Ok, so I have thought about this for a while now. And hear me out, how about we put in HL2 Beta Chars. Now these would increase RP greatly with these chars. So let's name them all and give them their jobs.
let's just forget about Conscripts, that's a whole different story.
So let's start.
Combine Assassins: Ok, now these Female OTA would make good for RP. Male's being Grunts and Females being Assassins. They would be used for well Assassination of a Rebel, or just one of them people who would go down on a grapple and put a black bag over your head and you will never be seen again. These Chars are really important to Cannon, even though cut. So let's leave this suggestion in.
Combine Big Momma Pod: These Pods would be used if a Head crab Event is in place. They are the birth pods of Head crabs, and would be used in their birth. Not chars, but props that could be implanted if given time.
Alien Assassins: The Outlands version of the Combine Assassin, also known as the Breeder. It's acrobatics and claws are good for climbing and stealth and attacks.. So let's try and use it if we can get a model.
The Alien Combine Soldier: No, we aren't using it. I am not suggesting it in anyway, I don't want a worm walking around C17. And I'm not saying we should put it in, but if you want to then OK. It's the same as OTA so we don't need it.
Cremator: Ok so this grunt walks around and immolates dead bodies to 'clean up the city' I know that this is a very good char for RP, so let's put this is. It can be in charge of burning the bodies and we can implement some bits and pieces.
Now time for buildings and pictures that can be implanted for later projects. Remember this is a suggestion and not a idea that we are meant to put in because I say.
Vertigo: This Skyscraper is a massive eyesore to the populace, it's like the Philips Building in Saints Row only more ugly. But now this could be a embassy for CA's. I am one and I think it was fun back in C45 when CA's had a building to themselves.
The Manhack Arcade: A arcade for Citizens who want to cut thing open, I know this would be a good example for RP situations. That's all I have to say.
OverWatch Nexus: Yes, the Parliament of Serbia, it's a good building. We could use it, it would make good for Overwatch so if there are a lot of them then they can reside in the building.
Vorti-Cell: A power supply from Trapped Vorts, we all know what's going to happen. This machine rips the power out of the Vort and leaves it dry in it's shell. It's like ripping a yoke out of a egg.
Combine Assassin Tanks: I guess the Assassins need a bigger name for stasis. We don't really need it.
School Bus: These cars can be driven, they are used to transport Citizens around. Let's say that if we had a big map then we could let Citizens get on and CWU or Loyalists could apply to becoming Bus drivers. That's enough on that.
Heel Springs: This is the last suggestion of this, these are to be used for Assassins or for OTA, CCA of a high rank that want to do some Rooftop Work, or as I like to call 'being on a rappel before jumping on my char with a black bag and he is interrogated.' Heel Springs would be very important, but would take a lot of time.
These Models are unused and can still be found in the HL2 Files. They can be converted to Garry's mod, but I don't know how. Some files are unused and cannot be used.

1979 Fredric Biggs looked down onto the son that he was left with, his wife was away on a business trip, all he had was Howard Biggs. So he needed to do something, he ordered his older son to teach Howard while he was going to sit down and help. Lionel looked over his baby brother and tried to teach him how to spell, he was too young. Reginald talked with Lionel and said "We should wait til he is a bit older. [Note: This chapter was meant to have a song, but we could not find one, the next one will have a song. 1950 Fredric aged 24 looked up at the Sargent while cleaning his gun, the Sargent took Fredric's M1 and smacked him on the head with it, "What in the hell's name are you doing with a rifle!" screamed the Sargent. Fredric got up and took his gun and said "Cleaning my rifle, so it is not as dirty as you." The Sargent smiled and said "What is your name?" Fredric gave him a dark grin and said "Fredric Biggs." The Sargent gave him a nod and said "You passed the test, who is your squad leader?" Fredric pointed to Woof, a Sargent who was in charge of Charlie. 