Yeah, but most of half life 2 happened over what, a day? Two? I don't think it spread word that fast, and the reason I know they didn't already know was because at the beginning, people didn't know it was you, so yeah.

Well I do agree that he should be mentioned, but if so very, very brief, but what I find strange about hl2 (the game) is that every single rebel in the entire game knows about freeman, even though in half life 1, the military killed off everyone related to black mesa, except a rare few, and how every single one of those people ended up in the same city, though I suspect G-man. But still, how does every rebel in the entire city know him, especially near the beginning of the game, I understand the later, where word spreads. Anyways ending /pointlessrant

Roleplay Experience: I have been roleplaying for about a year and a half.
Why do you want to be accepted into the CWU?: I wish to be accepted into the CWU because I usually don't see many CWU members on, and people are sometimes complaining that, because noone is on, it takes away an aspect that they could sue to roleplay with, and I wish to bring that aspect back. Also, I think it would be a fresh new set to roleplay in.
Character Backstory(Must be one paragraph): Ben Rose was never the most physically inclined kid, and he was constantly bullied for it because the school was very physically inclined. Even through all of that, he pulled through and managed to get a good education, working part time jobs everywhere to get enough money for a good car. Even though he had a bad past at school he loved to help people and tried his best at it. When he was fifteen he was told by his father to 'Shape up or ship out!' which was his way of saying "Get focused on what you want to do in life.' So he began thinking about what he wanted to do, when one day his mother suggested he become a doctor. He loved the idea! So he took the money he was saving for a car and put it into a bank account to earn interest. He worked all the time to pay for his education all the while he was made fun of at high school for not having a car. He smiled at the thought of being the only one to afford college by himself. When he finished high school, he was excited that he could finally begin being a doctor! But first, he still had one thing he had to do, he had to go to college to learn the more advanced medical procedures. He took out all the money he had earned over the years and counted it, getting more and more excited with every dollar counted. When he was done with the counting, to his despair, he found out that he was ten thousand dollars short. Seeing as how much he had looked forward to going to college, Tyler Rose lent his brother the ten thousand dollars, money he had been saving up for his own college education. Ben quickly promised to pay him back. He moved out of his small Ontarian home and moved west, hoping his application to the University of British Columbia was accepted. A week after moving to Vancouver, he got a letter from the University say that he was accepted! He spent four long and hard years vigorously training and learning to become a doctor. On the fourth year, during a break in his studies, he decided to take a plane ride home to tell his family how good he was doing in all his classes! On the second day at his old home, the monsters started showing up. He and his family were forced into the city of Toronto, where they lived for a year, in fear of the creatures outside. Then the Combine came and he was separated from his family, only remaining with his brother. They were both shipped off to City 45. They were quietly talking aboard the train when Tyler was struck with an amazing idea! To jump off the train and live in the wilderness. Tyler wanted to do this because he heard he was to be amputated when he got there, due to his hunting expertise. But Ben was too scared and after a long argument Tyler jumped out by himself, leaving Ben alone on the train, heading into the city, scared. When he got there, he was quickly relived that it would be safer here, then it was before and that the ‘CCA’ would protect them, and because he was so grateful to be alive, he did whatever he could to help the newfound ‘Union’. Over time, he slowly forgot about his brother and is now working hard to enter the CWU., for he really wants to help the union better.

We have lost men....
It all started when I woke up alone, I radioed to see if anyone was still alive, and I found out they the were holding out on the roof of the destroyed office. I quickly got there and got on top of the roof, bringing a civie with me. We where then attacked by Antlions and an antlion gaurd. We lost a man because he slipped off the roof and fell. We later escaped, but John was killed.....I saw the antlions eating his dead body. The antlions followed us....We were saved by a man, and he had a vort with him. We all ran into a warehouse and held out, me and Mark escaped to get help. We ran into a Resistance member, he gave us ammo, then went to fight a strider. Me and Mark ran back to the warehouse, the door was bashed open, but their bodies were not there. We later found the survivors, Ryan broke his legs. The man got mad at Mark and me for leaving. We all left to go to the clinic, but the man ditched us. He was wearing a hoodie that covered his eyes, jeans and he looked to be fit. If I ever find him, I'm going to kill him....
I later traded some shotgun ammo for medical supplies, never know when those are going to be useful....
I hope Ryan is ok....

