Alright well, I don't see much of a problem with the auths, but the 'armor' being leather and cloth, wouldn't really be effective against anything better than sticks and stones.
So, if no other admins post anything within a day or so, this'll be accepted.

Alright well, I certainly hope everyone has gotten thier concerns out of the way, and if so, I'd like to just accept this, and see how it all plays out. Obviously if it looks like it isn't going to work out, then it goes, and if it works it stays. Simple.
I'll wait a day or so for another admin to reply here before making a decision.

My concerns are the same as stated by Challenge,
components/materials wouldn't be easy to scrap together, even come by.
As for the 'chemicals' themselves, it would be incredible difficult to find anything of worthwhile value to use with just a 'decent' knowledge of chemistry.
But you've shown that you can be trusted, so I doubt that you'd go overboard with this and such.
So I also support it, and would like to see what comes from this.

Alrighty then, here's what's going down:
- Ambidexterity (Equal Strength in both hands) -Yes
- Eidetic Recollection (Photographic Memory) -Yes
- Exceptional Mathematical Intelligence -Yes
- Extensive Knowledge & Collection of Computer Technologies -Yes, but I'm not totally sure on the 'collection' part, and using it to 'attack'.
So, if any other Admins have any other suggestions or input of any kind, say it, and we'll get this out of the way.
-Just re-read through the app, the backstory still contains things about combine tech and other irrelevancy. I suggest you fix up the backstory to match what your asking for.-

Honestly, the backstory seems all over the place, and it only barely mentions 'parts' of biology and medical practices. I do not support this at all.

Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
Howard was in high school, carefully dissecting a frog, Howard finished up and went home, when Howard got home his mother said "Honey, if you want a job in biology then you should learn human anatomy and I can teach you." since Howard's mother was a doctor, Howard agreed and went to the hospital with his mother on Saturday morning looking as she was doing surgery, he was amazed at the experience and started researching medicine.
Howard got his diploma and went onto university were he decided to learn about more of medicine and biology, Howard was awarded his bachelor's degree and then came home to his mother and started to study more, Howard then realized that there was more to medicine so then he studied other ways of medicine such as: natural medicine, psychology and first aid.
Howard was then sent to medical school were he studied lobotomy and other types of medicine for that which he never got any sleep for at least 2 days, after that then he decided that he would teach medicine to pupils in university, Howard was teaching medicine when 2 of his students came in and Howard said "I finally see that you got here, take a seat." it was the last day of school and spring break was starting, the bell rang and the students lunged at Howard, it was a riot!, Howard was running down the stairs with the principle attention mic was playing "Band on the run." Howard was outrunning the teenagers, Howard ran out the gates and looked at the riot of people getting out so they could go to the spring break parties. Where is the detail.

Enough flaming, if you want to complain, take it to PMs.
Since no other admins have replied to this at all, here's what's going to happen:
Johnathan Garrison
-A blue, expensive suit with a black collar. Note that the suit is abit weathered and has "slice" tears in it. (yes)
-The ability to handle more damage than the average human being. Not much though. (yes)
-Middle name now becomes "Ranger" which is depicted to his travelling and scavenging. (yes)
-Advanced hand-to-hand combat. (yes, but please don't overdo this)
-Regular engineering (yes, but remember your in the middle of the mountains, I don't want to see you putting together some armored vehicle or something)
Rika Tokaji
-A facemask that covers the lower portion of the face (Yes)
-A gasmask + A satchel with six filters (no)
-Advanced hand-to-hand combat. (No)
-Advanced parkour (No)
-A black suit with abit of red and surrounding armor of the body (No)
-Black boots (yes)
-A knife (Yes)
