Civil Workers Union / Re: Civil Workers Union Applications [Cycle 4]

Character Age: 21
Why do you want to join the CWU?: To make the city feel more like a living city and not just a bunch of blocks with concrete textures slapped on them.
Have you ever been detained before?: I have, on another server. For graffiti and beer.
Past experience with work/labor: On another server, I did a couple small jobs for extra tokens. Just stuff like mopping the floor or scraping the dirt off the bricks.
What will you do for us?: I will help others roleplay by giving them other things to do other than just walk around and look at people being shot by the civil protection. I am not that much of an action-character, I am just a background prop and I enjoy it that way. I will make the city feel like a city, not a city filled with robots just staring and leaning against the wall. I am very good with prop decorations and I can build things such as realistic fences, realistic shacks, small market shops, etc. I understand that I need permission before constructing something. If not aiding roleplaying by the construction of new environments, I can work as a janitor, a doctor, a newsman (totally biased and everything but the truth, of course), help The Administration with events where something has to be built, or I can just be a helper for the citizens and make them feel as if the Civil Protection is a friendly father watching over them. In summary, I want to be an aid in roleplay and just a background prop, not part of the actual action.
Can the CWU have Watermelons?: Only if it's been branded, otherwise it's contraband.
Can the CWU have Flashlights?: Only if he has permission from The Administration. He might need it for work.
Can the CWU have Spraycans?: Only if participating in some sort of building project by The Administration. He must have permission for it, just like flashlights. Owning one without permission is contraand. Basically, for all three of these; No. Unless The Administration has stated otherwise.
Can the CWU cuss?: No. It makes The Administration look bad.
If a citizen runs up to you and starts cussing what will you do? (Detail it or make a attempt):
Hoodlum: Yo, mothafucka'! Toss me a fuckin' soda for me and my girl!
Me: First, would you please mind your manners before there is trouble?
Hoodlum: Gimme' da fuckin' soda!
Me: Get out of here.
Hoodlum: Look motherfuck'ar, I just want the damn soda!
Any disabilities?: No.
