Calvin Shvitznysky's Civil Authority Application

1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.

Calvin is tired of seeing contraband being flowed throught the streets. HE wants to stop it and have criminals arrested. The thieves the scammers and the smugglers gone. He has never been part of a rebellion nor attempted to be a vigilante.

Held up in the street in P3, he had no tokens. only a few breens waters. He said "Give me them, Now." ANd held a knife to his face. The man heard me throw a rock down an alley behind my back and thought they were footsteps. The sound continued throughout. Evem though the rock has stoped rolling. He heard a shout of "Calvi-?"  He heard his Cousins voice shriek, a loud slash of breaking flesh and witness a large amound of blood splatter the wall.

The criminal fled the murder scene and then Calvin rushed to his Cousin. He heard heavy breathing. He saw his brother turn his head. Calvin thought he would hear his last words, but he heard a quick click of his tongue and he watched th elight leave his brothers eyes. He then closed his brothers eyes. He then stood from kneel and wipe his eyes. The rest he has forgotten.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
A whole new experince. It will be like devoting my faith to the better of City 45. Discipline citizens accordingly, and make sure the minges in jail, are taken care of as bad as there offenses are. He has heard tales of Combine saving a woman from a rapist. He has idolized them since. He wants to be the one who saves people. Not be the jerk who makes them MY victim.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
Calvin was young when he arrived to City 45. Only in High Schol WHen the combine came knocking and sent him away. His daughter was killed in crossfire. When he heard from a rebel that Breens water makes you forget, Calvin drank 4 waters to forget the memory. Upon entering Precinct 1 he began to find housing. He thought they were fantastic but when he arrived home, he had a large hole in the right wall. He tried to patch it up but no way he could stop the large gaping cole before him. He tried to get past it so he looked in fridge. He found a UU branded spoiled milk. He also found some useful tools. A flashlight, Request device and 1 ration bag. He then could request. He requested to fugitives, contraband, weapons and more.

In 2017 he has become more experianced into City 45. He got jobs washing windows with his cousin. As the city became darker and darker each night Calvin became afraid to go outside. Calvin then manned up and came outside with his cousin. They then found a fugitive in precinct 3. THey tried to catch her but they couldn't. THey then saw her reach a dead end. His cousin knocked her out. Calvin and his cousin fouund the CCA and reported it to him. The CCA checked them all and  detained the female. He then awarded him 1 point. His cousin has been found dead, a knife wound to his neck. Since then Calvin wants justice for C45 and that sis why he is applying.