1951 LT Fredric Biggs marched his troops through the trenches, napalm dropped on to the rebels, he heard the screams of children and parents getting burned alive by the burning bomb. He walked fast to avoid hearing those noises. his ear listened and he looked out onto the field of burning Koreans and saw a boy being burned alive. He entered a trench and took out his map, he said "Listen guys, our radiomen will try find some air support to save the suffering outside, plus to also eradicate the forces, we will make it to the capital by Christmas. 1952 Fredric sewed on his new promotion into his uniform, he walked with his platoon until he finished sewing the Major insignia into his uniform, he looked at around and said "It is new years eve, and I will be sent to another platoon, but we will not be lost, if a soldier dies then he is always with the other men forever until the end of days and now we shall celebrate New years eve, One soldier started to sign Auld Lang Syne, Fredric joined in and so did the other troops, a bomb was heard. Fredric ordered everyone out of the trench, bullets shot onto the men, he took a grenade and threw it out of the trench a smoke grenade, Napalm dropped onto the Koreans dropped onto the men in time for Fredric and the men to run. 1953 Fredric walked into the room and looked as the secretary of defense was their, he said "We and the Koreans have made a peace treaty, if something like this ever happens again, we will call you in our hour of need." Fredric looked shocked and said "Well, what should I do!?" The Secretary looked at him and said "For your efforts we will give you 3000 dollars and also, we will relocate you to a training base so that you will still be able to train our troops." 1955 Vietnam Fredric was called again for the time of valor, he was sent to Vietnam, Shots from the other building came upon Fredric and the other men, he looked and saw the old platoon suppressing the other building, everyone from the Korean War. Fredric ran to the other building in ordered to be shot on the helmet by a 10 year old girl with a ak47 who was actually just playing with it and shot him accidentally. He fell onto the ground, he was okay. He took the pistol from his holster and put 5 bullets into the girl, he was in a blind rage. He took the AK47 and shot it at her, he then looked around and entered the building, a Vietcong lunged at Fredric only to be killed with a shot to the head with the AK47, he looked at the bird's nest and entered while gunning down the inhabitants, he walked out of the building dropped the AK47 and fell over. 1961 The prostitute walked over to Fredric with lip gloss on her face, she said "Give 10 drawra wand I love you long time." The other soldiers looked at Fredric and smiled. He took a 10 dollar bill from his pocket and placed it in her hand, she grabbed him by the collar and walked over to the hotel, he gave the men a thumbs up and a wink, he then walked into the Hotel, A few minutes later, he came out drunk and happy, he gave the guys a thumbs up and walked over to them. 1962 He walked over to the Vietcong interrogation room, he looked as the man was in the chair. He took out a cutthroat razor, he took him by the ear and ripped it off, he took some gasoline and rinsed it over the Vietcong prisoner, the Vietcong screamed and said "What about the Geneva Conventions?!" Fredric smiled and said "This is not a government interrogation, this is personal, you are not human while you are killing and slaving your fucking POW's! So why should I fucking care!" He threw the last of the gasoline over the Vietcong, he took the knife and carved a Vietcong flag into the prisoners head, he grabbed the car battery and attached it to the prisoner's nipples, he turned it on and grabbed a match, he lit it and threw it at the POW, he exited the room as he heard the burning screams of the POW, he smiled and left the building. 1963 A gun shot rang and shot Fredric in the leg he reached for the gun and failed, he was hit in the head with a butt of a gun and brought to the basement of a old pawn store, he looked as a bunch of Vietcong smiled at him and brought out a American soldier with a bondage suit on him, he looked around with a mysterious face, the American soldier was forced to pull down the zipper and humiliate Fredric, enough S&M could drive a man insane, he was about to put it in Fredric's mouth when he was able to pull the emergency knife from the sleeve pocket and cut the soldier's £"!$ off, the Vietcong were looking at Fredric, he took the knife and threw it at one guy and grabbed his AK47 finishing off the remnants of the Vietcong.

If any of you have a opinion of it then please tell me, if it is negative than I will try best on the next one, plus any request would be great, and maybe when it is done you may be allowed to RP as one of them on HL2RP except Howard and Fredric, you can have Lionel [Howard's Cooler brother.]

