Don't ever hit your pets with your hands. Overall what I'm hearing from you is that you basically shouldn't have this dog or you are blowing this waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy out there.
Use a rolled up news paper and hit him/her on the but with /some/ force, punching it in the nose like Sexy suggest can injure the nerve in the nose.
However I'd advice you do something about your anger issues before you consider taking this further.

Old set just blew out(RIP), I need to replace them with either headphones and a mic(Can be cheap, I don't care at this point) or a decent headset. All for around 50 bucks(Hard limit)

I would make sure where I am being mugged is allowed as well as the sum he is asking. I would give him the money and let him on his way. There's no need to start drama over a little dosh.

Again, google translate doesn't often translate things correctly and it won't fix the grammar(Translate a sentence with more than just a verb and a noun from English to Latin, it won't correctly arrange it) And Frolie won't go "[swed] lol u r scum". What you're basically demanding is that Frolie learn a new language/have to translate EVERYTHING instead of just doing something thats easier to both say, and moderate, not to mention if hes taking to anyone in swedish.

I think there's only two people who knows Swedish, google translate doesn't fix the grammar not to mention it can be a hassle to get all of the proper characters to properly type it out(Which is why you'll never see anyone spell Jalapeno correctly).
Using the [Swed] or [latin] or something like that has been used many places for many reasons, one is because its fairly easily to ID a lot of languages with out knowing them fully, and it helps if someone is abusing it figuring out what they're saying and so fourth.

I would like to point out, the drugs that frolie is most likely applying for, only fourth year and beyond medical students know every name for the drugs, you can't exactly blame him for not listing if he doesn't know the exact names him self.
I've RP with Frollie many of times and I know he can handle this type of roleplay better than some of the best RPers I know +support.

Raged already addressed this; it wasn't nuclear, the radiation wouldn't be above what normal back ground is.
I was informed that it was nuclear, but oh well. It's not like the buildings wouldn't of been annihilated, anyways - seeing as the whole of City 45 was built around the Nexus.
..... The City was a City BEFORE the combine, and it wasn't the nexus that went boom, it was the citadel. The city would be in ruins, but not atomized.

I don't see why you would want a katana
They're not sturdy at all and they break easy
Only plus side is that they're sharp and somewhat light
Katanas are made from the strongest steel known currently to man, they don't "Break easy" at all, one can slice through two inches of bamboo easily and they keep their sharpness a very long time.
yes every katana in existance is made by true japanese masters who work on it for 3 months, using the best materials possible, before giving it to a random man who dies with it in a western society
I'm just going off what details he posted in the app, yes there are some shit copies out there, but most of them /are/ in america not Romania.
