As a Party Member you are to go by what we say or what the Union has to say.  Failure to comply will result in you being thrown out of the party. Infractions will be handled on a case by case basis, we have the right to throw you out for whatever reason we please. For the best possible experience keep a open mind and always be respectful to everyone.  However you are not required to help every citizen that you meet.

Apparently CW has some system that will automatically nocollide entities to props if you physgun them close to you or whatever.  However this causes a huge amount of hassle/hell when no-collide all a prop and try to position it as it will just spaz cause it un-collides itself with the props due to that.

The Purpose of this Diary is to track Joe Iskava and his daily actions as a Loyalist.

Day 1

Today has been a exciting day!  I just got off the train and into City18!  I cannot believe with my eyes how much potential i could achieve in this city! I began today by working around, getting to know people, and shaking hands.  I learned people enjoy contact with others, they always want someone to show them that they care. I then met up with some of the local Protection Forces, they are very helpful.  After talking with what looked like a squadron officer (By his uniforms patches). I began washing walls in the plaza to help show my loyalty to the glorious union.  While i done this for 2 hours we ran into a huge problem; someone was trying to jump from the catwalks! Well... he did jump. I was mortified by seeing him jump, but more because he fell within 20 feet of me! We had around 18 citizens around in the plaza at the time and all of them where around the area of impact.  We literally spent half the day cleaning up uniforms and scraping guts and chunks of dried blood up from the cobblestone pathways.  After this we looked into why the washing machines in the Housing block did not work.  After inspection by me, and then the same officer, we concluded that the machines were fried and he said "Grid would have to repair them".  This sounds like glorious progress into helping the fair city.  We still continued and i payed a visit to the Civil Workers Union HQ.  When i opened the door i was mortified; The place was in shambles!  Floorboards missing, holes in the floor, paint peeling, fallen roof tiles, water damage, mold!  I was quickly sickened by all of this and cornered off the front area of the building and called for help.  After getting approval i banded together a large group of citizens and began to brief them on the plans.  However as quick as we did this it got torn apart by Recruits who accused some of us of breaching the nexus.  Come to find out, some anticitizens blended in with our group.  After a talk with their commanding officer a lot of us where let go and the anticitizens got detained.  We then planned to house a meeting the coming week in the Terminal to speak about Loyalism and how it is the only way to prosper in the city.  Well that is all for now. 

From 2/1/2012 until further notice.

Do not set up rag stations or give out rags freely for citizens to clean with.  After today's "Incident" im banning this privilege until it can be shown that people will use them again right.  Today i saw CP giving them out Doing our job. And all i saw were citizens running about just throwing it at walls or dragging, not using any /mes and getting loyalist points for this.  And for the past weeks ive noticed this also,  one comes up and goes /me cleans old man.   Until im shown responsibility again i don't want to see any more rag stations.

However,  You are allowed to give rags to TRUSTED players.   As long as you watch them and make sure no one else gets it.

And to the workers who go against this, serious consequences will follow.

Due to the increase in inactivity a couple of things are going to go down today:

1.  Starting today 1/18/2012 if you have a CWU Character that has 2+ weeks of inactivity it will be characterbanned/blacklisted untill you work it out with me. This is unacceptable and you all know it. I am not running a free world organization,  if you want to RP with us thats fine.  Just dont waste my time applying if your not going to show your face.

2.  Mandatory Logging. If you plan to be inactive you must now log it Here.  Failure to do this will result in your character being put on the CharBan list until you can work it out with me.

3.  Character Ban List. - As Stated above we will now have a CharBan list of Characters who are not allowed to flag up until you see me about your unexcused inactivity. Admins if you can enforce this.


Here is the current list:
Your name only goes to the list if you have 2+ weeks of inactivity.  If you have 4+ your character will be removed and you will reapply. If your name is struck through you must re-apply no matter what.
