1985
Fredric was on the bed, his cancer was getting worse and worse. He took some water as the family came in. Howard came over and said "You will get over this soon." Fredric pointed Howard out the door. He got out of the bed and grabbed a shotgun putting it in the back of his vest. He exited the hospital and went back to house and took the cannabis from Lionel's wardrobe. "Darn Lionel turned hippie on me!" He took the blunt and put in his mouth and put on his clothes. He took the blunt and lit it. He turned on the television and threw the remote on the floor. He went out to the park and decided to end it here as he was going to die either way. He put the shotgun in his mouth and pulled the trigger. He started to then hallucinate. And woke up in the couch. He got up and turned on the ignition before driving back to the hospital and lying in bed dying slowly.

1999
Lionel turned himself in to the police a few decades after the killing of Vasquez. He was in the courtroom. Vasquez's family was on the jury stand. " Lionel 'Reg Biggs, you are charged with the the first degree murder of Rodrigo Vasquez, how do you plea?" Lionel looked at the judge and said "I plea guilty, and I would like to ask if you could reduce my sentence to second degree murder." Howard [Now a adult] stood up and grabbed the Lawyer's briefcase showing the gun. "What is this?!" Howard showed them the gun and said "The police did a investigation and found the gun that was used to kill Vasquez is actually his gun, that means that Lionel is actually not guilty!" The Judge looked at Howard and said "I guess, he is right, I will have to let you go, case closed."
2015
Lionel was in the house with Howard, Howard said to Lionel. "What do you think happened during the years that our father Fredric had to go through Vietnam and Korea?" Lionel looked at Howard sternly and said "I like to think that he earned his valor doing his job, god rest his soul." Howard looked at the picture and said "That man had to go through 4 wars and ended up coming home just to be infected with cancer." Lionel looked at the clock, it showed 9:30 pm, and it was snowing outside. "How is mom?" Howard looked at the window and said "She is busy at the bureaucratic office after she got fired from her medical job." Lionel looked shocked and said "How much money does she get?" Howard said "She is a very high title and a very generous paying job so about 5000 a week." Lionel heard a shock coming from outside and said "What is going on out there?!" Howard looked stern and said "It's something very bad." The Drop ships and synths came from the portals with the Xen beings. "Holy Shit!" screamed Lionel. Howard looked out the window and said "We should surrender, they will get us and they will kill us if we resist!" Lionel closed his eyes and exited the house. Howard followed him and said "We are not going to die so just do what they say and we will be fine." Lionel nodded and put his hands up with Howard.
2017
Howard was sent to C45 along with Lionel. "These fucking Combine ruined out fucking earth." Howard looked at Lionel and said "We should not say anything bad about them, they seem to have took notice of my work and gave me Loyalist status along with a armband and a application to the CCA." Lionel smacked Howard on the head and said "Did you sign it?!" Howard looked at his brother and said "I was forced to sign it!" Lionel screamed and said "Fuck this, you know I was thinking you could have changed to the resistance, but you work for the people who fucked us?!" Howard looked angry and said "Well, they have millions of troops and the resistance are very scarce, so I think you should join us and help the Combine!" Lionel looked at Howard and pointed to the nexus. "You are right, I guess I need to help the Combine if I want to live in here." Howard looked at Lionel and gave him a rag. "Please just clean the memorial and the other buildings and you will have it by tomorrow."

Fredric woke up, it was just a dream. The President was already dead so he was fine. He got out of the bed and looked at the TV. He turned on the news. "In Dallas today, the president's assassin Lee Harvey Oswald has been shot and killed by a night club owner Jack Ruby." Fredric was astonished. "What the fuck happened!?" Fredric looked around and said "That is bullshit, that can't happen!" Fredric ran out the door and entered his car.
1963
Fredric went to the recruitment center in the park and signed back up to enter Vietnam again, he was in the jungle on a mission to rescue a hostage by the name of "Red" Red was a embassy worker who was kidnapped by the Vietnamese so that Americans may be pulled out of Vietnam, Fredric took the m16 from his holster and landed on the ground. He entered the building and bashed through the doors and debris in the building. He shot a soldier and shot the hostage taker in the head. Fredric held his hand up and said "Sorry, but my mission objectives were more than meets the eye." Fredric shot Red in the face and looked around. Nobody to witness the killing.
