Why not add a whitelist or something to view it. I'd really love to see the stuff people posted, and I'm sure others do too. With a whitelist people who got burnt a lot in spam wouldn't be allowed in so they can't bitch.

Why would you want a whitelist? You'd never be whitelisted for it anyways.
Spam was literally only used to try and piss people off, and get away with it.

People who say that those who got offended with the shit in spam, is their own fault, is full of shit. Everybody did it on purpose, to try and annoy people as much as possible.

No offense but the female models are just really ugly. The male models are okay for only about 2 of them. The rest are sillybtoo. No old males, etc etc.

Nha. I found working ones at preytech (pulsar effect whatever the fuck they call themselves now).

The custom models are "cool". But I don't really like the faces. We should have stuck with the original FACE design.

I recon instead of that you could spawn at any of the bus stops around the map, this means we can actually use bus driver to transport us when we first get in the server

Sounds like a decent idea. Somewhat seems a bit more "realistic" if you spawned at a bus stop, like you just arrived with the bus from nowhere.

This could just be an option in the already made, option menu.

I know the sketch is rough, but please just remember to have plenty of spaces for parking (like v33x has), spaces for bus stops, and lots of different places for people to live in. I see a lot of freespace on the drawing. Just fill it out with something useful instead of mainly trees ;)

our organisation is hated on OCRP but it is a fact we kept OCRP2 alive for a few months. And it is hated because of a few people. Me, Michiel and Jos did barely anything wrong and we had a lot of friend me and jos only got 1 ban in the whole time we played and it was a 12 hours ban i think and Michiel got permabanned for minor infractions. Not our whole organisation were a bunch of CDM and RDM'ers.

Exactly. Which is the reason why you (and those other guys you mentioned) are not permanently banned.
Michiel might have gotten permanently banned, but like you're saying, for minor infractions. This means that he got 5 bans, all over 12 hours, within a month. That obviously means he is not fit to play on our server, which resulted in him automatically striking out, and getting permanently banned.

Tell the friends of ours to appeal their ban. Right now ocrp2 is dead, so it might be a smart idea to appeal as soon as possible. Then once the server comes alive again, it might have been a month, and they've dropped down another ban point, for an extra extra chance.
Michiel got permabanned because he got banned for CrimeRP rule which kronic told doesn't count anymore and would be removed from the rules asap. We couldn't appeal on this because Jos lost the screenshot of Kronic telling us that so we should ask Kronic about this and give michiel another chanche. Also michiels brother ( Seppe Haems ) was banned too because he has the same IP ofc.

If Kronic remember the case, just like I already told you, post a ban appeal and Kronic will respond if he is involved in it.
For Michiel having a brother on the same IP. Have the brother post a ban appeal and include a photo of both of them holding up a paper saying Catalyst Gaming. That way we will know they are actually brothers (and the picture is legit). If you don't want to post the picture publicly (which is understandable), say that you have it, and PM it to one of the administrators that replies to the topic first.

It's not really that hard. Nobody is going to unban the entire server because the failures kept the server a bit alive. These people were also the cause some people left.

We already unbanned a shit loads of people in the switch of ocrp1.5 to ocrp2. OCRP2 has barely been around for 2 months (i think).

Unbanning everybody that got banned in such a little time period. No.
If you have a few friends that would want to start playing again, but are banned, why not just have them post a ban appeal?

If i'd ever want to play JailBreak, i'd prefer a css server. The JailBreak servers i've seen in GMod are way to much script based. It will get boring after a while. We all know that.

If we we're to make a simple JailBreak completely like the one in css, it will get boring even faster because there's nothing to do, and the general GMod playerbase would not want that.

Last time it didn't work and CG had more active/deticated players, what about it is going to make it work now?

Last time CG tried GMR1, it was decently populated. It was back in like early 2012 I think. Thinking about it, did CG even run gmr1?

Anyways, you're thinking of gmr2. It had some bugs, and it didn't have the gmr feeling that people expected. It was also really unbalanced so it didn't work out.

Who's saying ocrp2 is not done? I don't understand why rofl would say that. It makes no sense to say its not done when its been done from the day it was released. This is Garry's mod, not some game you buy, and no update is ever released. OCRP2 is done. Everything we have released on our servers is done. We regularly update our gamemodes, but that doesn't mean that it's not done, does it?

Gmr2 will probably never happen again. The gamemode has some good points, but its missing a lot of the old gmr1 sparks, that attracted players.
