. Home is what I called it. I searched for a home and people that new where a home was. He said to go to the hotel near the nexus. I did what he said, and found a place to live. Soon after that, I found many people that i can be friends with, and became their friends. Shortly after, someone said that I sexually assaulted them although I never saw that woman in my life. She went to tell a CCA. She said her name was Shaun Freeman, although I have met Shaun and he was a boy. Soon, we were both questioned to see who was right. She kept lying by giving a fake CID and name. She told us her name finally, but still gave a fake CID. I had to wait a long time before they let me go, but at least i got to go. She was questioned until she gave up and just left the game. Her name was strange, so I can't spell it properly. That made me want to be a CCA even more. And if I am accepted, who knows how much more peace will be made? All that will be revealed in the future.