1975
Colonel Fredric looked down upon the liberation of Saigon, blood and killings all around. He turned to the general and said "Do you think we will win this war?" The general shook his head and sat down on the couch. "Boy, do you want some champagne and a cigar while this battle is fought?" Fredric nodded and took the cigar puffing a long smoke out of it before throwing it away. He took the glass and looked down upon the crowd of soldiers. "Sir, I think we should get to the plane and get back to the US so we may go back home and continue our lives." The general looked at him and said "I think you are right, we won this war!"

I agree with you, everything is normal before the HL2 universe. But I was thinking that if it were to be normal than we would have the sleeping part to be required. Beside the sleeping part was a day after the assassination.

This is the HL2RP universe, not real life. And he is not in the 6th floor of the book depository, he is on the top. And if just to make a statement. And to make this true. In the next story, it states that Fredric is just hallucinating. So none of it never happened.

Fredric was assigned to the CIA were he was assigned to kill the one who pulled him out of Vietnam, He grabbed a Mauser and went to the top floor of the Depository, he took the rifle and placed it on the roof, he took aim on JFK and putted a bullet in, "Die, you communist pig loving fuck!" Fredric shot the round and missed, "Fuck!" He reloaded and shot again and hit him in the neck, "That will shut you up from making those stupid speeches!" Fredric grabbed another round and put it in the rifle, Bam!, It hit him in the brain and came out the top, It seems someone is already shooting at him as well, he looked over to the grassy knoll and found a man in a suit and tie shooting at the motorcade, and a in the other building shooting him too, and below him smoked raised so he guessed that it was a rifle going off. Fredric gave a thumbs up to the shooter and another to another shooter, After killing that son of a bitch was darn good fun and good sport.

1979 Fredric Biggs looked down onto the son that he was left with, his wife was away on a business trip, all he had was Howard Biggs. So he needed to do something, he ordered his older son to teach Howard while he was going to sit down and help. Lionel looked over his baby brother and tried to teach him how to spell, he was too young. Reginald talked with Lionel and said "We should wait til he is a bit older. [Note: This chapter was meant to have a song, but we could not find one, the next one will have a song. 1950 Fredric aged 24 looked up at the Sargent while cleaning his gun, the Sargent took Fredric's M1 and smacked him on the head with it, "What in the hell's name are you doing with a rifle!" screamed the Sargent. Fredric got up and took his gun and said "Cleaning my rifle, so it is not as dirty as you." The Sargent smiled and said "What is your name?" Fredric gave him a dark grin and said "Fredric Biggs." The Sargent gave him a nod and said "You passed the test, who is your squad leader?" Fredric pointed to Woof, a Sargent who was in charge of Charlie. 1951 LT Fredric Biggs marched his troops through the trenches, napalm dropped on to the rebels, he heard the screams of children and parents getting burned alive by the burning bomb. He walked fast to avoid hearing those noises. his ear listened and he looked out onto the field of burning Koreans and saw a boy being burned alive. He entered a trench and took out his map, he said "Listen guys, our radiomen will try find some air support to save the suffering outside, plus to also eradicate the forces, we will make it to the capital by Christmas. 1952 Fredric sewed on his new promotion into his uniform, he walked with his platoon until he finished sewing the Major insignia into his uniform, he looked at around and said "It is new years eve, and I will be sent to another platoon, but we will not be lost, if a soldier dies then he is always with the other men forever until the end of days and now we shall celebrate New years eve, One soldier started to sign Auld Lang Syne, Fredric joined in and so did the other troops, a bomb was heard. Fredric ordered everyone out of the trench, bullets shot onto the men, he took a grenade and threw it out of the trench a smoke grenade, Napalm dropped onto the Koreans dropped onto the men in time for Fredric and the men to run. 1953 Fredric walked into the room and looked as the secretary of defense was their, he said "We and the Koreans have made a peace treaty, if something like this ever happens again, we will call you in our hour of need." Fredric looked shocked and said "Well, what should I do!?" The Secretary looked at him and said "For your efforts we will give you 3000 dollars and also, we will relocate you to a training base so that you will still be able to train our troops." 