1971 Lionel was in the office as 4 trucks came down the road, he took the pen to the paper looking out of his office onto the Nevada Desert, the gas station held 4 trucks. Some men opened up a crate with a crowbar and saw a M4 Grease Gun, Lionel was busy. A Brazilian man named Vasquez walked over to Lionel's office with a machete, he opened the door and Lionel took the M1911 pistol from his drawer, Vasquez cut the gun in half and pushed Lionel over to the wall, Vasquez got the machete, he grabbed Lionel's hand and put it over his thumb and said "Come with me or I will cut of your fucking fingers!" 1972 Lionel worked for Vasquez for a year, he made a killing. He sat at the bay and looked as the Boats left with the Millions of Kilos of Cocaine, Lionel pulled out a 50 and bought a coffee and a doughnut, he smiled and left, he thought how many people would be addicted to Cocaine and OD, It was so simple, He smiled and said "Shit, not my fault, I was forced. But I still have a few thousand." He came home to the Penthouse and looked out onto the Black shadow and lights that was New Orleans, he took some whiskey put it into a small glass and looked out the window. 1973 Vasquez came back and ordered Lionel to sell Russian cars, he bought a brick phone and a buyer asked for 500 cars, Lionel smiled and showed them the thousand of stolen Russian cars, the buyer gave them a hundred thous bill, he walked away with a smile with the keys to 500 stolen Russian Cars. 1974 Lionel was sent to NYC to take out a drug cartel, he kicked open the door and shot everyone inside, he took the gasoline and sprayed it over the room, "Burn in hell Motherfuckers!" Lionel needed to get out of the city, he was being chased by every gang in Manhattan, he opened the hummer door and drove, bullets rang onto the Hummer, he grabbed the Mac 10 and shot at the gang, blood ran on his face, he turned the corner and saw a gang member with military issue weaponry, a RPG shot at the hummer, it was launched into the air and flew over the checkpoint of gang members, he drove to Harlem and entered Central Park, the Mafia shot bullets into the hummer, it crashed into the hotel, he lunged to a car, he broke trough the window and arrived the seat. He drove to Brooklyn and entered the International Airport and took a airplane back to New Orleans. 1975 A 16 year old kid was selling drugs behind the entrance to the bayou, Lionel took a chopstick and smacked him in the head, "Never sell drugs, never. he took a baseball bat and knocked the kid out, he took the kid home and ran to the bayou to escape the police, he was knee deep in swamp shit and he had no idea which way to go, "Jeez wheres swamp people when you need them?" He called out to anybody who could listen, he walked slowly trough the bayou, he took Vasquez's machete and looked trough the bushes, there was a house. He walked over to the house and knocked at the door, a women came and allowed Lionel in, he entered and looked down at the inhabitants of the house, he walked to the kitchen of the old wooden rickety house, he was given stew, he ate it and thanked the ma'am. The women insisted on letting Lionel stay for the day, Lionel asked to be excused so he may light a cigar. The Next Day Lionel looked around on the bed as he slept on the bunk bed along with the other people of the house, he walked downstairs and was given pig meat, he ate it and said that today he had to get back to work, the women gave Lionel a copy of a map to town which was a few miles away, he walked to town and entered the hotel, he looked around, a note was on his wall. it said "We need you to help us with a drive-by, come to the back of the hotel." He went round back and took a mac 10 from the garbage bag and entered the limo, it drove to a motel and the gang unloaded a flurry of rounds into the other gang, Lionel took the mac 10 and shot everyone in the limo including Vasquez. he exited the limo and threw the mac-10 on the ground while walking away with a few hundred bucks in his pocket.

Howard was in high school, carefully dissecting a frog so he could learn how to dissect, Howard carefully took out the heart and placed it on the dish, Howard then cleaned his gloves and went home, when Howard got home and went upstairs and looked at the homework he had to do, maths, history, biology, technology, Howard finished the work and went downstairs, and saw his mother cooking bean on eggs with toast, Howard walked up to his mother and asked "My school needs me to study Biology, but I need to find something to use for biology." Howard's mother smiled and brought out a plastic display with all the internal organs, Howard putted the organs into the vital organs and non-vital organs, after he was done he was congratulated and the next day was the graduation.
Howard got his diploma and went onto university were he decided to learn about more of medicine and biology, Howard was awarded his bachelor's degree and then came home to his mother and started to study more, Howard then realized that there was more to medicine so then he studied other ways of medicine such as: natural medicine, psychology and first aid, of course he was assigned to a bio-tectonics research team which allowed him to give most of his time trying to see if he could try to make a rose plant grow at a larger rate, Howard was looking at the plant, it was as tall as his body, he planted it outside and he realized his job was done, so he needed to get another job if he was going to become a scientist, and that is what he was going to do.
