What happened when the bug occurred?
What happen is that if the car, is towed to the tow truck, and the player tries to repair the car, the car will still be brocken and then you try to repair it again, the npc tells you that it's allready repaired. You can go respawn your car, and it will be repaired though.
What was supposed to happen?
The car should get repaired, even if it's towed.

Hello, I have a issue. Well I guess I have.
The problem is that my pc's Graphic card gets up to 78 i'm fucking retarded please ban me C.
Is that a problem? Im scared that my pc would overheat.
Edit:Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1055T Processor 2.80 GHz Ram: 4,00 GB System type 64-bitw Graphic card: ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series, I got a fan on it that I can controle, the fan is on 21% but i can turn it to 100%, but im not sure if that will break something. In all I have 3 fans inside it.
