Great update! but what is someone RDM's you just outside of spawn, so when you go through the portal it will re-spawn you.

I think the issue is in the server.cfg file (Haven't loaded a game mode on my server in a while) and make the sv_defaultgamemode example. If that doesn't work check this link: http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Gamemode_Creation

Upgrade your laptop dongle to 5GHZ and also your router.
A massive amount of signals are on the 2GHZ range (standard range) and often cause internet drops, performance degradation and even range reduction. Even if you don't have any other devices connected, mobile phone signals and neighboring WIFI signals will be interfering.
Thanks I'll give it a go later and report back whether it works or not.

So, my internet keeps crashing after about 10-20 minutes consistently and it is really annoying. At first my skype calls will drop then my internet bar will say no internet access. The quickest way for me to get it back up and running is to click disconnect then reconnect. if I don't do that it will go back to normal eventually. I have looked up many different fixes but none of them have worked so far. I have a laptop with a wireless internet. Furthermore, no other device such as other computers/ Ipads are disconnecting, just my laptop. I don't think it's a location thing as my sister's computer works fine in my room and my laptops internet doesn't crash when I'm round other people's houses. Here's what I have done: - Restarted my computer
- Turned off my router, left for 10 minutes and switched it back on
- I have had an IP renew done.
- I have changed the channel of my router
- I have tried to update my drivers, but there was no update.
- I have used an Ethernet cable
- I have disabled my firewall
- There were a few other things I have tried but that was ages ago and I cannot remember
Anyway, this has been happening for ages and I really need this fixed. I was just recently playing Company of Heroes with some friends but I was constantly crashing. I hope someone can help. Thanks for reading, and any replies are appreciated.

CG simply isn't dying, this community is massive and I've been with it since way before the free GOLD member period.
There has been a few times when we have dropped to a point where donations are barely covering bills but we spend time on minimizing the bills and pushing through, It takes dedicated staff members to keep this going and that is what we have got.
The majority of paid developers are doing things for free currently as we are dedicated to keeping our members happy, I for one was contracted to make CGRP but I offered to keep my work free until the community is in a far better stance when the game mode everyone wants releases; CGRP.
I'll come out publicly and say that CGRP's planned release is before UK summer holidays, this will be the best time to release a gamemode and the sheer hype will bring everyone back.
And when is the UK summer? For Muricans we get out in early June(for the most part, some get out at June18th), for example I get out on June 4th.
For our school and most in the UK we start summer holiday in late July.

I was really excited for Rome 2. Me and a few friends were going to do a sort of tournament thing. When we saw the release we were so disappointed as we are fans of the other total wars.
