It has three items of note attached to it.

Click to see the original size.

If one were to investigate the contents of the envelope, they would find a simple sketch on a sheet of paper, and a pair of words in the bottom right corner.

Click to see the original size.

One day after the appearance of the strange notice-board, it would appear that it has been taken down. Curious.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

HAHAHA HELLO

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN

BOYS AND GIRLS HAHA

THE CIRCUS IS BACK IN TOWN :-)

NB: It's nothing if not a little concerning that the red you see smeared across the page resembles little of the consistency of ink. One could only guess at what other form of red liquid one could use to create such a note.

What's up, homies?  8)

It feels like a long, long time since I last RP'd. I took a peek into your server and decided to give it another chance. :)

There's not much to say about myself... my name's Matthew, I'm 17, I go to school, and I love life. I love writing, the outdoors, and long walks on the beach. A lot has happened in my life in a short amount of time, and while I won't let RP consume all of my time (what with the ever-pressing concerns of work and girls), it's one of the things I enjoy most in my life.

My RP history is pretty straight-forward aswell... I must've been RPing for the past 5 years through a variety of different mediums. My most recent adventures come through PubGamer HL2RP (since deceased). I was kinda a douche back then - I dunno, life changes people. I've kinda learnt to be more accepting of people's stupidity - though I am not ignorant; I myself have my plentiful faults. But I digress.

The first installation (for lack of a better word) of PGHL2RP was by far my most rewarding RP experience I've ever had. While I don't think any of us at PG appreciated it nearly as much as we should have at the time, the characters, the setting, the events and the people there were all brilliant. To be honest, it's kinda saddening to look back over those days... in a good way, if that makes any lick of sense. As well as being the Division Commander of the elite counter-insurgency squad, I was a high-ranking Resistance member and a Head Admin there for some time.

I'm trying to come up with some real unique characters, this time around... honestly, being 'normal' - being sane - is too boring for my liking now. I think I'm a high-enough-tier RPer to mix things up as far as my characters' moralities and ethics go. The crazier the better... infact, the only character I have at the moment is one who's been driven quite literally off the rails. His name spelt backwards and his head filled with ideas of sweet anarchy and a love of the fruitful unknown, I think this one could be quite a joy to develop.

My best RP experience, you ask? Eghh.. a myriad of episodes come to mind right off the bat, but... y'know what - I'm gonna go with my Third Eye days.

Spoiler for planningtodestroyc18lol:

I won't go into the gritty details, but the emotion in some of the characters was enough to make it stick. Trekking across the coast with nothing but the clothes [VESTS] on our backs, setting up make-shift tents for the night and talking about the days before the Occupation - regrets and joys - kind of make it a no-brainer. It was always crushing when a Resistance member died, not only because of the effort that the person put into developing their character, but I think subconsciously because of the fact that you're going to miss their personalities; their behaviors and their input.

I dunno if I'll apply for the CCA for a while... it kinda feels like I've gotten most of what I can out of the Combine experience.

Kay, that was a bit longer than I intended.
Chao for now.