Howard was then sent to medical school were he studied lobotomy and other types of medicine for that which he never got any sleep for at least 2 days, after that then he decided that he would teach medicine to pupils in university, Howard was teaching medicine when 2 of his students came in and Howard said "I finally see that you got here, take a seat." it was the last day of school and spring break was starting, the bell rang and the students lunged at Howard, it was a riot!, Howard was running down the stairs with the principle attention mic was playing "Band on the run." Howard was outrunning the teenagers, Howard ran out the gates and looked at the riot of people getting out so they could go to the spring break parties, Howard woke up to be looking at the kids doing their work, it was just a dream, Howard was not going to risk it so he got up and said "I want all of you not to run in the halls when spring break comes, if I catch one person then I will shove this school right you your stupid whop asses, you got me?!." The kids sat in silence and tried to find the answers to the quiz.

Howard Biggs's Civil Authority ApplicationOOC Name: Dublinjd IC Character Name: Howard Biggs 1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.My character started to love the Combine ever since he was sent to City 45, he always wanted to help the Combine provide a safe-haven for the citizens and himself, when Howard started becoming a robot for the combine he realized that he needed to help out more , he obeyed all the commands given from the CCA and other combine authority when he was a new citizen, when he just got off the train he realized that what was an beautiful city in the EU turned out to be a Orwellian nightmare. Since Howard is one of the men who want to become CCA and help the CCA keep a peaceful and safe-haven which Howard was always earning for and for the problem with this is that he never got around to doing the things he needed for this safe-haven, Howard then realized that the CCA were not just helping the Combine, but the citizens too, Even if Howard's look at life was good he would still need to help out, Howard would be the first person in line to sign an application to join the CCA even though his purpose was a mighty good one, and so Howard would start supporting and obeying the Combine in more ways then, he would have done. Howard is not going to join the CCA out of spite or greed, his look at the Combine could really start to change his mind and also change his personality, he is joining the CCA to help the Combine and to keep a safe-haven for C45 and not to just goof around, he is always in terms a man who has the ability to help people in need if they are in trouble, Howard was never really good with any task that did not involve work because Howard always worked for the Combine in small and big ways. 2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy) Loyal: Howard always obeyed commands to a loyalist or a CCA in which he was doing a favor for the good of C45, he was loyal since he was a new and confused citizen. Lawful: Howard always tried to keep the peace and also try to become a peacekeeper in which he took an interest in, Since school he always tried to remain well and try to keep his' nose clean. Smart: Howard had studied hard in his young years which he started to love the most, Howard's look at his ability is the most certainly interesting of them all, Howard would try to keep this trait in life because he might need to use it for later. 3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character. I expect my character to be a flunky, I want him to follow the rules and never talk until spoken to, he would need to be looked down upon by high ranked officers, he would then be judged for his talents and see if he would gain the necessitates that they want for Howard, and it would be easy for him to gain the ability that the Combine want for him even if he needs to gain it by killing, So if he can try to become a CCA then he needs to just be the same as every other CP. Howard would need to be at the best of his limits and then he would need to start continuing his job as a CCA, Howard's ability to become a hard-working CCA is to become a loyal and trustworthy man of the rank and ability to become a CCA, Howard knew that the ability of his well-being was starting to increase overtime, and I expect him to become a loyalist and a well worker, even though he already is one, Howard also has a bad attitude to people who annoy him or break the law, Howard would also need to be productive and at least need to catch one criminal. 4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.-Childhood: Howard was born in Yugoslavia in 1985, His mother was a doctor and his father was a banker, When he was 5 his mother said to his father: "We should send Howard here to a Private school, He has been a smart boy so he should get a smart education." Howard was sent to a Russian school for smart kids, He got trough the school pretty easy and was then sent to a Prep school, Were he has a interest in science. -Adulthood: Howard was starting his study to earn a Bachelors physics, He gained the degree and started working on astrophysics and cryptology, He would go to the observatory every night and look at space to see if he was going to find aliens or a new star, Howard found this was getting him nowhere so he gave the job one last chance before he would quit. -Seven Hour war: Howard was looking into space with his scope, He saw nothing but starts