No it wouldn't be that as he said it happens when he loads a new singleplayer game, not when he starts the game itself. That parameter would cause gmod to connect on startup.
If I recall, Garry had changed gmod to, when making a single player server, start a listen server. This was due to some compatibility error with Toybox. My best suggestion that would work would be to rename your garrysmod folder (this is so steam does not recognize it, then re downloads the content) then put your addons back one by one until the problem happens again.

Wake is right, however there are solutions to that, RTLK and I have just decided that it isn't urgent enough. HRP bans also work on the bans page, just no one plays there, so there are few bans. Any other servers we put up should work with it, given that the game mode lets us.

I didn't ban anyone, I set 2 people to read only. Spam was a stupid board in the first place, waffle insisted we keep it. Posting over 40 threads with nothing more in the OP than asasdg is a waste of space, even for a spam board.
