Like the title says, whenever I press APPLY HERE for any of the application forms, it redirects me to the forum homepage, I have tried IE, Chrome, and Firefox, I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, still did not work, I have disabled all my extensions on Chrome, and I am running Win7 (64-bit) if that is relevant. I have questioned several people on the HL2 server, and they have no idea how to fix this. I have a feeling that this is a local problem seeing as one person posted their CCA app today.
(I am attempting to apply for CCA in specific.)

A power blackout would be awesome, but I don't think it can be done. Wouldn't they have to change the whole map?
Even if the change you and me are thinking about is posslible with LUA only, sadly, it requires plenty of work so it will just be done ICly.
iirc the City server already had weathermod to darken the screen for an event, couldn't we just use that?

It usually fixes it for me when I start a singleplayer game on any map, then join it.

I also think that there should be a day-night cycle, like the one in HRP! Would help those wannabe criminals come out and steal stuff during the night, and when it's the morning, you figure out your shop's been ripped off the foundation! (Or something along those lines with the resistance.)
