This application has been declined. On the 20/9/2015 an Black Crow was born in an nest situated in the rural area of C18, Also known as D2 ,(District 2 is not a rural area, you are thinking of the Outlands), The crow was perky and was weak, It relied on its mother, Who was also an crow to dawn on him, Every day the bird feasted on worms, or scavenged leftovers from the CWU Shops

I will give my support for this. Sexy Frog has a demonstrated capability in the past through previous RP to handle this so I can't see why not.

Sorry, but I'm unable to support an application which doesn't have correct grammar/punctuation in it.

If good RP came out of it, I can't really argue with that. The reason I didn't want to progress this too quickly was because I might have needed to get Overwatch to do something about distributors/production facilities. I found myself in that position yesterday where I had to get somebody else to lead a raid against a possible production facility and now two of my characters have overlapping stories which is against the rules.
The distribution of Drip is caught up to match what happened in the event and a full list of symptoms and information has been released so most of the issues should be sorted now.

Is it safe to assume that Drip is related to Cocaine, after all, the two substances are Alkaloids, have similar Molecular Formulas and their Molecular Weights are pretty damn close. Not to mention it's physical distinctions..
Cocaine: Chemical Family: Alkaloid, Tropane derivative Molecular Formula: C17H21NO4 Molecular Weight: 303.353 (Yes I did go on wikipedia for the formula and weight.) You win a cookie, grats! Yep, it's related to Cocaine.