1955 Vietnam Fredric was called again for the time of valor, he was sent to Vietnam, Shots from the other building came upon Fredric and the other men, he looked and saw the old platoon suppressing the other building, everyone from the Korean War. Fredric ran to the other building in ordered to be shot on the helmet by a 10 year old girl with a ak47 who was actually just playing with it and shot him accidentally. He fell onto the ground, he was okay. He took the pistol from his holster and put 5 bullets into the girl, he was in a blind rage. He took the AK47 and shot it at her, he then looked around and entered the building, a Vietcong lunged at Fredric only to be killed with a shot to the head with the AK47, he looked at the bird's nest and entered while gunning down the inhabitants, he walked out of the building dropped the AK47 and fell over. 1961 The prostitute walked over to Fredric with lip gloss on her face, she said "Give 10 drawra wand I love you long time." The other soldiers looked at Fredric and smiled. He took a 10 dollar bill from his pocket and placed it in her hand, she grabbed him by the collar and walked over to the hotel, he gave the men a thumbs up and a wink, he then walked into the Hotel, A few minutes later, he came out drunk and happy, he gave the guys a thumbs up and walked over to them. 1962 He walked over to the Vietcong interrogation room, he looked as the man was in the chair. He took out a cutthroat razor, he took him by the ear and ripped it off, he took some gasoline and rinsed it over the Vietcong prisoner, the Vietcong screamed and said "What about the Geneva Conventions?!" Fredric smiled and said "This is not a government interrogation, this is personal, you are not human while you are killing and slaving your fucking POW's! So why should I fucking care!" He threw the last of the gasoline over the Vietcong, he took the knife and carved a Vietcong flag into the prisoners head, he grabbed the car battery and attached it to the prisoner's nipples, he turned it on and grabbed a match, he lit it and threw it at the POW, he exited the room as he heard the burning screams of the POW, he smiled and left the building. 1963 A gun shot rang and shot Fredric in the leg he reached for the gun and failed, he was hit in the head with a butt of a gun and brought to the basement of a old pawn store, he looked as a bunch of Vietcong smiled at him and brought out a American soldier with a bondage suit on him, he looked around with a mysterious face, the American soldier was forced to pull down the zipper and humiliate Fredric, enough S&M could drive a man insane, he was about to put it in Fredric's mouth when he was able to pull the emergency knife from the sleeve pocket and cut the soldier's £"!$ off, the Vietcong were looking at Fredric, he took the knife and threw it at one guy and grabbed his AK47 finishing off the remnants of the Vietcong.

1971 Lionel was in the office as 4 trucks came down the road, he took the pen to the paper looking out of his office onto the Nevada Desert, the gas station held 4 trucks. Some men opened up a crate with a crowbar and saw a M4 Grease Gun, Lionel was busy. A Brazilian man named Vasquez walked over to Lionel's office with a machete, he opened the door and Lionel took the M1911 pistol from his drawer, Vasquez cut the gun in half and pushed Lionel over to the wall, Vasquez got the machete, he grabbed Lionel's hand and put it over his thumb and said "Come with me or I will cut of your fucking fingers!" 1972 Lionel worked for Vasquez for a year, he made a killing. He sat at the bay and looked as the Boats left with the Millions of Kilos of Cocaine, Lionel pulled out a 50 and bought a coffee and a doughnut, he smiled and left, he thought how many people would be addicted to Cocaine and OD, It was so simple, He smiled and said "Shit, not my fault, I was forced. But I still have a few thousand." He came home to the Penthouse and looked out onto the Black shadow and lights that was New Orleans, he took some whiskey put it into a small glass and looked out the window. 1973 Vasquez came back and ordered Lionel to sell Russian cars, he bought a brick phone and a buyer asked for 500 cars, Lionel smiled and showed them the thousand of stolen Russian cars, the buyer gave them a hundred thous bill, he walked away with a smile with the keys to 500 stolen Russian Cars. 1974 Lionel was sent to NYC to take out a drug cartel, he kicked open the door and shot everyone inside, he took the gasoline and sprayed it over the room, "Burn in hell Motherfuckers!" Lionel needed to get out of the city, he was being chased by every gang in Manhattan, he opened the hummer door and drove, bullets rang onto the Hummer, he grabbed the Mac 10 and shot at the gang, blood ran on his face, he turned the corner and saw a gang member with military issue weaponry, a RPG shot at the hummer, it was launched into the air and flew over the checkpoint of gang members, he drove to Harlem and entered Central Park, the Mafia shot bullets into the hummer, it crashed into the hotel, he lunged to a car, he broke trough the window and arrived the seat. He drove to Brooklyn and entered the International Airport and took a airplane back to New Orleans. 