1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
   Eve Manry wants to join the CCA for a couple of reason. The main purpose to help out City 45 and catch those who disobey the laws. Another reason is she wants the safety and benefits of the CCA. She lives each day scared and constantly staying near units. She wants to be able to live her life without all these worries.

   The benefits are simple, she wants to eat better food and have a better place to stay. Some events that happened to Eve also pushed her to apply for the CCA. She sees crime everywhere and every day she encounters it. Something that happened to her was that she was walking around the plaza and saw a unit that was being attacked by two citizens. This was right in the open, and she thought these citizens were crazy. She made a request, and two to three units came running out of the Nexus.

   She was happy the unit came out alive, but was also sad she couldn't do anything. She wanted to rush over there and throw those citizens off, but she is weak and very malnourished. That is just one of the events that happened to Eve during her time in the city. If Eve does get into the CCA, she will try her best to succeed and protect the city.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
   For Eve it will be a hard and fulfilling task. Right now Eve is willing to do the tasks her superiors give. Now Eve isn't a killing machine and will most likely back down at the chance of killing another human if she is given the option. She knows it won't be easy to survive being in the CCA, but she must try her hardest everyday. She wants to impress those around her and by joining the CCA she will have an opportunity to do so.
   I currently already have a unit in the CCA and have been through most of the ranks. On my current unit I hopped around from division to division and this is the mistake I made. I want another unit so I may go through one division and fully develop Eve Manry. I plan on rping differently then I did on my current unit and like I said above fully develop Eve.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
   Eve Manry was born at St. Francis Hospital in New York on January 12, 1988. When Eve was born, her mother Haily Manry died while giving birth. Her father Frank Manry was left with Eve and was left with the challenge of raising her himself. Frank Manry was a busy man and spent most of his time working and away from Eve as she grew up. Frank had to hire a nanny for Eve so someone could watch and take care of her. He went through many applicants and chose a young woman named Katty Miole. Eve  spent most of her time with Katty, they would go shopping for new toys for her, go and relax at the park, and just hang out and talk to each other.

   When Eve turned 17, she started to spend less time with Katty and more time with her popular friends she made at school. She was just like every teenage girl at the time, talking about boys, happy to get her driving license and all that. As Eve went through most her 20s she moved out from her father and got a place of her own. She got herself a small apartment in New Jersey and wanted to start her own life. She got a job cleaning tables at a nearby restaurant in her town and earned a livable paycheck. The only thing missing from Eve’s life was love. Eve was lonely living on her own and wanted to change all this.
 
   She began researching about breeds of dogs and decided to buy a maltese puppy from a local breeder. From there on Eve had everything she ever wanted. A couple years passed and Eve turned 26 on 2014. Her dog Princess passed away that year and Eve was a little depressed about the matter. She got passed this and found herself a loving boyfriend a couple months later. Her boyfriend Kyle was a kind and handsome man, and Eve loved him to death. They dated for over a year and were considering getting married.

   They talked about it and decided to get married and they already chose the date, October 11th, 2015. Little did Eve know that her wedding was never going to take place. It was August 11th, 2015, Eve and Kyle were at home enjoying free dinner from the restaurant Eve worked at. It was about 7PM when they heard some loud noises outside, this being New York they just ingorned them and continued watching TV. A couple more minutes passed and they noises began getting louder and clearer. Kyle heard gunshots and loud explosions and as they got louder Eve began freaking out and told Kyle to get on the ground. They both got on the ground and after 10 minutes they got up and went to the window to see what was going on.

    They both saw what looked like hell, buildings being destroyed, people screaming and running around, and large looking men with armour and weapons. They ran to the phone to call 911, but the phones went dead. They sat in the room trying to hide, but they couldn’t. 30 minutes passed by and their door busted open and in came 5 of those soldiers they saw from the street. They immediately put their hands up and were thrown against the wall and tied up. They were then knocked out by the soldiers and dragged away. Eve woke up several hours later in weird blue clothing and surrounded by things in masks. They talked with deep, scary voices and were instructing Eve to follow the line with the rest of the people.

Eve obeyed and followed with the rest thinking she would meet up with Kyle somewhere. As she went through the stations they took her information and gave her a citizen ID. As she walked through what looked like a train station to outside some kind of city she was flashed with what looked like some kind of flying machine. Eve searched the entire city looking for Kyle but failed. She ignored the fact she would never see Kyle again and focused on surviving. She spent two years in City 11 and a couple days before her birthday she was moved to City 45 were should would spend the rest of her life.

   When she first arrived she left the train station and saw a group of people wearing some kind of colored armbands. She found out those were loyalist armbands and the only way to get them was to help the Union. You needed 5 loyalist points to get one and when you had enough you could even try to get into the Combine Civil Authority. Eve knew the units lived better lives then the citizens and even had authority over them. She wanted to get those 5 points and apply for the Combine Civil Authority right when she was ready. She wanted to join for the benefits of sleeping in a safe area, getting real food, and being able to protect herself.

