   “Keep monitoring his vitals!  If something comes up, don’t be afraid to yell it at me!”  It was 3:00 in the morning on Valentine’s Day, and David had the luck to be working the night shift at the hospital.  Not that he had someone waiting at home for him, he wasn’t exactly the most charming or genial person you ever met.  Trying to find a personally engaging subject aside from morbid tales from the ER was more than a challenge, and a challenge that he preferred to keep.
   One downside of the trauma ward was it did horrors for your personality.  In his decade of experience as a trauma surgeon, he had damn near seen it all, from tragic falls, to amputations, and even a child on a skewer.  Nothing seemed shocking anymore, not even tonight’s call.  After a wild party, a group of guys decided to drive home drunk and tired along some dark country roads.  After swerving to avoid an oncoming car, the passengers, none of whom were wearing seatbelts, were thrown from the vehicle.
   The x-rays had just gotten back, and it didn’t look good.  EMT had been slow getting out them, and his particular patient already had signs of major brain herniation.  He wasn’t going to make it.
   As David stood there looking at the photos, he was approached by an aid, “We’ve got an IV in, should I ready a catheter to keep his ICP in check?”
   “No need”, said David as he put the x-rays down.  “Severe brain herniation has already set in.  Have his next of kin arrived?”  The aid simply stood there shocked, “But…we can’t just let him die!  There has to be something!”
   “You think I haven’t given it thought”, David’s voice cold as ever.  “He’s not going to come out of this, no matter how hard we try.  He’s a vegetable now, and he’ll be dead by dawn.  Now, go inform his next of kin.  I don’t want his family to see his brains coming out of his nose.”
Spoiler for 7 Hour War:
   Several more loud rumbles came overhead as the lights flickered.  The generator would hold, but David wasn’t sure how long.  Ever since the portals opened up in the sky, any and all patients that could be moved were moved into the basement.  He almost felt relief when people stopped coming; they were running low on body bags.
   Approaching a stretcher, he looked at its occupant: A woman about his age, burn marks all over her body.  He looked to the doctor beside her, “What’s her status?”
   “She’s lost a lot of blood, David.  It’s like she was hit with some sort of energy weapon.  I’ve done what I can, but I don’t think she’s going to make it.”
   “Then let her go in peace,” he replied coolly, walking to the next stretcher as a body bag was being readied.
   The man in the next stretcher had a gaping hole in his center torso.  It seemed as if something incredibly large had skewered him. “Why is he not in a body bag?”
   The same aid from before approached him, replying, “Er, David, that was the last one,” as he pointed behind him.
   “Then use a blanket, just get him out of sight,” David snapped.  Frustrated, he continued to walk amongst the dead and dying, the wall on the opposite side piled high with body bags.