and the sun, Howard was angry and starting screaming at space, But suddenly he looked out the window and saw Portals transporting Xen creatures into the area, Howard was amazed he never knew that this was going to happen, So he decided to stay inside and wait, Before he knew it the portals raged and started ripping holes in the observatory, Howard screamed and ran to the exit, A bang was heard and Howard fell to the ground. He woke up and saw Xen beings running to the City, Howard was shocked and he needed to get out of the country, Howard got into his car and drove, He thought about what would happen if he was caught by the Xen aliens, Looking at the portal storms from all directions which he knew was a bad thing that would send Xen beings to earth, He put his foot on the accelerator and drove as fast as he could. A month later: Howard was starting to go hungry and powerless, He stopped the car and looked up at the Portal storms, They were not deploying Xen aliens anymore which he was used to, He saw a Combine alien drop out of the Portal storm, Howard got back in and put his foot to the accelerator as hard as he could, Howard then crashed into a cornfield and fell in the dirt and slime which was around him, The Combine officer then put a pistol to Howard's mouth and dragged him into a bus. -Bus ride: The bus was a Prison bus, It had bars around it like a tank, Howard was not angry just confused, He asked a combine guard: "Could i get something to eat?" The combine guard gave Howard a citizen supplement and some breen water, Howard thanked the man and grabbed a book from the bottom of the chair, He read the title: 1984 by George Orwell, It was a dull gray book with a man pointing to Howard saying: "Big Brother is watching you." Howard was not delighted with the book but he read it. After reading it he thought that this would be one of his futures, He started remembering quotes from the book, "The thought police would get him just the same. He had committed--would have committed, even if he had never set pen to paper--the essential crime that contained all others in itself. Thoughtcrime, they called it. Thoughtcrime was not a thing that could be concealed forever. You might dodge successfully for a while, even for years, but sooner or later they were bound to get you." Howard knew that hating the Combine would result in death, "People simply disappeared, always during the night. Your name was removed from the registers, every record of everything you had ever done was wiped out, your one-time existence was denied and then forgotten. You were abolished, annihilated: vaporized was the usual word." Howard knew that the Combine would take people off the streets and make sure they would be "Non persons." "In our world, there can only be triumph and self-abasement. Everything else, we will destroy." Howard knew that the word feelings would be restricted. Howard knew that this was one of the most gruesome things possible, But what would the positives be? "This is our land. A land of peace and of plenty. A land of harmony and hope. This is our land. Oceania. These are our people. The workers, the strivers, the builders. These are our people. The builders of our world, struggling, fighting, bleeding, dying. On the streets of our cities and on the far-flung battlefields. Fighting against the mutilation of our hopes and dreams. Who are they? -Relocation Howard took the book and was sent to a train, It was a normal train with a New york subway look, Howard sat down and looked around, He asked a guard the time of when he would reach the location, "3 hours." Howard looked at the clock it was broken, Howard thought that Orwell was right, It has begun, Howard looked at the camera, He then looked at a propaganda poster, It said: Obey the administrator, Howard could not believe it, The Orwellian themed nightmare had emerged, He thought about the things Winston done, He was sent to Room 101 for torture so Howard should do the opposite of what Winston done, Howard asked the Combine officer if he could read the book, The Combine officer allowed him. 2 hours and 30 minutes later: Howard was in the shower with his luffa sponge, He scrubbed himself with it, The CCA officer gave him a Boiler suit With a vest, A pair of socks, A pair of boots and a Citizen ID. -Reaching City 45: Howard walked outside the station and looked at the Nexus, Howard knew what it was, He looked at the broadcast: "Hello citizens of City 45, This is your Civil Administrator, We have news that rations are coming in a hour." Howard did not need it but he got some, Howard got 1000 Credits from a total of all his rations and bought 2 permits. -Business: Howard sat down and looked at the UU branded books, They were interesting and fun to read, Howard did not have a reason to read them but he read them anyway, Howard remembered some 1984 quotes about Propaganda: "It was terribly dangerous to let your thoughts wander when you were in any public place or within range of a telescreen. The smallest thing could give you away. A nervous tic, an unconscious look of anxiety, a habit of muttering to yourself – anything that carried with it the suggestion of abnormality, of having something to hide. In any case, to wear an improper expression on your face (to look incredulous when a victory was announced, for example) was itself a punishable offense. There was even a word for it in Newspeak: facecrime, it was called." Howard was happy, He was loyal and friendly, Even if the world was strict he would follow orders when