1975 A 16 year old kid was selling drugs behind the entrance to the bayou, Lionel took a chopstick and smacked him in the head, "Never sell drugs, never. he took a baseball bat and knocked the kid out, he took the kid home and ran to the bayou to escape the police, he was knee deep in swamp shit and he had no idea which way to go, "Jeez wheres swamp people when you need them?" He called out to anybody who could listen, he walked slowly trough the bayou, he took Vasquez's machete and looked trough the bushes, there was a house. He walked over to the house and knocked at the door, a women came and allowed Lionel in, he entered and looked down at the inhabitants of the house, he walked to the kitchen of the old wooden rickety house, he was given stew, he ate it and thanked the ma'am. The women insisted on letting Lionel stay for the day, Lionel asked to be excused so he may light a cigar. The Next Day Lionel looked around on the bed as he slept on the bunk bed along with the other people of the house, he walked downstairs and was given pig meat, he ate it and said that today he had to get back to work, the women gave Lionel a copy of a map to town which was a few miles away, he walked to town and entered the hotel, he looked around, a note was on his wall. it said "We need you to help us with a drive-by, come to the back of the hotel." He went round back and took a mac 10 from the garbage bag and entered the limo, it drove to a motel and the gang unloaded a flurry of rounds into the other gang, Lionel took the mac 10 and shot everyone in the limo including Vasquez. he exited the limo and threw the mac-10 on the ground while walking away with a few hundred bucks in his pocket.

I agree with same sex marriage, but you do not have to be gay to have marriage, such as Bisexuality and Bromance. But one man and another or women love each other that is not wrong, people able to order what people can and can't do is Orwellian and should not be stood upon. I myself do not care for sexuality, but I do believe that if you were to marry someone in your own gender than that is fine, but when people say it is not is what makes me angry, as people have a right to chose who they want to marry.

Write a 5 paragraph backstory of your character that reveals their qualifications for the position (One paragraph = 4 sentences) Heinrich was born in the late 20th century to a Upper-power class,His mother was a Brain surgeon and His father was a Wall Street broker, When he was 5 Heinrich was sent to Russia for private tutoring, His teacher a man named Yuri Slavdrapov, He was mean man to Heinrich but he thought him to learn and to spell and read, Heinrich was 17 when was sent to Oldfield Ivy-league University which was a few miles from his home, He slept in very clean dorm which had the smell of China which Heinrich took a vacation to, Heinrich was thought many things about the Brain and particles and many more, His favorite was the one where he took chemistry, And after months and days of work he knew that his brain would be ready for hard-working science even if it killed him.
Heinrich was now worthy enough of a PhD in medical history, He realized that if he could find a new way to use medicine then he could basically solve the worlds problems, He introduced a way of lobotomy which he solved with a dummy and a few items, He slipped a railway spike trough the dummy head and then told them about Phineas Gage and how he had a railway spike trough his head too, And told them that his personality was changed when the spike went trough, So he used a lobotomy tactic and was able to attach his brain if the parts were found. Heinrich was given the PhD and was then awarded with a Doctor of Science doctorate which was one of the higher doctorates, Heinrich worked so hard for the award he even read most of his books about medicine to get it most of his sweat and blood fell into this award, And when he graduated he even was able to get a job interview for a psychiatric job in medicine, He was sent to Oldfield asylum one the most Highly mental distraught holding building in the country, The boss of him was Heinrich's idea of a: "Sadistic Authoritarian figure of the building." Heinrich was pleased to meet his boss and told him about his place and the boss said "Well get started on you work then your going to Area 2." Heinrich walked to Area 2 it was hell and he knew it so he walked into the building and entered a room which a man was in there for being mentally distraught.