   19374.  That was his CID when it was assigned to him.  As the train pulled up in City 45, he was given a guide on all the rules and regulations of this new world order calling itself the Universal Union.  The rules themselves were easy to follow, but what he didn’t enjoy was the conditions.  No heating, inefficient plumbing, and regular “health inspections” by the less-than-friendly civil protection, he had found hell.  That was a year ago.
   One day, he tossed his citizen handbook in a bonfire in Precinct 3, and started working for a black market dealer working in the area.  The food was better, and medical supplies started coming in for his use.  So too did the alcohol and cigs.
   Ever since his friends and family had been erased, those friends who still remained were Jack Daniels, Bombay Sapphire, and Virginia Slim.  What started out as a habit to calm his nerves soon became an addiction, one that he didn’t care to fight.  As long as he got his shit, he’d take care of you.
   And that was where we come upon him now:  His clinic somewhere in Precinct 3, smoking a cigarette and staring out the window onto the deserted side street.  Unnoticeable at first, the sound of footsteps and frantic voices comes closer and closer until a group of citizens, a young woman accompanied by two men around her age barge into his abode, carrying another man along between them.
   “Are you the doctor?” the young woman asked.  David took the cigarette out of his mouth long enough to say, “I prefer the term surgeon, thank you very much.  Now what’s wrong with your friend here?”
   As she motioned over to a nearby table, the other men cleared it off and set the patient on it.  He started to moan and muttered, “Mon Dieu, ça fait mal…”.  A red stain down by his right calf became visible, and blood already started to collect on the table.
   “We were on our way out of P3 when we saw him running in,” the woman replied.  “Must have been a capital malcompliant; the cops started shooting at him and one got him in the calf.”  David looked over the injury, his poker face betraying no emotion whatsoever.  Looking up at them he said, “Do you have a payment?”
   The woman dug into her backpack and pulled out a bottle of beer, “Will this be enough?” she asked indignantly. 
“For a bullet wound?” David replied.  “It’ll do.”
    Placing the bottle off to the side, he went over to a filing cabinet, rifling through the contents until he could pulling out what he wanted: A scalpel with a set of blades, a pair of forceps, a vial of biogel, a needle with thread, several syringes with needles, a pair of scissors, a roll of bandages, a bottle of isopropyl alcohol and cotton balls, and a vial of amoxicillin.  However, he appeared to looking for something else, pushing things out of the way as the woman began to grow impatient, “This man is DYING over here!”
   “And yelling isn’t going to save him.  Do you speak French, by chance?”
   “Well, I, er, took two years in high school.  I remember a lit-“
   “Good, I’m going to need you to comfort him.”  Closing up the filing cabinet he sets all of his equipment on the table before him.  Pointing to the other men, “You two, secure his arms.”  Pointing to the woman, “And you, get his left leg.  Also,” David says as he takes out a roll of rags, “Put this in his mouth.  I’m out of ketamine, so this is going to hurt a lot.”
   She hesitates a few seconds before nodding and grabbing the rags.  As she finishes up and grabs his left leg, David inserts a blade into the scalpel, “You all ready?”  As they nod he says, “Then let’s get started” before cutting open the patient’s trousers with the scissors.  Tossing the fabric off to the side, he hurriedly soaks a cottonball in alcohol and wipes around the area of bullet hole.  The Frenchman struggles slightly, whimpering as some of alcohol makes contact with the wound, but David ignores it.  Tossing the cottonball over his shoulder, he grabs the scalpel, pressing it down into the flesh near the wound and begins to make an incision across it.
   Immediately, the patient begins screaming in pain through the rags, thrashing about wildly.  Putting all of his weight on the man’s leg, David continues to cut until the incision is of adequate size.  Setting the scalpel aside, he grabs for the forceps, slowly forcing them into the bullet hole.  All four of them struggle to hold on to the Frenchman as he resumes his screaming and thrashing.  Gripping the bullet, David slowly pulls it out, laying it on the table.
   Wasting no time, he takes the threaded needle and begins sewing up the wound.  After a lather of biogel, a wind of bandages, and a shot of amoxicillin, David stood back to admire his handiwork.  The woman went to him and asked him, “Comment êtes-vous?”
   In a hoarse whisper, he replied, “Je me sens mieux. Merci.”  Looking back at David, the woman says, “Thank you, I’m glad you were here.”
   David didn’t respond immediately, taking a few gulps of the beer first.  “I’m not.  Anyways, your friend will be fine, but I would watch him for a few days in case some new shit pops up.”
   As the group exited his clinic, he took another gulp, looking back out the window, towards distant walls towering the distance.  David couldn’t stand it in the city, it seemed like nothing ever happened.  He was a trauma surgeon, damn it, not some ordinary EMT.  Anyone can fix a bullet wound or a broken arm, but what about a sucking chest wound?  Or a good old head trauma?  “I need to get out of here.”

General Discussion / Mass Effect 4 Announced (Old news is old)

So, I got the Mass Effect pack on sale the other day, and I saw this article in the news section: http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/11/20/bioware-asks-should-mass-effect-4-be-a-sequel-or-a-prequel/?ns_campaign=article-feed&ns_mchannel=ref&ns_source=steam&ns_linkname=0&ns_fee=0

Of course, along with every other Mass Effect fan, my first thought was, "Why?"  It took four years to build what would have been one of the most respected game trilogies of all time, and only 5 minutes to bring it all crashing down.  Is a fourth installment worth it?  If so, should it be a sequel or a prequel?

