Quite simply, I suggest the thread title.
Pro's
Adds more incentive to donate
Makes our HL2RP server that touch more unique (the opportunity to stand out via playermodel)
Can go hand in hand with PAC3
Con's
People may argue elitism
Over the top custom model requests
Possibly limited only to the one character which would mean a PK would screw it
Other points to note
I've no idea how it would work, but the suggestion itself is what I wanted to get out. Ive put in the cons section that people would argue elitism however the opportunity would be available to everyone, as it is a donation suggestion.

I understand ASSESSMENT #1 - IC situation: After noticing that I am being followed by the single individual I would give a warning. If he was to still continue following I would take a closer position to the CA, and request for MPF units to deal with the situation, having my priorities. In the worst case scenario where no units are about and this problem individual is still following on, I would try going down the fear RP route with warning shots, failing that I would go ahead and fire on the individual. ASSESSMENT #2 - OOC situation: I would expain to the player that they were being restrained IC, and for that reason they would have been unable to just run away like they did. I would ask i they were familiar with HL2RP and the servers rules, providing a forum link if they were not. Most of all I would be patient with the player whilst the admin was busy, until anything the player couldn't understand is solved, or until an admin returns and takes control of the new player.

Paragraphs
When a part of the application asks you for a paragraph, it is a minimum of three sentences. (Three full stops.)
This is a mandatory requirement when constructing your apps.
Minimum post count
There is a minimum post requirement of 10.
Postwhoring (Posting multiple non-constructive or vague posts as quickly as possible) to get to 10 posts will result in a denied application.
(Unless you are a VIP or GOLD member)
Time
There is a requirement for you to have been with the community for a minimum of a week, and have experience with our HL2RP server.
Accepted for interview time limit
If your application is accepted for interview and you don't attend said interview within 5 days (OOC) without prior notifying us of you being busy then your application will be denied.

Previously, this was handled fairly poorly. (In my opinion). The evidence here is the fact that players had to ask in OOC for them, and the notorious reply when anyone mentioned it in OOC.

[OOC:] Alex Mark: OMG NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT LONGER
Obviously when we had enough members online it was easy to organise and conduct, however there were long periods of time when there would be a low populated server and no way to get rations, so perhaps an idea would be to have an entity that spawns them (say 1 per hour), and also have the CCA issue them via RD, when there is enough units online.
Im sure the rest of you have ideas on a better way to deal with Rations, so please use this thread to discuss!

So the most common thing I hear from all the guys at work is that northerners are better (harder) workers and that southerners are more intelligent, obviously thats not true but I must say northern accents are funny as fuck. To the guys living up north, what do you think of the southerners, and to the guys living south, what do you think of the guys up north? Im not trying to start a flame war but I just want to know if there I a stereotype like what was portrayed in the film, myself being from London, I get on with northerners fine, but i've had the odd brush against a northerner who'se just been a dick.

Due to work I had to previously leave you all for a long period of time, however in the next few weeks I should be getting more time off/evenings to myself so I went ahead and ordered a super-powered laptop so that I can get back in on the goodness. I start full time work in the British Army and will be away for a long period of time for my initial phase 1 & 2 training. Obviously i'd like to stay and administrate whilst doing so but I won't have the time, so this is a little message for you all in case you wonder why i've dissapeared, i'll try my best to post on the forums every so often and not become a total stranger! If you need authorizations to say make a special character or have special abilities, you need to fill out an application here. It will be reviewed by HL2RP super admins and if accepted, contact any admin in the server (does not have to be SA). Make your auths realistic and stick to canon.
All application require proper spelling and grammar. All applications will need to be 100% in-canon. Applications failing to follow these requirements will result in an immediate denial.
Applications will be reviewed over a period of days and the final decision will rest on multiple factors. All HL2RP Super Administrators have the ability to accept and deny applications, and may override another decision with justifiable reason.
Restrictions:
No authorizations will be given to be the following:
Stalker
Strider
Any other NPC
Any canon character
Black Mesa employee/Black Mesa knowledge
You cannot get an authorization for the following:
Any flag (Tool Trust Applications are separate, those are the only flags gained by application)
Weapons/Ammunition
Resistance Vests
Special/Psychic Powers
Anything related to the CCA/Combine
The following require either RoflWaffle or myself to approve due to the nature of them:
Hunter
Resistance Group Leadership (must be an established group)
Any authorization can be revoked by an admin or higher for abuse or failure to use properly.

So my question is: Are you allowed auths, for a one way trip in to the city from the outlands? I know in normal circumstances you cant have a char from outlands in to the city, but what if you auth for it writing the whole backstory etc. If your certain you know the answer please post and then lock the thread, thanks!

If I play them with VLC media player, im constantly skipping and stuttering (like frames I think)
and if I play them with MPC (Media player classic) I have anything from 3-5 second audio lag.
Any possible diagnoses? I can only guess that my computer is too old for it...

What it says on the tin people, I just thought it's an interesting question + opinion of the community can do good at times..
For discussion purposes, why do you think your vote is the least successful; and what would you replace it with?
For me: The least successful is HRP. I think its unsuccessful because no-one plays HRP any more cause they'd rather play OCRP I'd replace it with a build server, or something people are more likely to play (Apparently stranded is a good game mode [never played it])

My pet cat (Jippie) is some 22/23 human years old (about 154 cat years) and she is just too old, and she's being put to sleep. Whilst im not happy about it of course, im not sobbing like the rest of my family, I can accept she's had a good life and we're doing the right thing for her by letting her go peacefully rather then let her body fall apart whilst she's alive.
Problem: My family (Mainly mum and sister) are upset, sobbing/tears etc. It's awkward, what's the best way of cheering them up/getting their mind off of it?
