IC Character Name: Joseph Drew.

1) Joseph drew Was born in the mid 1960+. In the middle of what we call the portal storms. Joseph Drew hid with his friends and such. But his friends each tryed to fight and died. his life became a sad time and he was assigned to C45 after C18 to live in. Most people like him but he is rather shy and wishes for a better life in each and everybodys days. So he keeps quiet and usually keeps loyal. but one day he saw something terrible. A civil protection unit got hit in the face by a man with a pipe. He scared Joseph Drew and was told to keep in a blindfold and count to 200.As he did. he used a trusty request device and saved the civil protection unit as helix come. So he knew what had to be done. Join the civil protection units. But this isnt all done. Later that night. he was enjoying rations given from his benifactors. But a exogen breach came in. And nearly killed him. But he remained calm by the civil protection officers. He so thoughtly wished to be with. As he admired them. He would go to the recruitment cycle afterwards. But one day, rebels heard of the people who think bright of our benifactors. And shortly after Joseph was caught. The rebels said ''Cut the man. he deserves it'' in different ways. He was in some sort of bag in D6 held hostage. But the unkeen rebels didnt check Joseph Drew. And he requested help. The civil protection saved Joseph Drew. And showed him to the next recruitment office.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character?
I expect it to be hard and uneasy adventure. But with my keen skills and training for many athletic activities. He would remain in with the officers and have a adventure with the other CCA. my thoughts of this would be hard but not impossible.

   Myself would always prove as a good CCA member and remained loyal through all damage. He would love to help the benifactors sweep the streets of anti-citizens. The scum of each city. As I walk to be in the rec office. I was ready and prepared for CCA.

On CGHL2RP  I always played on my RCT before I lost it And I loved the fun times rping with other RCT. I took basic events and or fights. But my CP is a good man and a good MPF. hard times but good friends.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
 Joseph Drew was a hard working kid and a lovable person. He was born in Washington D.C. He was a old police officer with basic firearms and coding training. As he grew up in washington his life was tough. He lives in the streets as a child and his parents were murdered by local thugs. Resembling the scum rebels in the dark future. As he was groing up he saw police arresting a local thug. The one who killed his parents. The kid gave a angry yell and punched the thug in the gut. But the police stopped the young 12 year old from assulting even more.
                                       
                                                     ADULT LIFE
As Joseph Drew became 19. Things were odd. Black mesa news hit with alien invasions and such. He though nothing of it. So he continued life and went to the police DEPT. he went to a local policement And asked a recruiter ''Need any people to join'' The man nodded and smiled. A week later he went to his training camp and took training for 1 month. He learned to use a firearm. Defense tactics and many other authority training. His life would soon turn for the worst. Shortly in camp. the inspection came. Only 4 people got in with health and training test. Joseph was one of them. He soon talked and talked with his new friends.

                                                        PORTAL STORM

A few weeks later. Joeseph drew heard news. Crazy news. He ran to a nearby shed with many others. He saw strange dropships and soldiers killing the nations citizens. Joseph was scared. and didnt know ANYTHING of whats happening. He wouldent be a idiot to go out and shoot. So he threw his weapons down and surrendered. The friends were shortly killed after they resisted. This leads to when he went to C18 and later city 45. His life changed. and then he thought of his newfound want of a job ''The combine civil Authority'' Before this. He was a well known loyal citizen but not a loyaltist. He loved his newfound city in strange ways. Mostly because the benifactors reduced death and crime. And protected us from portal storms. He met some friends and then later wanted to go to the recruitment office. Just like in D.C Except the greeting was much more....Different. He turned in his paper and this is how it got here.