Fatal Flaw/Defect:  350 is extremely egotistical, and thoroughly enjoys it when someone he considers beneath him assuages this.  He enjoys the feeling of control the same way a flea enjoys gorging itself on the blood of its victim, blissfully unaware that someone is putting a gun to the back of his head.

Physical Description:  White male in his early thirties with dark hair and green eyes.  His skin is pale from the lack of exposure to sunlight.  He has a scar on the back of his head from a bullet wound.  He wears a kevlar vest ranked level 3 over his standard Elite Unit uniform. 

Mental State:  Looks up to higher units, looks down on lower ones.  He is always professional around his superiors, but quickly sheds that professionality when dealing with anyone akin to a citizen, including recruits, civil workers, and civil administrators.  While he enjoys the feeling of power, he is averse to gaining responsibility.

Physical State:  During his duty as an Officer, he was able to get basic augments, improving his sight, hearing, reflexes, and strength.

Anecdote One:

As a recruit, unit 350 demonstrated a certain erratic nature.  Being in a suit and mask for the first time has its effects on the psyche.  350 was noted as having constantly asked for permission to shoot at level one trespassers in the upper levels of City 18.  Many times he was told to stand down.  However, this never seemed to sink in.  Finally, High Command were forced to issue a blackmark to unit 350.  The change was almost immediate, and the recruit demonstrated an understanding of the chain of command overnight.

Anecdote Two:
Spoiler for Hiden:
  Unit 350 has been injured many times over his service.  The first was in the pursuit of a rogue unit.  The 04 caught several buckshot to the right arm.  The second was during a shoot out with an anti-citizen, where the unit took a 9 x 19 millimeter round to his gut, which easily pierced his Level One Kevlar.  The unit has also been stabbed in the chest with a crudely made knife.  His final wound in his duty in City 18 was when a citizen took a brick to his head, knocking him out and stealing his weapons.
  After the transfer to City 45, Unit 350 continued to be a magnet for injury.  During a shootout in the sub-city sewers with rebels, he was shot in the head with a 4.6 x 30 millimeter bullet while attempting to rescue a fellow unit.  After all the injuries, this unit shows no aversity to being shot.  It has been noted that 350 demonstrates a certain cockiness, believing himself to be invincible.

Anecdote 3:
Spoiler for Hiden:
As an 01, the unit experienced a certain tragedy.  While chasing a rebel through the metro tunnels below City 45 with a large group of units, many were injured along the electrified rails and a tossed grenade.  Amongst the injured units, was an OfC and a lower unit of unknown rank.  Even though the OfC was not as injured as the lower unit, 350 still chose him and triaged the lower unit.  The OfC survived, of course.  The lower unit was not so lucky.  350 was blamed for this, and punishment was promised, but never carried out.  350 has since shown an aversion to responsibility, often leaving the important choices to others.

Anecdote 4:
Spoiler for Hiden:
Upon the unit's promotion to OfC of NOVA, Commander 03109 was deployed abroad to combat an insurrection in another city.  The medical staff were currently under heavy stress, and 03109 reached out randomly to 350 to deploy with him to aid the medical staff of the sector.  During his deployment, he grew especially fond of 03109, looking up to him as a father figure, whether 03109 approved or not.  In the midst of a pitched battle, a rebel rocket impacted nearby 350 and 03109, knocking 350 off his feet. As he came too, he could not find 03109.  After a few minutes of searching, all that 350 could find was 03109's sword hilt.  Eventually, the insurrection was put down and 350 returned to City 45.  As much as he wished to keep it, he was forced to relinquish 03109's sword hilt.

Strengths - Skills/Traits:
  • Augmented senses.
  • Has a lot of medical experience.  No unit has died under his watch.  Well, there was...
  • A vast understanding of chemistry, including organic and biochemistry.


Weaknesses:
  • 350 is a walking bullet magnet.  He has been shot countless times, each one more life threatening than the next.
  • High Command.  As egotistical as he is, 350 recognizes those who continue to allow him to live.
  • His favorite drug happens to be power.  His arrogance often opens him up more than it should.
  • Impatient.  As much as 350 enjoys playing mind games, as soon as he loses control, he begins to gain a temper.