Physics: He quitted his job from the asylum and got a job as theoretical physicist, His job was to prove the Multiverse theory, He never knew that Xen existed but when the portal storms would start then he would be able to prove it, So his co-workers tried to help him with the equation but it did not add up, He needed proof of a parallel universes and he knew how to get it, Heinrich started reading about black holes and found the greatest theory he ever discovered, "What if black holes are the entrances to the Multiverse universes?" "How do you know that if the black holes were entrances?" "It's a theory I mean nobody has come into a black hole and told the tale, But it will only work if we can use our minds." "multiverse was unlimited in both small and big differences, Like someone would fall or not fall, Or someone would screw up a military operation and blow up the world, It's just a matter of time."
Author: Heinrich's first book was: Authoritarianism at its finest which was about totalitarian leaders and their reasons for getting into totalitarianism His second book was: TT which was about a way to heal people and stop stress which was just a theory where the hand was 1 inch above the body, And it worked and Heinrich was given a Emmy for the documentary and made another book as he was just starting, But his third book was never started and this was the reason.
The Seven Hour War : Heinrich was looking out the apartment window with his pen and paper making the third book and noticing the clouds start to go dark and storms starting, Heinrich was not a geologist but he knew that this would be bad, The Portal storm ravaged the city and dropped Xen lifeforms into the city, Heinrich was calm he knew that if he just sat down and watch TV then he would be Ok, Howard looked out and started to mumble something like: "you know I could use this to prove my Multiverse theory." Heinrich ran out of the apartment and took his Rolls Royce out-of-town were he needed to escape, The car was dead and he needed to find shelter. Heinrich ran 3 miles away from the city and took a nap in an abandoned caravan, When he woke up a day later he saw the city ravaged by the Portals, He looked around and saw a Civil Protection checkpoint, So he ran over and was knocked out by a Cp with a gun, a Combine officer pointed a gun at him and Heinrich what he was told,Heinrich was asked a few questions:"Do you posses a doctorate?" Heinrich replied by nodding, The Cp then asked him: "What type of doctorates do you have?" Heinrich then spoke in a small voice: "I have a PhD in physics and medicine and a Sc.D. The Cp then said: "You will be taken to city 59 on a train and then to city 45 where you will take a application." , The combine officer gestured him to a Train and he got on, As Heinrich got on the train he knew that his strong point would not break, He took a book to read and read it while he waited, After reading the book he took a shower and was then given a Citizen Boiler suit and a Citizen CID, After getting off the train and reaching city 59 he was ordered to go to the Nexus which was a few miles away from him, Heinrich reached his destination and was sent to the lobby, A Officer told him: "You are a particle physicist and a psychiatrist are you not?" Heinrich then replied: "I am a psychiatrist and a particle physicist." The Officer then said "We need men like you in our line of work, Men with your potential can help the Combine and we need someone like you." Heinrich then said: "I know I have the potential." The Officer then said: "Fine your train is going to city 45 were you will stay and good luck sir." Heinrich gave him a snappy salute and said "I best go before I need to wait any longer." Heinrich was put in the train and looked at the CP units come on to the train, The unit said to Heinrich: "Citizen name and Citizen identification." Heinrich then replied: "Heinrich Schlitz. #10350" The CP then said: "Oh you are Heinrich, We were looking for you and we will guide you to city 45." Heinrich looked stern and said: "The officer said that they needed me but for what?" The CP then gestured to the Commanding officer of the unit and she said "Well now you are going in the train and you will be sent to city 45 to help with the administration, I hope that suits you." Heinrich looked at them with disbelief and said "I thought I was just getting recruited and now I am being a Civil administrator, I think I will stay on the train and wait until I go to City 24 were i will start my new job." The Commanding officer then told him: "It will be a few hours so don't get giddy." She pointed the Units to the train doors and left. Heinrich reached City 45 and looked around after he got outside, The memorial was dark and the Nexus was bright as day, A Cp officer then looked at Heinrich and said: "Apply." Heinrich told the officer: "Heinrich Schlitz #10350.", The officer then told him: "Hello sir we were expecting you, please follow me." The officer took him to the Nexus lobby were he was told to wait and read a UU Branded Book, After extensive researching he knew that the Combine were really interesting and a helpful hand, He looked at the people outside in the Nexus, They were disappointing and malnourished they did not care for life or food all they wanted was redemption and salvation, Howard knew that if the people didn't want to live then they would kill themselves and that would be bad business for the Combine, He thought of ways that the Combine could fix the problem and be awarded with work and labor for the Citizens, But working for food and not money, The Cp came back with an application for him to write, He wrote down everything and was made Civil

Heinrich then went to get something to eat, He walked down the corridor and fixed his tie, He took a can of water, He never felt like this He needed a break.

