Thats because they word it very nicely.
The bill would essentially give hollywood the control to block any website they deem in offense of copyright. Youtube, with all it's videos, is a huge offender.

I just got a Corsair HS1A headset, the sound is gasmic and it's super comfortable. Bass is super weak though, but the 50mm drivers are mastered for gaming clarity, not for music. 50 bucks wasnt a bad deal, but I think it was a temporary sale, they're probably back to 75 now.