Notable Traits:
  • One of the few non-High Command units with augments.
  • Prefers the standard CCA pistol to any primary weapon.
  • Idolizes 03109, and (perhaps naively) looks forward to being accepted by him.
  • Treats most citizens, recruits, civil workers, and civil administrators with the utmost contempt.


Accent: French

Mannerisms:
  • Unless addressing a High Command unit, he speaks with a sarcastic, almost mocking tone.
  • Often references past pop culture without his knowledge.

Support & Help / ARMA 2 Crashing on Startup and other errors

Just recently, I have attempted to play Arma 2: Combined Operations. However, when I tried to load it as of today, it has given me this error message that says "This game is currently unavailable ( Application Running ).  Obviously, the game is not running. I cannot find any related applications through task manager, I have used msconfig to turn off all background tasks, restarted, defragged, cleaned the registry, and even did a hard reset, but it does not appear to be working. Also, I have attempted to run all the other ARMA 2 games I have, including ARMA 2 (Vanilla) and it's expansions, Private Military Company, British Armed Forces, and Operation Arrowhead. Of all of them, only the vanilla one will run. The rest crash on startup.

Suggestions / We need a new Serious RP server!

The other day, it came to me that perhaps the reason why HL2RP City died was because it had been stagnating for a long time.  The warning signs were everywhere really, and now I wish to pronounce our City server officially DEAD.  The obvious answer is:  What can we do to replace City?  I heard some pretty good ideas from other people.  Elions (?) mentioned a Fallout RP server, but if we really wanted a survival RP, we would all go to Outlands.  RTLK suggested Disney Park RP.  Not quite sure why.  However, Emory, in another thread (http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?topic=19592.0), mentioned a mars colony RP server.  This is the most original idea I have heard so far, but I would like to put my spin on it:

  • Why does it have to be on Mars?  Why not just Space Colony RP?
  • When the server comes up, there could be three "classes":  Colonists, Marines, and Scientists.
  • Elaborating on scientist RP, you could have alien creatures (We could just use HL2 creatures if the devs wish) that have not been discovered yet, and the scientists can classify them and such.
  • Speaking of creatures, that is where the Marines come in.  The exact command structure can be worked out, but aside from the CO, we could also have a civilian Viceroy, who commands both the colonists and the marines.
  • More can be added later.  This is the single most important sentence I wish to add.  The reason why City died was because there was nothing to do there.  Everything was static, and every event brought about further stagnation through equilibrium.  Instead of that, we could always add more things, like a freak cyclone that destroys the colony and it has to be rebuilt or relocated.  Or how about a player-created indigenous sentient species?  The possibilities are endless!

General Discussion / Bill of Rights (With Interpretation)

Seeing as how the Middle East is in flames over a poorly made trailer by a fail troll and how most Americans are saying "LEARN THE FIRST AMENDMENT", and I also have nothing better to do, I thought I would list all 10 Amendments in the Bill of Rights, complete with my professional interpretation of each individual right.  Each individual right in each ammendment is colored so as the reader can easily identify them.  As an American citizen, I think it is our duty to know exactly what our government is capable of.  For those Eurofags out there, take notes.   ;D

First Ammendment: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Interpretation:  The most overused and misquoted amendment of them all.
1.  The government cannot establish a state religion.  For example, Obama cannot establish Islam as the state religion of the USA (Obama is muslim, right?) and persecute anyone who refuses to convert.

2.  The government cannot tell people how to practice their religion, unless such practices infringe upon the rights of others (i.e. Muslim honor killings)

3.  The government cannot tell people what they can or cannot say.  Despite my simple answer, this right is INCREDIBLY complex and has grown more so over the years.  I will leave it to the reader to do more research on exactly what falls under this right.

4.  The government cannot tell the press what it can or cannot print, unless what it prints is proven to be distasteful slander.  For example, if USA Today was to print an article saying that Obama is harboring terrorists under the White House and they are not being facetious, then the government has the right to censor that article.

5.  The common people do not need government permission to gather.  The exception is, of course, with things like parades or bike races.