Howard was in high school, carefully dissecting a frog so he could learn how to dissect, Howard carefully took out the heart and placed it on the dish, Howard then cleaned his gloves and went home, when Howard got home and went upstairs and looked at the homework he had to do, maths, history, biology, technology, Howard finished the work and went downstairs, and saw his mother cooking bean on eggs with toast, Howard walked up to his mother and asked "My school needs me to study Biology, but I need to find something to use for biology." Howard's mother smiled and brought out a plastic display with all the internal organs, Howard putted the organs into the vital organs and non-vital organs, after he was done he was congratulated and the next day was the graduation.
Howard got his diploma and went onto university were he decided to learn about more of medicine and biology, Howard was awarded his bachelor's degree and then came home to his mother and started to study more, Howard then realized that there was more to medicine so then he studied other ways of medicine such as: natural medicine, psychology and first aid, of course he was assigned to a bio-tectonics research team which allowed him to give most of his time trying to see if he could try to make a rose plant grow at a larger rate, Howard was looking at the plant, it was as tall as his body, he planted it outside and he realized his job was done, so he needed to get another job if he was going to become a scientist, and that is what he was going to do.
Howard was then sent to medical school were he studied lobotomy and other types of medicine for that which he never got any sleep for at least 2 days, after that then he decided that he would teach medicine to pupils in university, Howard was teaching medicine when 2 of his students came in and Howard said "I finally see that you got here, take a seat." it was the last day of school and spring break was starting, the bell rang and the students lunged at Howard, it was a riot!, Howard was running down the stairs with the principle attention mic was playing "Band on the run." Howard was outrunning the teenagers, Howard ran out the gates and looked at the riot of people getting out so they could go to the spring break parties, Howard woke up to be looking at the kids doing their work, it was just a dream, Howard was not going to risk it so he got up and said "I want all of you not to run in the halls when spring break comes, if I catch one person then I will shove this school right you your stupid whop asses, you got me?!." The kids sat in silence and tried to find the answers to the quiz.

Howard Biggs's Civil Authority ApplicationOOC Name: Dublinjd IC Character Name: Howard Biggs 1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.My character started to love the Combine ever since he was sent to City 45, he always wanted to help the Combine provide a safe-haven for the citizens and himself, when Howard started becoming a robot for the combine he realized that he needed to help out more , he obeyed all the commands given from the CCA and other combine authority when he was a new citizen, when he just got off the train he realized that what was an beautiful city in the EU turned out to be a Orwellian nightmare. Since Howard is one of the men who want to become CCA and help the CCA keep a peaceful and safe-haven which Howard was always earning for and for the problem with this is that he never got around to doing the things he needed for this safe-haven, Howard then realized that the CCA were not just helping the Combine, but the citizens too, Even if Howard's look at life was good he would still need to help out, Howard would be the first person in line to sign an application to join the CCA even though his purpose was a mighty good one, and so Howard would start supporting and obeying the Combine in more ways then, he would have done. Howard is not going to join the CCA out of spite or greed, his look at the Combine could really start to change his mind and also change his personality, he is joining the CCA to help the Combine and to keep a safe-haven for C45 and not to just goof around, he is always in terms a man who has the ability to help people in need if they are in trouble, Howard was never really good with any task that did not involve work because Howard always worked for the Combine in small and big ways. 2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy) Loyal: Howard always obeyed commands to a loyalist or a CCA in which he was doing a favor for the good of C45, he was loyal since he was a new and confused citizen. Lawful: Howard always tried to keep the peace and also try to become a peacekeeper in which he took an interest in, Since school he always tried to remain well and try to keep his' nose clean. Smart: Howard had studied hard in his young years which he started to love the most, Howard's look at his ability is the most certainly interesting of them all, Howard would try to keep this trait in life because he might need to use it for later. 