   She then began reporting crimes and cleaning every once and awhile to collect some points to get herself an armband. After a couple weeks she pulled it off and received one for a unit. Then one day she went up to a unit and asked about joining the CCA and what it took. The unit explained about having 5 loyalist points and filling you a application and sending it to a unit. The unit handed her an application and she walked off to her apartment at the UCH. She eagerly began writing and filling in the application to the best of her abilities. After a couple days she finished and rushed it off to a unit and sat on the bench nearest to the Nexus waiting for a reply.

7. What�s your most memorable quality RP experience?
Well, there has been a lot of memorable experience during my time role playing. The most memorable would have to be when there was an antlion guard attack on the city and I was on my unit. All the units around were shooting them down and we were ordered to head inside. Before I could get in I was attacked by one of the antlion guards and was hit against the wall. I dragged myself in and was brought down to the Medical Bay were I was treated. The best part for me was when I was attacked, I know some people wouldn't like it but, it gave me some more RP to do and turned out to be really fun.

I have been living in City 45 for about a month now.

Why do you want to join the CWU?:
Why do I want to join the CWU? Well lets begin, ever since I came to City 45, I have been reporting criminals, cleaning the streets, and helping new comers. Other citizens will say this is a waste of time, but without these people, there will be no city. I want to join the CWU for another reason, I wish to start up a small shop or stand where I will be supplying the citizens with what they need. Such as, food, drinks, and general goods. Aside from that I will still be cleaning and showing new citizens around.

No, I have never been detained.

Past experience with work/labor:
As a child I worked at my father's general store. I also have been helping the other citizens in City 45 for the past 3 or 4 weeks I have been here.

Tell us about what you can do.:
I can do a lot, I will be making a stand or shop to provide the citizens with the materials they need. I will be showing new citizens around when I get the chance and will try to organize some cleaning of the city with a few citizens. I will try to get a restaurant set up and hire some citizens so they can earn a good pay. I will be doing more, and I will try to help the best I can.

If a citizen asks for help and is new to the city, what would you do?:
If a citizen asks me for help, I would do the nice thing. I would show them around the districts. I would tell them where rations are giving out, tell him about the Nexus, inform them about the laws, and bring them to District 2, to show them the hospital and all that. I would warn them about District 6 and how criminals usually thrive there. Then lastly show them the UCH and give them a drink and some food. If they needed any more help, I would tell them my name and to find me around the city if they need me.

Detail a regular day as a worker of the CWU?:
Well, CWU workers have very busy days. The daily workers day would probably start by waking up, cleaning up, and getting ready for the day. Then they would check the stock in the CWU and make sure everything is there. Then it depends, if they want to open a shop, clean, or just help out citizens. Either way they will end up helping, I myself would open a shop and get ready to sell some goods to the citizens.

During the day, they could take a break and just relax for a while. After the long day of work they would close down the shop for the night and head over to the CWU HQ. They would clean up and get ready for bed. Once they go to bed, they would repeat the same day, or mix it up a little.

Character Backstory:
Jeanette Swift was born on 1989, in Texas, USA. As a young girl she spent most of the time working at her father's general store. She would usually work the cash register while her father helped her. As she grew up she wanted to do more than just work at this store. She decided she was going to find a better paying, and more fun job. She asked all over her town and finally got a job at the local farm. There she spent most of her day, working the fields and bringing in the cattle. When Jeanette turned 26 on June 1st 2015, she was becoming more of an adult. A few months passed and her life was going good.

Until that day, November 16, 2015. It was a horrible day, she woke up and she heard bombs going off, gun shots, and people screaming. She immediately ran to her parent's rooms and found nothing. She rushed over to the farm and found her boss and the owners of the farm dead. She didn't know what was going on, so she just tried to hide. She we eventually caught by these soldiers of some sort and was brought to a destroyed messed up city.

She didn't know what was going on, but she heard rumors of a war. A couple hours passed and the gunshots seemed to stop. People were screaming the war is over and Earth was taken over. She knew she had no choice to listen or she would be killed, so she gave in and become one of them. She now lives out her days in City 45, helping others, cleaning, and even reporting criminals.

George Franklin's Civil Authority Application

1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
       When George was brought to Newark, New Jersey. He witnessed crimes everyday, these crime were horrible. Murder, home invasions, and mugging. As he was growing up he wanted to become a police officer and help stop these low life scum. As soon as he was old enough to join, the war started. Now after the war and living in City 45, he wanted to join the CCA. It was much harder then becoming a police officer back then, but he knew he had to give it a try.