given, even though his life was just a rope on propaganda. -Coming home- Howard came to his apartment house and looked at the TV screen, It was talking about propaganda and City Values, Howard walked to the kitchen and took a ration, Howard looked at the TV and knew that this was getting interesting, The door broke down and 2 CCA officers came into his apartment, "Citizen #10359, You are under arrest for carrying a weapon, Prepare for Civil Judgement and Amputation, Howard then laughed and said: "I am Citizen #10358 you are looking for the guy next door." The CCA then said: "Ok, Thanks for the tip citizen." Howard heard screams coming from his neighbors room, Howard looked at the TV and it showed the CA making a speech. -Bio-Hazard: "Citizens a bio hazard has reached the city, Please remain indoors." Howard looked and he saw Zombies running a muck, Howard then screamed and watched the CCA shoot and kill the zombies, One zombie ran to the Apartment and saw Howard, Howard screamed again and ran upstairs, The zombie chased after him, But Howard was able to escape outside and run to the Plaza. -Loyalty: Howard found out that his Loyalty was the highest thing he could gain, Howard helped the Combine by: Polishing their shoes, Washing their Memorial, Cleaning the Nexus barricade and other tasks, Howard then started to become a full time citizen, Howard decided that if he was going to live then he would need to follow the opposite of what Winston done, He needed to think back to 1984: : "A hideous ecstasy of fear and vindictiveness, a desire to kill, to torture, to smash faces in with a sledgehammer, seemed to flow through the whole group of people like an electric current, turning one even against one's will into a grimacing, screaming lunatic." "War is peace, Freedom is slaver, Ignorance is strength." "Who controls the past controls the future, Who controls the future controls the past." Howard Biggs's Civil Authority ApplicationOOC Name: Dublinjd IC Character Name: Howard Biggs 1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so. My character started to love the Combine ever since he was sent to City 45, he always wanted to help the Combine provide a safe-haven for the citizens and himself, he obeyed all the commands given from the CCA and other combine authority when he was a new citizen. Since Howard is one of the men who want to become CCA and help the CCA keep a peaceful and safe-haven which Howard was always earning for and for the problem with this is that he never got around to doing the things he needed for this safe-haven, Howard then realized that the CCA were not just helping the Combine, but the citizens too, Even if Howard's look at life was good he would still need to help out, Howard would be the first person in line to sign an application to join the CCA even though his purpose was a mighty good one, and so Howard would start supporting and obeying the Combine in more ways then, he would have done. Howard is not going to join the CCA out of spite or greed, his look at the Combine could really start to change his mind and also change his personality, he is joining the CCA to help the Combine and to keep a safe-haven for C45 and not to just goof around, he is always in terms a man who has the ability to help people in need if they are in trouble. 2) Please detail your characters traits. There should be a grammar and punctuation check, That was people who are not grammar Nazis can still have good grammar for forums, It can also help with applications too, Its not cheating but more of a good way to accept forum applications without getting rid of them for something someone can not find out, You expect people to find the grammar errors themselves and deny them because of grammar issues, Lots of typing programs have Grammar check like Microsoft word, So why dont you do and then you can save people time and failure.

Character Backstory: -Childhood I was born in 1983 to a Yugoslavian family, My Mother was a doctor and my Father was a Wall street broker, I was sent to a private school for kids, Where i learned many things, My mother wanted to bring me to a Ivy-league school, I was then brought to a private high school for intelligent men, I had a IQ of 139, I loved cryptology , I then changed my job to a Particle physicist were I learned about atoms and electrons and many more. -Adulthood I was starting to grow into a man, Since my parents were orthodox Christians I was then sent to church, When I started to live a new life I looked back in time, From the Big Bang to the current events of life. -Scientology I wanted to find a much more interesting religion so i picked Scientology, It was simple but i never liked it that much, So i joined it and it was the only religion liked so i kept it. -Seven Hour War I was doing well if i was ever going to complete his task of finding aliens, I knew aliens would attack the earth but i did not know about the Combine, I was paranoid with the fact and started to go to the observatory for a few weeks, I failed and went back into particle physics, I was in Yugoslavia to visit my best friend when a spaceship looked down at him, I ran to the WW2 Memorial and opened a hatch leaving me in darkness. I woke up and saw that all he knew was dead, Howard was then relocated to city 45 on a train, The razor train was dull and depressing it looked like a piece of alien machinery outside but inside was normal, I walked to my cabin i saw nobody on the train, It was just me and some Combine guards, I did not think negatively