Support & Help / Persistent OCRP Texture problems

I got the SVN mods, as I always have, and I updated all of my games to the new steam pipe stuff, verified the caches and stuff, I got the right mods off of the workshop, but I'm still getting errors. I'm not sure if any of the TDM cars are working, and on top of that half the map has started to get errors, I'm guessing that has to do with the steam pipe issues. I appreciate that its causing problems, and should go away with time, but I don't know why the errors with the cars is coming from, any help would be appreciated.

Also, it should be noted that my models for the weed growing it still works, and I think those come from tf2, so that's still working. It looks like ep1 and ep2 stuff is broken.

Table Talk / Would Aliens have DNA?

If life did exist somewhere else in the universe, it would have evolved like us, and as we know evolution is a process that is random, simple mutations that help a creature survive increase its chances of reproduction. So, if this is true, would it be unlikely that aliens would have DNA, as they might develop a different system because of random selection, but also there could be many other traits that might develop differently, four limbs on mammals might not be the norm, hell there might not even be mammals, there could be an entirely different form of creature on an alien world.

So how much different do you think an aliens biology would be from our own, and do you think that there are some things that might be universal to all creatures, even ones from different planets?

Fixed Bugs / Invisible people

What happened when the bug occurred?

I think certain people who buy a certain skin are showing up as invisible for me, I'm not sure if it's because I didn't do the content pack properly but everything else seems to work fine

What was supposed to happen?

They were supposed to be visible

Fixed Bugs / Trade spam

What happened when the bug occurred?

Quite simply a person can spam the trade button on another person and it will just continuously open up new windows, making them stuck until they close each window.

What was supposed to happen?

I assume once you press f4 on someone you shouldn't be able to do it again until they press either accept or deny (and even then there should probably be a delay)

General Discussion / Elder scrolls online?

It has been announced recently that an Elder Scrolls MMO is being developed by ZeniMax studios online. So far the few things that have been revealed is that it is set 1000 years before skyrim, it is set across the entire land of Tamriel (ohhh :3) and there will be 3 factions. Just wondering what any of you other fans of the elder scrolls series think about this?

So far it seems that lots of people is mad that its an MMO, guessing some people need to have their games first person hack'n'slash or run'n'gun, personal choice I guess

Personally I don't mind MMOs and I like the series so I am looking forward to seeing where this goes.

Half-Life 2 Roleplay / Problem with making an application?

I wanted to make an application for tool trust to enchance rp and what not but when I went too go make the topic in the tool trust application section but I was unable to create a new topic. Am I just being stupid or is there actually a bug for me? I might just posting in the wrong place. If someone could point me in the right direction or help me fix this that would be great

Personally I am a huge fan of David Bowie and I think his music is great

Creations / I Draw you... In maths!

Basicly In maths I draw very quirky pictures (see below) and I had some, well... intresting feed back. I was soon asked to do a request and I quite enjoyed the wacky outcome. If you too want something drawn in this style (you yourself or something else) then just ask and I will draw away!

Support & Help / Resolution problems

Im using a Gtx 560 graphics card and a 23" screen (HANNS.G HL231dbp) on windows 7. For some reason windows 7 is only letting me use 1620 x 1200 as my resolution despite the fact that this screen supports 1920 x 1080 as its max. I managed to fix it on my desktop with a nvdia program but the problem is still there for games. If any one knows how to get pass this or fix it please tell me. I am also using a VGA cable for the screen if that would effect it in any way.