6.  The people have the right to protest against the government without their permission.

Second Ammendment:  A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Interpretation:  This amendment is the most controversial, and judges still argue over exactly what a "militia" constitutes.  As follows is my personal opinion of this amendment.
1.  Each state has the right to have its own militia, or national guard, to ensure its safety.
2.  People have the right to own firearms.

Third Ammendment: No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Interpretation:  Pretty much a useless amendment.  The only reason this happened was because we didn't want our government turning every house into a bed and breakfast like the British did.  That sucked hard.

Fourth Amendment:  The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Interpretation:
1.  People cannot be randomly searched.

2.  Houses cannot be randomly searched.

3.  Important documents cannot be randomly confiscated.

4.  Other personal items cannot be randomly confiscated.

5.  Warrants can only be issued if there is probable cause.

6.  A judge must approve of a warrant.

7. The area to be searched must be specified.  If you specify a property, you must specify where on the property you will search.  If you wish to search the house, but do not mention the back shed, you may not enter without owner permission.

8.  If you are looking for any criminals on the property, you must specify.

9.  You must specify the items you are searching for.  If you mention you are looking for weed and find cocaine, you may confiscate it, but you cannot charge the owner with possession.

Fifth Amendment:  No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Interpretation:
1.  All crimes shall be judged before a jury, unless the defendant so chooses to waive that right of his/her own personal accord.

2.  The exception to the previous right is a military tribunal, where a jury is not necessary.

3.  No one shall be indicted twice for the same crime (Double Jeopardy).  AKA, if someone is acquitted, the accusation cannot put him/her on trial again and again until they get a guilty verdict.

4.  The defendant does not have to say anything against himself/herself.  However, anything he/she says can be used against him/her in the court of law.

5.  No one shall be imprisoned, executed, or otherwise receive punishment without first going before a jury (Due Process).  This is the right that was violated when we bombed that American-born terrorist in Yemen with a predator drone.

6.  If the government needs your shit bad enough, then they must give you something in return.  Of course, this implies the government does not need your permission.

Sixth Amendment:  In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Interpretation:
1.  A person should not have to wait 10 years for a trial, and this trial shall not be behind closed doors.

2.  The jury should remain unbiased.  If a jury member is found to be biased, then he/she will be expelled and replaced.

3.  The trial is to be held in the district the crime was committed in.  However, if the jury is found to be too biased, then the defendant may be extradited elsewhere for a fairer trial.

4.  The defendant shall be told why they are on trial in the first place.

5.  The defendant may see the witnesses against him.

6.  The defendant may have his/her own witnesses.

7.  The defendant may have an attorny represent him/her, unless he/she waives that right and represents him/herself.

Seventh Amendment:  In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Interpretation:
1.  I'm not quite sure if the $20 standard still stands....but in any case, any lawsuit over a certain amount shall be tried before a jury.

2.  All evidence presented in the court room stays in the courtroom.  The only opinions that matter are those of the jury.

Eighth Amendment:  Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Interpretation:
1.  Bail shall not be set at one million dollars for a first time car theft.

2.  You shall not have to pay one million dollars for a speeding ticket.

3.  You shall not have your hands cut off if found guilty of stealing, or stoned to death for adultery, or have your tongue cut off for lying (For more examples, look up crime and punishment in Saudi Arabia).

Ninth Amendment:  The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Interpretation:  Just because a right is not mentioned, does not necessarily mean it isn't implied.

Tenth Amendment:  The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Interpretation:  Any rights not specifically given to the federal government are given to state governments.

I just found this lying around my frontier email homepage.  Not really sure what to make of it, so I'd like to know your opinions.  I could go both ways with this one.  On one hand, it seems very coincidental.  After sparking riots across the Middle East and Asia, he is suddenly arrested for a relatively minor crime.  Perhaps there was a conspiracy to turn him into a scapegoat and, in the process, secretly rape the first ammendment?  Or perhaps it really is just a coincidence?  What's your opinion?

As the log flickers to life, you see a unit before you.  His facemask is somewhere off-screen.  He has pale skin with green eyes.  All hair appears to be absent from his head.  As he begins to speak, one would notice a subtle French-Swiss accent.

