 I was bored and I decided to write somethin



Silent as a threat, no one knew about it. No one know what it is, or if it's a thing at all. This creature,if you wish to call it that. Can morph it's legs and arms to unimaginable lengths. This being has been reported early as the fifth-teen hundreds.It's been said this creature hunts on the innocent and mostly children or anyone that sees it. Some may think this is an elaborate hoax to scare their children. No, I've seen this thing. I was in my bedroom before I was about to fall asleep I looked out of my window. I saw it. It was seven feet tall. I thought it was a normal person, until I started at it's face, but it had no face. No mouth, nose, and no eyes. As it stared down deep into my soul I became sick in my stomach and my vision began to fade. I looked away and closed my window. I fell onto my bed closing my eyes wishing the sickness go away and it did. Was this a horrible dream? No, it was to real I thought to myself.
That was couple months ago since then I've been experiencing paranoia. I keep thinking about him, and I keep seeing him outside my window before I go to asleep. Everyday, he get's closer to my window. My paranoia gets stronger, stronger, until it controls me. I started to been drawing some strange things lately. Pictures of him, and a circle with a small cross in it. What does this mean? I may not know. What ever that thing is, it's real. It's controlling me, it's like a cancer. It controls you and you can't escape it. I looked up about this so-called creature on the internet, I found out he was a legend and I'm not the only one who probably had an encounter with him. When I read more, my heart began to stop. This being killed his victims. I immediately turn off the computer. I sat in my chair, my hands covering my head. Scared, crying.
The worse encounter was last week. I was walking from school, people were riding bikes from school or on the bus. For me, I was walking. It was a normal day in fall. Leaves falling, school starting, and football season just started. I turned on my street, then I heard a strange sound behind me. I thought it was someone who crashed their bike. Nothing was there. I turned around and saw the being. He was different. It was 14 feet tall. It's arms were stretching and slowly becoming longer. I saw something growing behind his back as if he had tentacles. It began to teleport ever so closely. My stomach began to hurt as if someone punched it, my vision was fading but I still focused on the being. It...te-..leported to me. It slowly teleported to me... Then I blacked out...My brain went into a state of shock? No. That being forced me to get knocked out. Then, I felt the warmth of the sun on me.
I surveyed my surroundings notching I was not in my neighborhood but in a forest. MY clothing was ripped, I had a cut on my leg, slowly gushing out blood.....

Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Tiov moved to America to search the 'American Dream.' What he  found was, the American Dream. He take anything,do anything, learn anything! One day, coming home from work,  he had to go through a recent destroyed neighborhood caused by a horrible tornado. Many of the people who were involved were badly hurt and needed first aid care. Wishing he he had the medical care,  he went to the Red Cross Website. He found out there was classes around where he lived they could teach First Aid lessons. Eager to learn these lessons and wanting to help those who could get hurt, he got an reservation and went to the First Aid Lesson.
                                                                                                         On the day of the listen,  he was ready to go and ready to learn. When he got there he found out he was the only person there. "Funny," He thought.  There was a tall skinny woman who told Tiov, how to perform First Aid from a  simple scratch to a wound to lost some skin. Inspired and interested how Medical treatment works in life, he waited many years many years to save money. When he saved enough money, he went to University Washington of Medicine for years. Many years. When he graduated, he gained the rank of MD or Medical Doctor. When he finished his Medical School, he was rather young. In his late thirties and he earned his MD. "Wow," He thought to himself as he knew this was the American Dream. When he was done with school, he  became a Surgeon. Again, he had to take another school and waste many more years just to gain the knowledge to perform without killing someone or messing up. Know, he was 38. He was ready to become a Surgeon, but his dream was short lived.
      This is when the UU invaded. He was heading to an interview to be a  surgeon at a local hospital.  When the UU invaded, people died quickly. Many got hurt, many died, many were wounded. Tiov was cautious and he helped much as he could to those who were hurt but that was short. He was quickly knocked out when a tall metallic creature shot a ball of light next to him, exploding.  He passed, with the First Aid Kit in his  hand. When  he woke up, his surroundings changed. "What the fu-!" He looked all around him. He still had the first aid kit with him, intact, he was holding it still. What was strange that he woke up with blue clothing with a name tag on it. He was on a train  with other people. They looked at him as if he was insane. "Uhh,sir?" A black man asked him who looked desperate.
"Nothing, I am fine." Tiov responded. In reality, he wasn't okay. He was shocked and confused. He never experienced this before. He must of gotten amnesia or something. He wasn't sure. Suddenly, the train stopped. Tiov looked outside of a window. They were in a  dark tunnel. "Well, time to get moving." A white bald male said out loud.
"Yes, yes, it is." The same black man responded.  "What the fuck is going on!" Tiov muttered under his breath. Raged began to build inside of him. Sighing, he grabbed the Kit and looked to his side and saw a suitcase that was left. Looking around to see if no one was watching him, he quickly grabbed the suitcase and put his kit in it. He then held the case and walked out of the train... Wandering what will happen to him in this new place.

Yeah. Frequently my friends and I get in fights how communism is better or worse. They always say the same thing: They think of Stalin or North Korea. How can I convince them there's a good side and they were just tyrants? It gets on my nerves that they do not  understand the ideas of communism.
