1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
Marcus exitted the transition and saw that City 45 was different compared to City 8. He saw that City 45 was highly controlled by the CCA and there was barely any chaos. Although, when Marcus looked to his left there was an male citizen across the street harassing a woman for  her tokens. The male citizen continued to yell, "I need your tokens more than you do! Give them here!" The female shook her head, "Get away from me, please!"

Marcus did not know to help the woman out by himself, or let the Civil Protection deal with the two. Marcus decided to tell an officer down the road. Marcus approached the officer cautiously speaking lightly, "Sir, there is a man down the road harassing a female for her tokens." The officer nodded and began to follow Marcus. As the officer approached the male quietly Marcus saw that the male began to become scared of the officer, almost even cowering.

The Officer stated, "<:: Citizen. What are you doing?" The man replied anxiously, "Nothing, sir" The female began to explain to the officer of what the man's intentions to do with the her tokens. The officer nodded and placed the male citizen on the wall. Then ziptying him and detaining him for attempted robbery. Marcus learned that this could be him; dealing with un-lawful citizens. Marcus decided to step fourth towards the nexus and ask for a CCA application. He began to fill it out on the bench outside with a black ink pen.

2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)
Loyal - Will always do the good intentions for the Universal Union no matter what.

Dependable - If a superior gives me a directive I plan on carrying on the directive by whatever means.

Respectful - Marcus will always call his superiors -sir- no matter what. Even if it is a fellow friend.

Devoted - Very zealous towards the Universal Union. Feels it is his purpose in life to devote himself to the Universal Union.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
I am expecting the CCA to expand my RP greatly within the server. I think joining the CCA on a CG and doing the daily directives of a unit will develop my charcter as my time in the CCA progresses. I also think as interacting with citizens in the city, continuing to do the daily tasks as a unit will be rewarding by RP expierence, and rewarding in charcter by elevating my status within the Universal Union.

I also think as you move up the CCA by rank you expand your RP Opportunities. I plan on meeting and interacting with other CCA member to continue developing my charcter and expanding my RP expierence within CG. As I meet new units and how they operate within the server, and how other units think of me will help me improve my RP in the CCA and create a more indeph charcter. I also would like to say I plan on being very active within the server if I get accepted into the CCA. I hope me joining the CCA will benefit my RP expierence, and the RP expierence for others aswell.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
Marcus Wolf was your average day to day citizen, never really broke the law even before the seven hour war. Marcus was a student at the University of California, pursuing a master’s degree law school. If Marcus wasn't at school or studying he was trying to find a job. He did part time work of all sorts; painting, desk jobs, deliveries, etc. But all he wanted to do was to become a lawyer and make money.

Now while working for a friend of his, Marcus found himself constructing a makeshift bunker for his friend. His friend, Roman Chalot was a bit paranoid. After Roman saw the Black Mesa Incident on television and that aliens from Xen were escaping to earth, he quickly created a plan of action. Roman believed that the world was gonna end and feared the worst. So Marcus wanted to help Roman out by escaping the city but he never listened. Marcus gave in and helped Roman construct a bunker which was planned by Roman, and built by the both of them. They  both had to dig a hole 9 feet deep; the length and width would be 5 feet. The bunker was located in the backyard of Roman’s house.

A few days after Marcus and Roman built the bunker the seven hour war had begun. Marcus and Roman were currently in the bunker when it began and could not hear anything outside due to the thick walls that were installed. The only thing they could hear was the ground shake momentarily. Previously Marcus and Roman were working inside the bunker day and night they slept inside the bunker to get it done early. After a few days while inside the bunker he was wondering where Roman was, Marcus opened the door and stepped outside only to find the whole neighborhood in ruins. He sauntered to what was left of Roman’s house, he saw a hand and swiftly removed all the rubble from on top of Roman’s body. He found Roman torn apart and mutilated from the wreckage; Marcus fell to his knees and was in anguish. He then felt a hand roughly touch his shoulder, it was an Overwatch soldier the soldier glared at Marcus and spoke through his vocoder "<:: Citizen. Come with me." Marcus followed and was placed inside a drop-ship, the other people inside the cargo bay were his neighbors. The truck lead to colossal black as night walls with strange symbols on them. There were strange ships that were occupying the fields, some of the ships had people being thrown into them and then the ships just blasted off into the air. Marcus was taken off the drop ship by these white suited men and thrown onto another drop ship. Himself and about fifthteen other people were taken over seas to Japan. There Marcus was registered as a citizen of City 8 where he was now located, life was tough on Marcus at first.

There were people being beaten to death in the streets, riots broke out, people stole, people became insane. Marcus just wanted a way out, and so he did. He met with a friend of his John King who found an occupation working for the CWU in City 8 he had a lot of pull with the combine, since members of the CWU got to transfer to a city of their choosing and take at least one friend or family member. John chose Marcus and they left the city in a train. Now John choose City 45 because he had relatives there, sadly the train was stopped by a local Overwatch team and people were taken off. John was taken off due to him associating himself with rebels. Marcus finally got to City 45 stepped off the train and opened the doors to the city, and began to walk towards the Nexus.

7. What�s your most memorable quality RP experience?
My most memorable RP experience was the beginning uprising within TnB. This was not mostly a shotcop event. In the beginning you had the many citizens protesting with signs and such within the plaza. All units were given riot shields and we were to pacify all the citizens who were protesting within the plaza. This was a good example of how an uprising can go without shooting cops.

I simply want to join the Combine Civil Authority to elevate my status within this planet. I do not wish to be a citizen and continue to be oppressed and useless to the Universal Union. I would like to serve the Universal Union and follow all orders for the good intentions of the Universal Union and the progression of Humanity. I think if I become apart of the CCA I would please the Benefactors and the Human race by maintaing stability within the city.