-A journal is found on a dead body, you flip it open to the first page and begin reading.-
A lot has happened today....
Well first of all, I found this journal, on a dead man, funny how he wasn't dead two seconds earlier....
So, I woke up this morning, on my bed behind the billboard, I liked it there. I met up with another man, who saw me from the canal, we talked, and he set up a radio near my bed. I then saw another man in the canal, and it looked like he was struggling so I approached him from up top and directed him to come to the billboard, I didn't see him for a while...
We later ate and heard an explosion when the man came, we talked, and trade, I got myself a radio. While we were setting up our radios, we heard AR2 shots, so we quickly left and ran to one of my friends hiding spots, and stayed there for a while. We met up with a couple men, and I found some SMG ammo, I quickly took it and loaded it into my gun, good thing to... We later decided to move on, so we started walking towards the force-field, when all of a sudden, AR2 bullets were being fired at us, I quickly took cover while my new friends ran, I decided to try and flank him, so I went around the fence while he was walking down the ramp and fired three bullets at him, luckily he didn't see where they came from, I think I missed though...I heard shots being fired on my radio...I think some of them died. I later met up with two of my friends again, and we hid in the sewers for a while, until a man came to us, and was shot right in front of us, we quickly ran away, and met up with more people. I led them to a safe house bunker. There was a resistance member and a medic there. They told me to guard the front door, so I did, then a zombie ran through, I quickly killed it, but ran out of ammo. I told them and went to rest in the back, there were some strange people there. A man was talking about religion....bloody fool. There was a headcrab, a vortigraunt in a lab-coat and a man in a lab-coat. We were attacked by zombies, then antlions, a few of us died. When they stopped coming, I heard on the radio that someone needed help, I quickly left to help him, but I was to late....On my way back to the safe-house I found a group of refugees hiding, I took them with me. That is when I heard about the safe-house falling....apparently that man talking about religion set the place on fire....more people died in there. I quickly rushed back to see what happened, and to my surprise the man blew his brains out! This was when we went under fire from a combine sniper, we quickly ran inside the bunker. That vort was almost shot. A few minutes later, an Antlion guard attacked us, smashed the door right in. My friend Mark went missing around that time. We quickly ran out of there and ran to the clinic, where we formed a group, and spread ourselves out to help refugees, I was searching the area when I saw, walking down the road 3 combine. I quickly ran out of there! A few minutes later We got word that one of our camps were being attacked! Me and three other men went to provide backup. Luckily he was still alive, but he had two unarmed citizens with him. I quickly attempted to suppress the combine while they got outside and behind the building. I got shot, once in the stomach. I ran out of ammo again and quickly made my way back to the clinic. I think a few of our guys got killed, but I think we killed one of those combine guys. I removed the bullet and wrapped the wound, but it still hurts like hell. We got word that the combine were coming to the clinic, so me and Ryan, the one that stayed behind, quickly got out of there when we met up with chuck and another guy. We went into the canals and me and three other guys are trying to sleep....
I'm lucky to be alive.

Hi! Yes I am aware that you should pay careful attention to who you click on when choosing your character, but both my characters have the same model and last names, and I was quickly joining, as I had left to change my spray, and didn't want my friends on the server to wait to long. No, I didn't do anything on that character except type a few things, I did not even leave the spawn by the time I realized what had happened. You can ask Abbott to confirm this, or, if possible check the logs. Another reason to allow him back is because he was a loyalist and would never try to leave the city, or have any way of doing it to. I really hope you can bring him back, for I spent a lot of time on him. Thank you.
