When Bill was young, he grew up in a town that was quite violent, filled with crime. He was always afraid of the area he grew up in, and he decided that he would try to help people to put a stop to it.

He always has hated crime and violence, in school, he was a hall monitor, stopping bully's around his school. In High school, he still hated the thought of violence and again, became a hall monitor.

When he was in a collage, he was able to afford his own apartment. While in the apartment one day, he heard a loud crash outside, he looked out, and seen the Combine invading, after a while with him still alive being transferred from City to City, he sen some of the Civil Protection Units, and seen how they were keeping control of people, having no crime around, he seen this as an opportunity to put hiss skills to the test.

Bill is a Lawful, trustworthy, reliable, friendly person.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
I am thinking it will be hard at first, as my commanders will be pushing me around, as I would be the 'Fresh meat', they will be a bit rude to me, showing me the rights and wrongs of what I do.

Other, more experienced Units, will be pushing me around, laughing at me as again, I am the 'Fresh meat', they may laugh at me, and get me to do thing that may get me into trouble with my commanders.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
Bill Linkro was born from a small family in Sweden. When he was a kid his family was near lots of crime and violence in the area which made him begin to think that crime is one big factor that harms the civil society in a big league. When growing up in this crime-ridden neighbourhood he began to think that this could all change in a justified time. Soon after he planned to become a police officer to fight crime and make sure justice is within the city.

Around the time when he was beginning High School he had already figured out his life plan and what he was going to do with it, he began to think of new ways to promote good, instead of uncivil acts and unjustified harmful acts to which society was built on, whilst having low quality grades and good citizenship. He wasn’t the type of guy who dates girls at school, because he thought that wasn’t as necessary, because education is more important than wasting time with women who would eventually leave you and forget about you. So as time passed by, he began to continue through High school as a fair student, fair grades, and the good citizenship he had hoped for so he could become one who can finally put peace, and civil protection to this world.

His parents finally got him into a stable college as he began his degree in law enforcement and criminal justice, to become a police officer. He finally earned up enough money from small-time jobs and such to rent his own apartment and get out of his parent's house to have his own space to have to himself, he didn't have much but made it liveable and able to study and work in. He got a girlfriend after meeting her in college one day, they went out on dates and such and was the only girl that he actually liked and was interested in dating in. They both grew to be with each other and she soon after, moved in with him.

He was sitting on the couch of his apartment, relaxing as his girlfriend was still asleep, within a few minutes of just sitting there he heard a loud crash and bang from outside the apartment complex and decided to look outside to see what happened, he started to see combine gunships and APCs scouring the city, shooting down the local law enforcement that was attempting to defend the people around them, he stood, almost jaw-dropped as he watched the events unfold in front of him, soon after a car was flung up in the air by a large explosion, the car coming towards him, he began to back away as the car hit the window and went through the wall and an explosion happened, he was knocked out from an unknown source as everything went black for him.

He awoke in a citizen transport on a sort of bench without no single luggage or bag, only wearing a standard uniform suit as he got up to walk in the other part of the transport, he looked out the window as he saw combine helicopters flying outside above the skyline and buildings, he went to go sit down as he processed the thoughts of what happened before, but the transport came to a sudden halt at a train station, he was told to walk out, so he did as he seen a big screen saying, "Welcome to City 18.", he saw strange figures with gasmasks as they were commanding other citizens, then eventually him. He lived in City 18 for a while after that, he was transferred to city 23, then to city 45. He then decided to apply to become one of the Civil Protection, and then to see where his life took him from there.

My character wants to be in the Combine Civil Authority because, he always hated violence and people breaking the law's and he wished and wishes to put a stop to it.

While growing up, he had lived in a poor town that always had some sort of crime going on; robbery, murder and sometimes his family was held hostage for ransom.

When his family was held hostage, it really scared him and pissed him off at the same time, so he wanted to put a stop as much as he could to crime and become a cop when he grew up.

2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)
Loyal, responsible, respectful, honest, honorable, trustworthy and lawful.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
As a recruit, Bill's pretty much just a citizen in a suit. Weak, a bit scared, and overall not much different than a citizen, except for of course, the mask and armor. He's never hit someone on purpose, and if he encounters a citizen doing something wrong while he was on his own, he'd probably let the citizen off with a warning. He's not going to become super badass cold-blooded killer ninja spec ops nazi commando super-soldier from the moon.

