In all seriousness; I have been wanting this brought back in some form. If you ever wanted to try it, I could see if Jake would give over his copies of the OrangeCosmosParty they tried a few years after OC died lel. If he still has them... I'd kill for some TF2TD again. I think that was the only thing they finished too.
What's working for us at the moment are gamemode concepts that are fully outlined and fully fleshed out. I remember myself when I would always babble on and on about cool ideas for OCRP features that never got implemented- because I never explained how they could fit in practically; but 12 year old Katazuro didn't know that
