I've always wanted to know what motivates and moves people do something just because of a song or a performance they heard throughout their lives, and can't stop listening to it because of the effect it had on them. When I saw this performance, I was memorized. But not till recently did I realize that this performance by Coltrane was intended to ignore Music Theory because he was diagnosed with cancer 6 hours before this. The song is called "My Favorite Things". A 3/4 sig jazz standard mastered by Coltrane and Mccoy himself. I watch this and some Buddy Rich videos every day before school, and it just scares me sometimes to know how deep you can get with a subject like music.

It took me a while to form an opinion on the new Pink Floyd, and then I figured even after all the albums of them that I have listened to. You must listen from beginning to end to really experience Pink Floyd. This was one of there opening songs that really let me know that Pink Floyd was back. Such a simplistic beat with a laid back tempo with only 2-3 chord changes in the entire song, but uses the same instruments with a little musical engineering here and there. Still such a fresh breath of air though even after all these modern pop artists taking the scene. What about you guys, does it still sound like the Pink Floyd we all know and love?

So far in clockwork, I've seen Half life 2 rp, Starship troopers RP, GTA RP which was shut down, Phase four, Star Wars rp.
But there are so many ideas that I'm sure have been presented, but never actually been done before. Either that, or they've never been executed correctly.
Doesn't need to be too long, but what do you think would be a good Clockwork universe idea/concept?
The thing that recently made me think of this was a Darkrp server called "School RP" and i thought, what if that was a serious rp concept for the Clockwork script. There's so many ideas, but that's what i thought would be good for rp.

It seems like with the reveal of COD Advanced Warfare, it seems so similar to Titanfall to most of the people who have seen the reveal. The game to me actually looks like a next gen COD engine this time but has almost completely changed it's style. I always play it for the campaign, but i always play it with someone who buys it before me because it's best when you play the campaign with a group of people, plus you didn't waste your money
Before Advanced Warfare taking place in a futuristic setting, Treyarch made Black Ops II, which surprisingly i thought was kind of cool to install in the Call of Duty series with it's time setting taking place in 2025 and being able to see predictable military advancements. Advanced Warfare is taking futuristic settings to a far more level than ever though, I'm expecting the time setting to be around the 22nd century. Do you think Call of Duty is done, are they copying other games like Halo and Titanfall, or do you think Sledgehammer games is worthy enough to take a shot and make Call of Duty Advanced Warfare a good game of the series?

Something for lite rp in OCRP, have a drug store with an npc that sells regulated drugs that can boost a stat and/or downgrade a stat. The money will go torwards tax percentage and given to the city. Bad drugs though can do the same, but they are not regulated and can only be grown or bought. The drug dealer can also sell drugs you can't make, along with seeds you can grow to obtain the different drugs, making it interactive for other players to buy and sell the drugs they don't have or can't buy. What i wanted to do was have all the drugs you can buy from an npc effective, but the drugs you must buy from players are way more effective than the ones you can buy from an npc.
So some combinations for npc drugs are stuff like: Aderal increases accuracy, decreases running speed by 25%.
Painkillers/Muscle relaxers increase Maxiumum health, decreases accuracy by 25%.
Alcohol grows more health but decreases a number of stats like player movement, accuracy by 25%.
Steroids increase damage by 20%, decrease accuracy by 10%.
Illegal drugs grown and sold from players: Marijuana increases health 50%, decreases weapon aim by 25%.
Cocain increases running speed by 35%, decreases damage by 15%.
PCP increases damage by 40%, decreases accuracy by 20%.
Each set of drugs will have a time limit depending on what they are. And again, the stronger illegal drugs are only bought from player to player, it's risky to trust players that deal from person to person, so player interaction is key to buying the best ones.
This is the stuff i can get off the top of my head, it might not be as good so if you guys can make the idea any better post below.

This is more serious rp but I actually did this idea on an hl2rp server and got a lot of credit for it. An admin would use the prop menu in an apartment or a specific location and make a crime scene out of props and ragdolls and so on. When the cops show up to the scene from a 911 call or a warrent they will show up to a murder scene or an apartment full of evidence. There are many types of scenes you can make and that's why it's fun for everyone. The more creative and detailed you are with the scene the better it gets.

Whenever i used to spawn in OCRP, i always prayed for the car dealer sometimes so i can rent a car and drive back to a place. Or sometimes i want to spawn in the city to do things around the city after i die. Either way, it's a 50/50 chance where i spawn, and i would love it if the chances changed completely to my decision of where i want to spawn came into OCRP.

It's been a little over 5 months since I left a footprint on the snowy icy roads of Ineu... I was hit in the face with a counterattack like snowballs from long ago when i was a kid... Except i worried less about the artic blast and more about how many bullets could be flying at me... I was glad to retrieve a phone call from these people while i was in a hutch... It happened to be an abandoned control center raided from the same people that i had accidently blown up. Quick trips from here to there... Lets just say I threw myself across my own high school policy to stay away from the idiots. I was fed and and sheltered... Along with having to keep my one eye open while i sleep to watch flying knives from these people... Sipping on their best bottles they can get their hands on and pumping rounds out of their chambers one by one hitting a painted haystack... These people never appreciated what to do to stay alive... It's funny because with the amount of shells they rain down on me, i pick them up and save them for scraps. They made me realizing what the punishments of a scumbag are... Raising one is their punishment. I never spoke about this but i stole every little thing i could get from them without having them check the closet once. Books. paper, medical supplies, circuit boards, more bags, and a bunch of tools. From this day on, i don't regret one god damn thing i did to them.
We can take a tragic moment all of the time and make it a call out for us to listen up. You can also take a mans fist and swing them across a weak mans face and give him a little poke in the brain telling him to drink milk and toughen up. That's what they did to me... They jabbed at me even while i was sleeping to keep me occupied on something i would no longer worry about after a month. I already hear Paul raising the question of how I changed this way... Well it takes a while to thaw yourself out. After 2 weeks of having nothing on my eyes since i had broken my glasses, i finally realized i could see even through mists of snow more clearly. That was the first time i had ever realized not to care about the things i need to improve... Including my vision. Now i tend to keep my eyes open for calls, because these people might be tricking me but they say they can track temperatures in my radius to track OTA units. I'm glad they are actually looking out for me this time though.
Going to have to sleep for tonight, i got a massive headache from sleeping on concrete last night. Doctor. Dean singing off.

So we've obviously heard about the Sandy Hook elementary shooting with 20 children and 6 adults dead. Yes it seems to bother people more than i can say, but what bothers me is when people blame videogames on mass murders. There have been cases of Chinese students killing themselves over games, cases of teenagers in America beating people and stealing cars because of GTA video games... But what video game or how could video games cause a mass murder like this?
This obviously has not been the first time people have blamed video games on mass murders or anything crime related. However, lawyers and people around the world have taken this situation to the point where teachers are asking me to participate in kids in our school getting rid of their violent video games by throwing them in a pile and bulldozing them... I mean this is ridiculous. I've gone as far as playing games like Thrill Kill, Postal 2, or the uncensored version of Manhunt 2... I'm not trying to get a gun and kill people.
Your opinion? Should they blame video games on this? Should i participate in this video game destruction?
