I had 15 bucks on the gift card and I was hoping to buy 500 credits with pay pal, however It wasn't able to verify it with the card. What should I do in order to have paypal to accept it. Solved: Paypal will not authorize gift cards anymore. I had the same problem that you have.

Okay, so when I play GMOD, ARma 2, (any game) With my video card it breaks down into a black screen and doesn't work. I can't even play two videos or it'll crash and recover. I updated my drivers but nothing works, does this means it's broken? Is it not getting enough power?
Also my GPU fan is very loud for some reason, guessing it's not consuming enough power?

The Scenario(s) Surprisingly an Advisor appears in city 45, but how did it get here? Emergency landing? Was to go to the nexus and visit? Well I have two scenario's for how this event will work out. Scenario One:This scenario would result having the Advisor and its pod to crash land in the plaza due to the Advisor pod's engines were failing. Overwatch, CCA (Synths?) Have to secure the area. Unexpectly The advisor comes to life out of it's stasis pod, unexpectedly and may cause some pain for the citizens due to Telekinesis attacks for a few minutes (CCA might also experience this). Afterwards it'll be the Falling action which will be usually adressing problems within the Universal Union and so on and so fourth. Another alternative to the falling action and resoultion that it would be sent to the Citadel. Scenario Two: This one probably will be the more boring one: An Advisor pod lands on the Roof and just addresses the City 45's issues, some other things. I also like to have a CmD or higher to have a temporary Advisor character during the event and at the end of it, the reason for this is for more better Roleplay than having a ragdoll to do it.

Title says it all, but let me give more detail: during the years of the past in OC they sold clothing, bumper stickers, and more! I was hoping for things like this where we can spend credits on. I know that custom ink can provide our t-shirts and such (link: http://www.customink.com/) I can't really say much about this but I'm hoping we can buy it for shits and giggles.

I'm having an issue with these two servers as I am unable to join it, and steam says it's unplayable, however, I can see people playing the server, do I have to uninstall steam completely.

I have installed xfire on Thursday and when I played Gmod with xfire installed. I could not record with it nor could I use the web browser for xfire. I can only make xfire work on battlefield play 4 free. What should I do?

Will try to manipulate loyalists to get some things he wants. Will beat the living shit out of you for any crime you do and will be gladly do amputations if he is mad enough. Although he teaches his officers with respect, he doesn't really suck up to them. He enjoys fixing things and benefiting the union, from maintaining the nexus to repairing the lights in the Union civil housing. He tends not to get a big ego and be a complete badass unless he uses it for his own advantages.