"I still do not understand why I decided to make a video log.  This is something expected of a sentimental recruit."  350 waves his right hand dismissal.  "Whatever, I needed to get some things off of my mind.  Augmented as I am, my mental health is a fickle bitch that I must unfortunately appease from time to time."  He takes a deep breath, letting out a slow sigh.  "Let us get this over with."

350 leans forward, leaning on the table in front of him and clasping his hands together.  "First off, I wish to talk about these new batches of recruits that have been flooding in of late.  One has to wonder what goes through their minds as they put on their facemask for the first time.  Do they truly understand what they signed up for?  I know I did.  I joined for the science, to aid the Union towards their ultimate goal of enlightening the human race.  These new recruits, however, probably joined just to get a full meal."  The right end of 350's lips smirks upwards, a grunt escaping his mouth.  "How pathetic, be that true.  While there have been some exceptions, I feel little respect for any recruit.  After all, idiot recruits come from idiot citizens."

"Ah yes, the citizens.  Most of them were always idiots, but it seems that more and more pop up every day.  Malcompliant is too strong a word for these citizens.  I prefer..."350 begins waves his right hand in circles in the air, attempting to think of the correct word"...moronic.  I have found that there are three types of citizens.  The Alpha type are the "mature" citizens of the group.  They intrigue me.  In fact, I am rather curious as to how their minds work.  I engaged in conversation with an Alpha at one point, and was immediately engaged in a battle of wits that I can only describe as pleasurable.  Unfortunately, not everyone is an Alpha.  The Betas are the first type of moron.  I do not know the quantities of mind altering chemicals that the Union is flooding their water supply with, but the Betas have drunk enough.  Every time I walk outside, I am accosted by Betas begging for loyalist points.  It makes me want to reach out and snap each and every one of their dystrophied necks, but that would be counter productive.  The Union needs new recruits, and the Betas are our largest pool."  350 sighs again. "Unfortunately."

"The Gammas are the worst of the lot.  Instead of extreme loyalty, these citizens are borderline 10-103M.  You tell them to get on the wall and they instinctively run away.  The good news is I no longer have to do paperwork.  The bad news is, we have another DB to clean up and our Civil Administration whines about how we are making their job harder."  350 raises his voice, becoming enraged.  I do not give a fuck about a citizen in a shitty suit!  Just because they wear a suit, they think they are entitled to a better meal!?"  He lowers his voice, conscious of possible units in ear-shot.  "They do not deserve my respect.  Let the recruits gawk at their feet, I bow to no citizen."

"Higher units, however, are a different matter.  There are no High Command units I disrespect, but I have the most respect for units 03109 and 270.  I have seen them work, and they take my breath away when ever they enter the room.  Upon sight, recruits and lower units cower, whimper, and take alternate routes to their destinations.  Those who do not, receive cruel and unusual punishments that I would never think of.  One recruit I treated had his testicles smashed by a groin kick from the Commander, and another was shot point blank with a 357 round to the knee for incompetence.  We need more units like that in the CCA, and I look up to them as my role models, the same way a recruit should look up to me as a role model."

"I remember the other day, 03109 approached me, and I suggested ripping this malcompliant's brains out through his remaining eye socket, as he was a cyclops.  The Commander denied my suggestion, claiming it was too messy, and suggested a cleaner one:  Using one citizen as a bat and the other as the ball."  Again with the smirk.  "I consider that a complement."

The euphoric smirk eventually fades from 350's face as he reaches off screen and reapplies his facemask.  His unaltered voice is replaced by the mask's vocoder. " There.  My conscience is sated.  Now, if you do not mind, I will patrolling.  Who knows, I might meet an Alpha this shift."

The screen flickers off, ending the recording.

I was looking over the list of suggested events today, and the list was something like this:

Infection
Infection

Uprising
Rogue Unit
Infection
Infection
Tea Party

If you are going to post an event suggestion, PLEASE have some originality and creativity.  Just because you're playing a video game does not mean you need bullets flying at you.  If you want to get shot at, I really don't need to tell you where to go (Overused Dark RP insult is overused).  However, that tea party looks nice :)
