//I was actually about to get to work on typing up several new applications for Loyalist Rank Promotion, but seeing as you've already done it, and done it swimmingly might I add, I would be happy to adopt it as the official interview-process, as long as you don't mind if I make a tweak here and there. :)

OTA-whatsit- He would probably be show down while piloting a heli during a resistance counter bombardment.
Consul Pierce Cullen- He would sit patiently in his desk, waiting for the resistance to make their way up to his office. If he couldn't coerce them into letting him live, then he would die in his chair with no regrets.
Houngan Bambara Ge-rouge would end up becoming a witch doctor of sorts in a local camp, the small civilizations that would pop up before City Life was brought back.
Alfred and his Operator- They wouldn't fight alongside the rebels, mosmt likely slide back into hiding, although some camps would see a strange little robot wheeling around in the plains on occasion.
Price Masterson- He would teach the resistance members the proper way to utilize rifles, and end up helping them from behind the lines, eventually casting away his balaclava and walking off, never to be seen again.
423- He would cast aside his uniform and attempt to assist the rebellion, due to the fact his medical know-how could be of assistance.
My Vorts- Both would end up assisting with the Rebeliion in any possible way they could.
CONSCRIPT- He would sit in the Nexus, and upon release, would be of no use to the Rebellion, so he would probably be cast aside.
Reaver-((If he hadn't been executed) He would have continued to rally resistance bands together, calling for unity rather than seperate encampments. If he survived the fighting he would have played a key role in reinstating life within cities, setting up Governments again. In the rebuilt City 45, he would advocate the abolishment of any Police Forces for quite some time, due to the fact that they would seem so much like the old Units.

"I was under thebimpeessoon that you were planning on speaking through blue-tooth from the roof. Glad I'm mistaken, proceed. I have to speak with Sectoral Command."

Pierce grabs the radio hanging at his hip, face-palming mentally as he quickly brings it to hos lips, "Doctor, I was being sarcastic. We have to get ready to move, we haven't any time for a speech. You can give the first when we get to the Embassy, if you so desire."

Pierce looks over towards the arrival of the unit and Doctor House, giving only a cursory glance before packing the last of his items, "Afternoon, House. You can try to give a speech, but there is not interface to do so. Everything has already been moved to the Embassy. The machine is basically vestigial. Your belongings need to be packed, so get to it, please. We're leaving within the next few hours. I just have to speak to Sectoral Commander to finalize the move." The Consul rubs the bridge of his nose, obviously stressed out by the move.

"Outstandingly You and I seem to be the last two remaining. Everyone else has already made the move."
Pierce drops his hand to his radio, wrapping his fingers around it, he raises it to his mouth. "Do as you wish, I have precious few minutes before we depart, however."

Half-Life 2 Roleplay / Re: Atlas - Showing the way since 2017

Glad to see someone deviating from the 'kill loyalists and talk smack' reblul groups. I've seen several decently structured groups, and have belonged to more than one, so I'm glad to see another one popping up. I look forward to Roleplaying with you lot.

The Consul gives a curt nod to the Overwatch Soldier, setting his focus on the new arrival, he smirks, looking down at the myriad of suitcases and several large binders that strewn his otherwise barren and empty desk. The CAB paraphernalia that used to litter the room is now absent, all of it confined within several crates in the opposite end of the room. Pierce clears his throat, gazing at Ms. Tallen..

"Good evening, I dare say it has been quite a while, how are you?"

The addition of the two new Citizen Factions will increase citizen RP. I'm also working on giving the City Administrators more interaction with citizens without breaking our role, as long as it doesn't push passed a limit that would male us public.

I have to agree with Racoon, this thread needs to refocus on civi RP and improving it, now shitty models and stuff. I'll get the ball rolling here. One idea I had focuses on the loyalist side of things and its citizens organizing community events in the city, like a community clean up or something.

I'm currently working on changing Citizen RP on two of my characters, however I do hold cleaning events in the morning on my unit, as does Orange.

Spoiler for Hiden:
Well, if a unit wants to come up they can(IF THEY ASK STILL, this is still IC). I'll make a CCA RP thread as well, also, to Hazard, when I put the 'someone coming up the elevator' part, I meant for it to be another CA's entrance, but ye you're right. lol I'll post a new response IC in a bit.

City Administrator / -The City Administration Office- A Forum RP.

//Right, so in light of the fact that the server is down, and we are all bored, that's right, I'm speaking for you, I've decided to create a Forum RP for us. The rules are as follows,
Everything that goes on in this thread is strictly In Character, as in what happens will carry over to the City Server, and will be counted as In-game goings-on.
Treat this as you would the City, meaning anything said can and will be used against you if you decide to be a knob.
All rules that apply on the server apply here, and if you do something that will warrant you being killed in this thread, you will be removed from the CAB as if it were on dat City server.

The room was filled with a waxing glow from the small, enclosed window within the wall adjacent to the broadcasting equipment. The distant sounds of radios emitting shrill pings could be heard coming from below the elevator shaft, as well as the closing and opening of doors. The low hum of a distant Helicopter could be heard passing over the otherwise quiet city as a man stepped out from behind the Broadcasting Camera's view. He wore a dark coloured suit with bright lapels, the tie that hung from his collar lain immaculately against his pressed undershirt. He raised his free hand, the one not clutching the off-white carbon-fiber cane, and ran it through his slicked back hair. It was early morning, and he had just declassified several documents, relaying the information to the public about the new Third Precinct. As he slowly used his cane as a strut, he shambled over towards the desk at the far end of the room. The silence was suddenly broken by the loud groaning of the lift, slowly making its way up the shaft towards the office, bearing an unknown occupant..

Accepted Authorizations / Re: Price Masterson's Authorization Application
« on: October 30, 2012, 11:31:57 PM »
That's fine. I wouldn't actively sell weapons. This is for contraband, I'm not planning on being a weapons dealer.
How about this, once a month for a knife of some kind.
Any other weapon I will add an auth app for, meaning if somethind out of the ordinary would be sent, something had would happen to Price, perhaps near detection, OTA having visual on him, him being wounded. And those would still be basically minor weapons, just mlsomething other than a small knife.