   George Franklin currently cleans the roads, hands out some food, and helps citizens around. He wants to do more then this, he wants to stop the crime that happens when the CCA aren't around. George usually spends his day walking around and helping, but this day was different. He saw a man being beaten and mugged in D2. He knew there wasn't enough time to get to the CP and come back in time.

   The man just stared at him and ran off. He went up to the man on the floor helped him out and brought him to the CWU emergency hospital. George knew that was it and he couldn't take it anymore. He wanted to stop scum like that and protect these loyal citizens.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
        I am expecting the CCA to be a different, but fun role play experience. I will be getting authority over the citizens, but I will still have to listen to the ranks above me. As a citizen you don't do much, you are usually walking around, talking to other citizens, and helping out once and a while. I know there are a lot of things you can do as a citizen, but the CCA will give me authority and a new type of role play.

   George expects it to be hard, but worth it. He knows if he gets in he can do what he always wanted, help. He knows there will be tons of training and it won't take one minute to finish. It will be the roughest time of his life, but it will be worth it in the end.

   George Franklin and his brother were born in Minnesota, USA. When George Franklin and his brother,  were born they was abandoned by their mother and left at the  St. Josephs Orphanage. She left a note with them when they were brought to the orphanage saying their real names and her name. During his time at the orphanage, he spent most of his days playing with his brother and staying out of trouble. When they turned 8, his brother was adopted and George didn't know what to do. He cried all day and night for the past week. He eventually just let it be and decided that his brother was going to a home, where he would be loved by his new parents.

   George knew he would be adopted soon, and wanted to leave this orphanage. Two years later, when George was 10, he was adopted. His new parents were young and treated George like he was their own son. George moved with them to Newark, New Jersey, where he spent the next nine years of his life. During the duration of the nine years, George spent most of his time at school and work. He worked with his father at the gym they owned.

   He was a trainer, but he usually just trained with young children. He taught them how they could protect themselves against criminals, and even bullies. In Newark, the crime rate was high. George would witness people being beaten and even mugged everyday. That is why he decided to train young children. When George turned 17, he found himself wanting to something better and something that would pay more. He found RKLA, or  Relici-Kovalchuk Loan Associates. He was a temp here for a couple of months. Before he could even get promoted, the owner left the business and sold it.

   George was forced to go back to work with his father. He knew this wasn't what he wanted, but he had no other choice. Everything went fine for the next two years, until on November 16, 2004. George just got home from work and was taking a nap on his couch. All of a sudden he woke up to the sounds of bombs dropping, and gunshots. He quickly ran outside looking for his family, in terror, he saw his father dead in the garage. He didn't know where the rest of his family was so he ran to the backyard of their house.

   He hid in his shed for a while, he heard noises coming from outside. Then boom, the shed door was knocked down and George was knocked out. He didn't know how long he was knocked out, but he woke up in a weird place. He was in what looked like a jumpsuit. He looked up from where he was, and saw a sign that said District 9. It was a horrible place, men with masks watching you, barley to no food, and you couldn't sleep most of the time.

   George was forced to stay here. He didn't know what was going on, but he wanted to find out. He would ask around and what was going on, usually getting the same answers. Usually they would tell him it was some kind of alien race, that was taking over Earth. He was scared, and he knew he had to survive. So George just followed all the orders and tried not to get in trouble.

   After the war was over, George was transported to a place called City 18. The same thing went on here and George just tried to stay out of trouble. When he turned thirty one, he was once again transported to a new place, City 45.  Here is when George decided to just give in and become one of them. George started cleaning the streets, showing around newcomers, and would try to sell something to people who needed them most. After a week, he met this guy and he knew they were going to be good friends. The man's name was Chris Jacobs, they had the same thoughts about the city and wanted to help it even more.

   They each bought an apartment at the UCH and lived there. One day they heard an announcement about talking to Dr. Kluvenslav. It was about making a difference for the city, they knew right away they had to apply. They both applied and soon enough they were both called to Nexus. He knew the where everything in the city was by now. They were brought in and talked to the doctor. They started talking to the doctor about a lot of things.

   The doctor both asked what they could do to help the city. They decided they could open shops to help the citizens get what they need. After discussing all of it, the doctor decided to fund the shops and they left. They were to report to him when ever he needed an update on what was going on. After a while, George started to think, he didn't want to own the shop, or join the CWU. He wanted to help the citizens in a different way. He thought and thought, then it hit him. He would join the CCA and protect the citizens and the city. He knew it wasn't going to be easy, but he had to try.

It was on a DarkRP server. This mysterious guy was handing out tasks for certain people. Being one of the people, me and my partner had to go around collecting signs, fruits, and doing insane tasks. After all these tasks were done, we were able to watch other players take the tasks to. Some would fail and die, others would succeed. It was really fun and I will always remember it.