3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character. I expect my character to be a flunky, I want him to follow the rules and never talk until spoken to, he would need to be looked down upon by high ranked officers, he would then be judged for his talents and see if he would gain the necessitates that they want for Howard, and it would be easy for him to gain the ability that the Combine want for him even if he needs to gain it by killing, So if he can try to become a CCA then he needs to just be the same as every other CP. Howard would need to be at the best of his limits and then he would need to start continuing his job as a CCA, Howard's ability to become a hard-working CCA is to become a loyal and trustworthy man of the rank and ability to become a CCA, Howard knew that the ability of his well-being was starting to increase overtime, and I expect him to become a loyalist and a well worker, even though he already is one, Howard also has a bad attitude to people who annoy him or break the law, Howard would also need to be productive and at least need to catch one criminal. 4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. Howard was sent to a Russian school for smart kids, He got trough the school pretty easy and was then sent to a Prep school, Were he has a interest in science. -Adulthood: Howard was starting his study to earn a Bachelors physics, He gained the degree and started working on astrophysics and cryptology, He would go to the observatory every night and look at space to see if he was going to find aliens or a new star, Howard found this was getting him nowhere so he gave the job one last chance before he would quit. -Seven Hour war: Howard was looking into space with his scope, He saw nothing but starts and the sun, Howard was angry and starting screaming at space, But suddenly he looked out the window and saw Portals transporting Xen creatures into the area, Howard was amazed he never knew that this was going to happen, So he decided to stay inside and wait, Before he knew it the portals raged and started ripping holes in the observatory, Howard screamed and ran to the exit, A bang was heard and Howard fell to the ground. He woke up and saw Xen beings running to the City, Howard was shocked and he needed to get out of the country, Howard got into his car and drove, He thought about what would happen if he was caught by the Xen aliens, Looking at the portal storms from all directions which he knew was a bad thing that would send Xen beings to earth, He put his foot on the accelerator and drove as fast as he could. After reading it he thought that this would be one of his futures, He started remembering quotes from the book, "The thought police would get him just the same. He had committed--would have committed, even if he had never set pen to paper--the essential crime that contained all others in itself. Thoughtcrime, they called it. Thoughtcrime was not a thing that could be concealed forever. You might dodge successfully for a while, even for years, but sooner or later they were bound to get you." Howard knew that this was one of the most gruesome things possible, But what would the positives be? "This is our land. A land of peace and of plenty. A land of harmony and hope. This is our land. Oceania. These are our people. The workers, the strivers, the builders. These are our people. The builders of our world, struggling, fighting, bleeding, dying. On the streets of our cities and on the far-flung battlefields. Fighting against the mutilation of our hopes and dreams. Who are they? -Relocation Howard took the book and was sent to a train, It was a normal train with a New york subway look, Howard sat down and looked around, He asked a guard the time of when he would reach the location, "3 hours." Howard looked at the clock it was broken, Howard thought that Orwell was right, It has begun, Howard looked at the camera, He then looked at a propaganda poster, It said: Obey the administrator, Howard could not believe it, The Orwellian themed nightmare had emerged, He thought about the things Winston done, He was sent to Room 101 for torture so Howard should do the opposite of what Winston done, Howard asked the Combine officer if he could read the book, The Combine officer allowed him. 2 hours and 30 minutes later: Howard was in the shower with his luffa sponge, He scrubbed himself with it, The CCA officer gave him a Boiler suit With a vest, A pair of socks, A pair of boots and a Citizen ID. -Reaching City 45: Howard walked outside the station and looked at the Nexus, Howard knew what it was, He looked at the broadcast: "Hello citizens of City 45, This is your Civil Administrator, We have news that rations are coming in a hour."