about the invasion he thought it was his new chance of life, The train ride would be long so I looked around for a book or computer, I found one of the only books on the train I picked the book up and read the cover, 1984 by George Orwell, I was not delighted but read the book, Its cover did not take my eye but it could make the illusion of time going faster, I read it within 18 hours the book resembled what was my future, Howard revised over the book it seemed like it was like a coincidence, The Combine would probably use most of the tactics of the book: They would use propaganda and watch the citizens on telescreens, And they would torture and brainwash all people, I knew that this would be "Room 101", I thought if the government would be this way then he might as well done the reverse of what the main protagonist done in the book. -The train ride I woke up to the waking of a Combine soldier shaking on him,I opened my eyes and asked what was going on, The combine replied saying "2 more hours until we reach c45!, I then replied by saying "Why don't you just wake me when we reached the location?", The combine replied with a snigger and said "Because you need to get ready", "Get to the showers now!", I soaked Myself with the luffa, After that i was then given a Citizen uniform and a CID, Howard looked at the clock 9 minutes to go until he reached his destination, Time went slow and painful I took a bite of my ration that the guard gave me, 3 minutes to go, I took a sip of my breen water, 30 seconds to go, I then took my suitcase up and exited my cabin, 2 seconds to go, The smoke disappeared from the train station, I stepped down and was checked, I opened the gate went outside the train station, I Went to the Civil Housing and bought a room which I spent the night in. -Business I was interviewed for a book and general goods permit, He opened up his shop and sold stuff for quite a while until he quited his job and went to work as something else and after that he gave up. -City life "City 45 is one of the most civil place in the world" ,"Sure it is not heaven but it is Civil haven", If I wanted a chance at giving this up then i would keep city 45 up and running, "If the world was control ed by the Combine since day one it would of been the best part of human history at least that is what i think". -Loyalty "I was never in trouble with anyone in my life," "The Combine gave me the haven and i swear to protect this haven from all of the dastardly things that mankind has made over the past years", "I loved the Combine and realized that i should live cooperatively with them."

If he wanted to help the Combine and the UU,He would need to start his life over were it stopped,He could try being better with his life,He needed a way,He realized if he became a CP then he could help his overlords, Even if it was going to kill him, He would endure torture and pain to join the CCA and that is that he will endure. He never was in trouble with the Combine, He was never convicted of a crime,And had also earned a loyalist point for cleaning the nexus barricade, At the first moment of his pathetic life he realized that if life was going to be so dirty he might as well of helped the CP,And even if the only bad part of his life was not trying to be better with his life, Now all he need is to help and serve the CCA with his skills. 2) Please detail your characters traits. thousand dollars, He bought a house in the suburbs and lived his life as a man. -Seven hour war When Howard was in the street getting Chinese food he looked up, looking up he saw a combine mother ship, Howard was right about the aliens but that was not the time to start about it again, He ran to a soviet memorial in Yugoslavia, He hid in the memorial pretending to be dead, After he woke up he opened a hatch and looked at the city, It was in ruins Howard looked at the destruction with disgust, He was then taken prisoner and put in a Combine Razor Train, Howard knew that this could be the end for him, He looked around the train for something to do, He was alone in the train, Nobody but the CCA guards in the carriage with him, It looked like it was a normal train, He asked a guard to see if a book was on the train, The guard came back with a book the Howard would read and compare to the current situation, The book 1984 by George Orwell, This book was one of the only books that came to the situation, He compared everything in the book to his own life, The government in the book would use bombs to kill citizens so that food would not have to waste, The government in the book also mirrored the Combine in everyday, Howard read the book with disgust, The book was made in 1948 which was a anagram for 1984, Howard looked and said "If i am correct history will judge us like they did with others the only way they can with totalitarianism",He thought this bitterly, He thanked the Combine guard for the book, And said to him "If you want to find out what will happen after this read it", The guard said "The train ride will be over in a few days and i will try and read the book it is my break", Howard thought of everything in the book, Howard's only moment of disgust to the book was "Room 101", That name seemed hopeless and crude, "Room 101" Howard thought bitterly, He asked the guard if he could have something to eat, The guard went to the food carriage, Howard could not get the name out of his head, He found a quote from the book, The main protagonist from the book was sent to room 101 because he had broken a rule, A rule the