But more so, since Bill is new, he would expect the higher ranking officers to bully him and get him used to what is coming and train him for the future.

Bill Linkro was born into a low class family in Sweden, in 1994. His father was an engineer, and Bill showed a lot of interest in it. He would watch his father work, and even help him with some of the more menial tasks. As he aged, he showed promise in becoming an engineer himself. He got top marks in almost all of his classes, and in his high school years, he even helped his father design things.

And then it happened. Rumors began to spread quickly of people being attacked in rural towns, and the rate of UFO sightings went up immensely. Soon enough, the media announced that they had made first contact with real aliens. And they were hostile. After a month of increasingly frequent attacks from these Xenian life forms, martial law was declared. All citizens were herded into the inner city, living in crowded apartments and protected by the National Guard. The military wouldn't tell the media anything, and soon, rumors of government cover-ups and Area 51 accidents spread like wildfire, and soon there were riots all over the city.

Just fuel for the fire, as giant portals ripped through the sky, sending shockwaves that toppled buildings and started raging fires. 40 foot tall, three-legged beasts with laser cannons, huge crabs firing explosives, and strange pulses of energy that made your head pound erupted from these portals. Eventually, the Earth was defeated. At New York City, in the United Nations headquarters, a man named Wallace Breen stepped up on behalf of mankind. He surrendered, and in doing so, gave the reins of the human race to the "Universal Union", as they called themselves.

Bill, only 17, was seperated from his parents and sent to an identification camp, where he stood in line, in a maze of chain link fences and guard towers. Looking through the fences, he saw to the front of the line, where a boy that looked about 16 or so stood. He told the NATO soldiers stationed there his name and age, and one of them grabbed him by the shoulder. They dragged him to another tent by the side, and a shrill scream pierced the quiet camp. The loud, but undecipherable sound of whispering could be heard, and soon, the message reached Bill... "They're killing the children." After what felt like hours, it was finally his turn. He stepped up to the soldiers, nervously looking around, and stated, "Bill Linkro, 18." The NATO soldier looked at him for a few seconds, and nodded. He pushed him through a tent to the train station. After looking around, he quickly boarded a train labeled "CITY 45" and departed off...

By this time, the CCA and OTA forces had been set up. Not having enough money to get into an apartment, he went into a factory once again and was assigned to a tiny, crowded apartment with 3 other citizens. Having a job that was miles below minimum wage, even with 12 hour shifts, it took him years of labor to finally get enough money to get an apartment of his own. He managed to get a better job in the factory, with slightly higher wages but more importantly, 8 hour shifts. Finally being able to get a decent night's sleep, he began to think about his future. After a week of thinking, he made up his mind. He would join the CCA. With a small glimmer of hope in his heart, he set off towards the Nexus

Graham Campbell has always wished of being a police officer at an early age, he wishes to help this earth to achieve utmost safety. He always has respected the police forces that take the criminals down and take them to jail, making the world safer. Graham has always tried to prevent the crime by reporting any suspects to a police officer and wants to achieve something in his life and trying to make citizens life better by jailing the criminals. He waits for the civil protection to be like his dad. His dad always put him to hard work because he wanted to his son to be strong and to have good willpower. Now Graham is rewarded for doing the jobs his dad gave him. Graham is a citizen, before the war and now after the war. He even can give his life to union to help it even little. Graham has been harassed by civil protection and he wants to change it . By joining the Civil Protection, Graham wants to beat criminals who haven’t obeyed the laws and rules. Graham wants to detain the criminals and give them a lesson why you should obey rules and should help the union in any way they can. Graham is good handling and aiming weapons when he had an hobby called; Airsoft. Graham is good at it and almost was the best in his team. He always used patient to help him at his battle and also used stealth. Graham's main objective of joining the Civil Protection is to help the union because the union has helped and gave discipline to Graham. Because all what the union has gave to Graham he wants to help the union in any way he can in his life. What really opened Graham's eyes was the seven hours of the war. Graham saw that the union has the power to control the earth and powerful enough to handle all situations those criminals can do.

