1) Please write a minimum of one paragraph OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what your lead character to do so.

Mike was a homeless person after the war. Starved, hopeless, and on the verge of suicide. Than one day he got mugged and the theif stole his only shirt. A civil protection officer took down and arrested the theif and mike was able to get his shirt back. Ever since then he supported the combine rule. A few days back he saw that applications were open and decided to join.

1. Honest- Never told a lie in his life.
2. Respectful- Has respect for authority.
3. Strict- Has no tolorence for disrespect or criminals.
4. Obediant- Follows orders.
5. Smart- Is not easily fooled.



3) Please provide one paragraph about what you are expecting Combine civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
I expect it to be all about obediance, respect, honesty, and comradeship. Mike will work with the other officers to protect and carry out the combine law. He also hopes that he gets along with the other officers like he did with his neighbors before the war.


4) Please provide a detailed back story from and out of character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 250 words.

Mike was a kind, smart, and honest 20 year old trying to make a living in New york as a taxi driver. Mike was well liked by his neighborhood and was one of the top rated cab drivers in his area. He liked doing jobs that involved going on the freeway cause he liked the freeway. His cab was a 1998 chevy malabu, he thought that the crown victorias were more like boats than cars. One day while in a traffic jam on the Brooklin bridge, he saw a missle of some short blast right through the bridge, he had to flee his car before the bridge collapsed. He was running for dear life as US armed forces battled the combine all around him. He dicided to take refuge in the subway tunnels. He waited there for 7 hours until it al of the sudden, got quiet. When he emerged from the tunnels he was welcomed to a destroyed and abondoned city. He dicided he should head to miami to see if he could get help. He ran to a car park to find a car, he found a 1998 chevy malabu that still worked and took it. After he found a route through the city to the barely driveble freeway, he left New York. After he got on I-75 in florida he was stopped by Combine Forces and transferred to city 48 ( Which was previously New Orleans) than transfered again to city 18. He now is a homless person trying to apply to Combine Civil Authority.

On noobonic when I was a good cop. I was in a car chase with a criminal and on the down town street I rammed his rear-right side. He lost control and ran over another criminal.