combine would later use, Sex-crime and thought-crime, Howard knew that these rules would be enforced in the later future, Howard still had a few days to go until he reached city 45- formerly Russia, If Howard had any plans after he got of the train that would be to buy a house and sit down for the rest of his life, When a UU officer came to Howard's room, He said "You read the book haven't you?",Howard replied "Yes i have its the most realistic dream in the world", The UU officer said "But it is not a dream anymore its life", Howard was pleased and said "Well what if i want to life that life?", The UU officer said "Well i trust that you are a loyalist?", Howard replied "I doubt anyone is a loyalist to men who killed 80 percent of the people in the world but i guess i might be the only loyalist on this train who is not a combine", The UU officer smiled and said "Well i read your file and it says you never were in trouble", Howard said "That is correct i have been the only one in class who never was in trouble", The UU said "What did you work as before we took you"?, Howard replied "I was a cyptologist", The UU said "Were you able to find the Combine when you had you job?", Howard sighed "Well no at least not before the mother ship attacked Yugoslavia, The UU pointed out "If you think we are aliens then we are not", Howard was speechless, The UU said "We are not aliens just highly intellectual Beings, Howard was impressed by the information the UU told him about, The speechless man said "Well i am one of those men who are highly intellectual i can not pose a threat to you", The UU snapped "Oh yes you are anybody can be a anti-citizen to the Combine you are one of those people who can shout out about free speech!" Howard replied "How can i be a person who can do that i Howard H Biggs promises you that i will not cause a problem or a threat to the Combine!", The UU was impressed "You do not have a problem in physical and mental capability", Howard replied calmly "The only problem with me is that i have no problems", The UU said "Well i have to report you back to the city 45 CA", Howard said "Well could you bring me back something to eat i am hungry", The UU went outside of the cart and brought back Howard a Citizen Supplement and some Breen water, Howard drank his water and ate the Citizen Supplement, The UU came back and said "I have reported you to the CA of the city and he wants a word with you", Howard stood up and followed the UU to the radio, Howard sat down and pulled the radio transmitter from the radio and put it up to his mouth, The radio went to static and then a voice said "Is this Mr Howard Biggs?", Howard replied into the radio "That is correct and this must be the City Administrator of city 45 am i correct?", The radio then replied "This is the CA of the city yes.", Howard then replied and said "What do you need from me?", The voice of the CA went to a Texas accent and said "Well my sources tell me that you studied us am i correct?", Howard replied "Well no but i am a Cryptologist.", The radio then was modified by the UU officer and the radio had no static and the voice sounded like it was in the room, The CA then replied "Well that is too bad i really thought you would of been studying us.", "Tell you what i will let you come to the city i like you but i can not give you any favors." -City 45 life Howard got off the train and headed for the Civil housing, He sat down in his hotel and looked at the TV, It showed the CA of the city giving a CCA Officer a promotion, Howard finally knew the CA's Identity, Howard sat down and watched a channel about a 2 hour hate ritual that the resistance use to hate the Combine, The ritual was used by Goldstien in George Orwell's book, But the Combine showed that the resistance do it and not the Combine, Resulting in a total reverse of the book. -Business Howard bought a business permit for Books and General Goods, He only sold UU branded items because he did not want trouble with the CCA, Howard then became a window washer and earned a loyalist point because he cleaned the memorial and nexus barricade. -Current life Howard is now a few years older, He still has never got apprehended, Howard never started his new job as a cleaner, He realized that if he was going to live then he would need to continue a job, Anything was ready for him, He could have a job of CWU or cleaner, But he realized that the polls for CCA were on and he had one chance, So he signed a application for it and typed his application for the application, And made a pledge to be loyal to the UU and do what ever they say, Howard kept this promise and decided he would keep the pledge to his grave. 5) Have you ever had a CCA character here at Catalyst Gaming? Hello its me,I have found a new hl2rp server,Which is said to be better,And i realize that i can not stay on this server anymore,Until: I can see if this server has better RP and a bigger chance of the masses,And if it does not then i will give up on RP and start sandbox and zombie survival,If that is not standard i will then come back to the forums where i will stay until a better server comes out.

Howard replied "They are my degrees that is my PHD",The CP said "Well fine you can keep them",Howard took a train back to City 45 with his PHD,And since it was alright of him to own the piece of paper,He likes having it,Its not like the PHD is illegal,He studied Combine laws and none of them said anything about a PHD being illegal.

I plan to keep the PHD of both my medical and scientific past,