Graham is a pure, trustworthy, honourable, loyal and a kind person. He is lawful and rarly gets into trouble.

I expect them to be rude for me, because they want to make me get used for that. Example : Situation when criminal will try to be rude as much as he/she can when he is getting killed, jailed or handcuffed. But I will know that Civil Protection will be really friendly and respectfully to me. They will be rude in start but will make it more less when I get more experience on this and know that It will just make me stronger. Graham believes that when he joins the Civil Protection he will get well fed and trained to help the union as much as Graham can. He knows to obey the other units and is always cautious for any alerts. He also knows the units may/may not respect him, so he won’t complain if they do hate him. Graham expects a lot from this, a cop like job and better food. It is a lot of stuff to expect, but he is hoping this works and he becomes a crime fighting CP.

The baby got a name "Graham Campbell" He got it from his dad whom is dead. His mother transferred the name to her child because she wants always wanted to remember her dead husband who died in a incident at work. Graham's dad died because he was carrying wooden planks and he slid from the wet concrete to the fence and slipped under it, getting a ten meter drop to the sand. He died because he was unconscious and had dropped head first on the sand, getting both his spine, and skull broke. After the death Graham's mom did find a job to keep his small family well fed. When Graham turned 7 years old, He wanted a police officer job and played always with his friend as a police officer or as a sheriff. When Jason was 16 years old, he started a hobby called "Airsoft". He was almost always in winning team and lost just few times. He had two airsoft guns: Glock and a G36. Graham won lots of medals in contests and cash to, he was in 100 top-list of the airsoft champions. His tactic was simple; be patient and calm while waiting for enemy, when one will appear. Chase him slowly and look everywhere else for other targets and shoot him when it is time for such. When the portal storms started Graham's mom woke up Graham from sleep, grabbing Graham from bed and said "Get only the items that you really need. Nothing else." after that Graham as quickly as a reflex got his backpack to left hand and started to pack clothes, underwear, money and a cell-phone. Graham was about to take his favorite toy, Blue, his mom said "That's not important, leave it here." Graham nods and closes the zip from the backpack and gets to his mom. Graham's mom started dragging Graham to garage and started taking keys from her pocket, she unlocked the car and said to Graham "Get to the backseat, now." As she said that she opened the garage door and got in the car and Graham quickly got to backseat and closed door, after that Graham's mom started the car and kicked the pedal and Graham's head bent back because of the acceleration. After a while, Graham raised his head and tried to look from the window, then Graham saw plenty of cars on the road. Graham's mom said "We have to get out from the car and run from the forest" Then Graham's mom took Graham from the backseat and said "Follow me, just run with me. Don't look back or don't stop." After that Graham's mom started jogging and waiting for Graham to get out from seat and follow her. Graham thought for a second and got out from the seat and when Graham was running to the forest he saw lots of vehicles that had mounted guns on top of the vehicle. Then Graham's mom yelled "Run! Run, Graham!" Then Graham started running to his mother when she started to run deeper in forest. Graham tripped because of trees root, hitting his head on the soft ground. Graham's mom didn't notice it and ran deeper, deeper to the forest. Graham yelled "Mom, come back!" But Graham's mom did not hear it and ran so far that Graham didn't see her anymore. Graham got up and looked behind him hearing beep sounds. When Graham looked behind him, he saw a couple of figures that had an gas mask looking mask and suits with blood on it. The creatures had a black baton and pistol. They took Graham to their vehicle and the vehicle did not have any windows so Graham couldn't look where they are. After two hours the vehicle stopped and the humanoid looking creature grabbed Graham's hand and got him out from the car. After that Graham didn't want to remember what did happen after that. But now the Graham is back again and is 23 years old and healthy. When the combines invaded the earth, Graham had to leave his hobby because that was illegal now. But Graham just said to himself "It's bad to leave my hobby but Union thinks about your best. And rules are rules. I don't want to get in trouble." After the invasion, Graham was 19 years old. He had adapted to the new laws and rules. But still keeping his main objective: Report to Civil Protection about anti-citizens and contraband item location and anything that will help the union.
