Didn't see a topic about Rock, ( Don't get mistaken with your Heavy Metal stuff/Punk/Any sub genres, this is more of the... original rock, should I say. ) Some of my favourites are AC/DC, Guns 'n' Roses, and Thin Lizzy. Not much happened today, got my first City 18 ration pack... not much different from the City 8 shit packs, I must admit. Spent my first night sleeping in the CCH lobby... it was a rough night, but I got through it. I heard someone getting taken away earlier, it brought back the memories of when my family got taken away in the war back home...

Well, its a happy day today, little Aiko has turned three! I thought that I should keep a journal from now on, well, I don't exactly know what to write as it is the first time I have actually, well, I don't know, written a journal!

Happy new year! I haven't used the journal that much, I need to get into this daily cycle of writing what I get up to, well, currently, it's the first day in 2010! My parents say I should celebrate the proper Chinese New Year rather than celebrating the start of the year, like the rest of the family, but, my wife is Japanese, and we have been nationalized Scottish citizens for around 15 years now.

Well, I found a pistol spring... I'll have this thing fixed in a few days... got my radio... just setting the frequency... well, I'm going to rip out this part of the journal... the pictures of Aiko and Aisha... I can't look at them...
Shit, I don't think they know I am down here, I don't have much time, that loyalist scumbag! He ambushed us... P is gone, my radio isn't working and I've lost contact with the rest of the group... I can't believe it... I just killed - No... I avenged G... I'm not a murderer... or am I? The only time I feel happy is when I sleep... I see her... and little Aiko... I still can't believe that G is gone... my day hours are haunted by my him... those... I don't even know what to call them... animals... they took him... N managed to get out... he didn't even help him... I'm going to get N... after I finish with this bitch...

What have I become...? No more than a fucking criminal... I had hopes... of resisting against the Combine... I... I...murdered... that poor man... I feel nothing... what did he do to me... I threw him on the tracks... watched him die... for what? No... I am not a murderer!

Todd wishes to join the CCA as he believes he owes the Combine everything for saving him from his "past" life, he also wants to help maintain law and order in City 18, as he has seen what's gone on behind the back of the CCA.
2)Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy) Todd is loyal to the combine, he is always "straight to the point" and he rarely tells a lie
3)Please provide one paragraph about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character? The CCA will be tough for Todd, but he will push through, he will achieve his goals and do as his superiors order him to.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 250 words. Todd was born in 1973 in a small town in Wales, as he suffered from Autism, he wasn't very good at making friends, rarely having human contact with anyone but his family, as a child he was very quiet, and most of the time he would sit and and read about space and science. When Todd was 22, his parents died, Todd got very stressed out and turned to the things that he loved - science and space. He applied for a job at an observatory, but after 11 years, his dream-come-true vanished in seconds. While repairing a telescope, a heavy lens fell from it and almost crushed him, nearly killing him, this incident scared Todd into an early retirement, where he sat in his home, letting the world go by, rarely going outside. When the Combine came to Earth, Todd was scared at first, but he felt that he could die looking at what he loved, so Todd remained in his home - unlike other people trying to run away to a "safe" place - looking up at the strange creatures and the huge other world portals forming in the sky. When the Combine took Todd to City 18, he felt that he had meaning in his life once more, so he stayed loyal to them, unlike many other people who revolted against the rule of the Combine. Tom was mesmerised by the Combine, with their advanced technology and power, he felt that he should devote his life to them, therefore he sent an application form to the CCA, hoping to become one of them.
