I am running a Vista and It usaly happends on CSS and rarly on GMOD. Any way to fix this?

I'm thinking it is to Update the driver,Get a New Driver,Or it won't be fixed without Mods.

I'm not really new to the community its just that I'm not on a lot on it since I'm on another HL2RP Server. I hope to spend more time on this server and hopefully have a great time roleplaying.

Jane Freeman's Civil Authority Application

1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
I think my character should be able to join CCA because Jane Freeman knows a lot about Law Enforcement. She reads books,and always watches CCA doing their duty.

The reason why Jane wanted to be a Combine was because her best friend died by being attacked by rebles. When Jane heard about it from Wallace Breen she moved to City 45 and started a new life there. When Jane Freeman moved their she made a commited her self to be a part of the CCA.

She wishes to be a CCA because she doesen't want anything to happen to what she heard about her best friend. Jane always wanted to be a Combine when she was very young but Gordon Freeman changed her mind and diden't want to be a CCA.

2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)
Jane Freeman is lawful and trustworthy. Jane Freeman always followed the Laws and always did what her parents told her to do. When a Combine came to her and told her to leave she did so and left and went to a different area.  She never went to jail for robbery,but the only time she did was to tell info. about the Lamba movement, which she told.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
I am expecting is a very nice team to work with and people who would care for their own team.  I am also expecting a team of people who do not abuse there powers and just have fun being a combine and not taking it too suriously where they devote their life to CCA. I am also expecting for a safe experience of being CCA and not being RDM'ed when I walk around.

Jane Freeman is expecting for a safe experience and is hoping to do the same as her best friend enjoy being a CCA and doing her job at the same time. Jane Freeman is also hoping for a safe staff who she can talk to with her troubles. Jane is also hoping for some tough work to do every once in a while too.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
Jane Freeman was a young lady when she found out her brother Gordon Freeman was a rebel. When she heard about it she asked her mom if it was true and her mom shook her head yes. She always begged Gordon to be her c+itizen brother and not a rebel. When Gordon shook his head no and left off she started crying. After that she meet a friend who turned out to be her best friend. Her best friend was actually a member of CCA and she taught Jane how to be a Combine. She taught her to use a stunstick, how to tell the difference between citizens and rebels, and more. But when her best friend died by a wild shooting near the Citadel in City 17 she moved to City 18. City 18 wasn't so bad but people from the Lamba movement started to raid. Jane diden't like it so she took another train to City 45. Jane liked it and so she made some new friends and started to enjoy life more. Jane is now living in City 45 in peace and hopes to stay in peace for a long time.

I want to join CCA because I think it would be fun to be a Civil Protection officer since I never been one. I always had a weird thing to be a Combine for halloween. I also want to join CCA just to see how being a CP officer would be, Like to see how it feels to be keep society in order and making sure nothing wrong happens.
